Abstract

PT Citra Agra Pertiwi or known as Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan is a business engaged in the hospitality sector. Karibia Boutique Hotel is a 4-star hotel in Medan City. Established in November 2012, it is located at the Center Point Complex, Jalan Timor Block J No N I – IV Medan, North Sumatra, 20231. This study takes the theory from Tjiptono & Chandra (2019) and discusses the services at Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan with the aim of knowing the quality of service available at Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan. According to Tjiptono & Chandra (2019) the right indicators to measure service quality are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique used by the author is field research (interviews), the sample was selected using accidental sampling technique, and theresults of the interviews were tested by triangulation of sources. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service provided by Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan still needs to improve the quality of service.

Abstract

Product quality is an important part that must be considered in the sales process. Product quality is also an advantage of a product in meeting customer needs and desires. While the purchase decision is the attitude of consumers in determining one of several alternative choices. Quality products will greatly affect consumer purchasing decisions. Pt. Bumi Alam Lestari has 300 active customers. The formulation of the problem in this study, "Does product quality affect purchasing decisions at PT. Sustainable Natural Earth?”. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine whether there is an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Sustainable Natural Earth. The research method used is quantitative associative. The number of respondents / samples of 60 customers from a population of 300 customers with the sampling technique is incidental sampling. The large influence of product quality on purchasing decisions can be seen in the determination test, the percentage is 45.20% with the results of this coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that the purchasing decision of PT. Bumi Alam Lestari 45.20% is influenced by product quality, while the remaining 54.80% is contributed by other factors that can be explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Cemara Asri Fruit Market is a supermarket that sells or provides various kinds of consumer needs. It has been established since May 7 2018, located at Jalan Cemara No.29-32 the beautiful fir complex, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. This study draws on the theory from Tjiptono (2019) discussing consumer satisfaction in the fir asri fruit market with the aim of knowing consumer satisfaction when shopping at Cemara Asri Fruit Market, Medan. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques carried out by the author through interviews. Informants are subjects who understand research problems as actors and people who understand research problems. Researchers used purposive techniques in selecting informants. and the results are tested by triangulation of sources. The results of this study indicate that consumer satisfaction when shopping at Cemara Asri Fruit Market, Medan. It is still not seen from the service that is less friendly to consumers as well as the slow response of employees in handling consumer complaints. Parking facilities that can still be improved are also promotions that are less spread out.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee productivity at PT Pelayaran Papua Mitra Samudra Sorong. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population is 30 employees of PT Pelayaran Papua Mitra Samudra Sorong and all of them are used as research samples. The data analysis method consists of the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, the simple linear regression test and the Z test. The correlation coefficient test results show a correlation value (r) of 0.571, which means that work stress, has a direct and moderate relationship with employee work productivity. In the results of the coefficient of determination test, work stress has an effect on work productivity of 32.6% while the remaining 67.4% is influenced by factors not examined in this study. And on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that Zcount 3,08 > Ztable 1,96, so it can be concluded that work stress has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Papua Mitra Samudra Sorong.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the use of WhatsApp messaging as one of mobile learning on students' errors in writing recount texts with the theme "COVID 19" at SMP Negeri 4 Satu Atap Kuala, Indonesia. This research conducted Junior High School as population of 108 students in the eighth grade. Sample taken use random sampling, reduced of 27 students. The research method used is descriptive-quantitative method. Results showed that four types of writing errors are omissions, additions, misinformation, and sequence errors. The most common types of errors in writing recount text are omission errors of 3.5% and addition errors of 1%. Misinformation with 88.5% errors. And the last ordering error with 7% error. By doing this research, it is hoped that students can practice more and improve their writing skills, especially in recount texts.

Abstract

Teknologi keuangan saat ini sangat berkembang pesat, sehingga memacu berkembangnya inovasi pada sistem keuangan termasuk pada keuangan Islam. Salah satu sistem teknologi keuangan yang muncul ppada saat ini adalah crowdfunding yang dikenal dengan fokus pada hal yang konkret, sistem bagikan hasil yang merata, dan berbagi risiko. Hal-hal tersebut merupakan beberapa nilai dari keuangan Islam, sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian terhadap sistem crowdfunding terhadap kesesuaiannya dengan sistem syariah. Metode yang dilakukan dalam melakukan kajian pada artikel ini adalah menggunakan metode library reseach dengan mengumpulkan literature yang berasal dari jurnal ilmiah, buku-buku, dan sumber lain yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan. Hasil dari kajian yang didapat adalah sistem crowdfunding yang menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip keuangan Islam dengan karakteristiknya dalam penghimpunan dana, perpaduan kemajuan teknologi, dan fintech dapat mewakili kesempatan untuk berkontribusi secara signifikan pada peningkatan ekosistem kewirausahaan di dunia Islam dan promosi pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi.

Abstract

Teko Healthy Resto is a restaurant that provides menus and food dishes with 100% natural ingredients from plants (Vegan).The purpose of this study is: "To find out and analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing on Purchase Intention at Teko Healthy Resto, Medan". According to Gunelius (2011) there are four indicators of social media marketing, namely: Content Creation, Content Sharing, Connecting, Community Building. This study uses associative quantitative research methods. The sample of this study were customers at Teko Healthy Resto, Medan. Sampling using incidental sampling / accidental sampling is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, any patient who coincidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample.the correlation value is 0.596 in the range 0.40 – 0.599 (enough) which means that Social Media Marketing and Purchase Intention have a positive correlation. And for the results of simple linear regression, namely; Y = 7.521 + 0.769X which means that the Constant is 7.521; it means that if Social Media Marketing value is 0, then Purchase Intention value is 7.521, The value Coefficient of Determination is 0.355, which means that the influence of the Social Media Marketing (X) variable on the Purchase Intention (Y) variable is 35.5%.

Abstract

This article discusses the Quality of Service at CV. Eternal Success. CV. Sukses Jaya Abadi is a place that sells building materials. The purpose of this research is to find out how the service to customers at CV. Eternal Success. There are eight dimensions of quality that can be done in strategic planning and analysis, namely performance, additional features and characteristics, reliability, conformance to specifications, durability, serviceability, aesthetics, perceived quality (service quality) Gavin Dalam Tjiptono, 2021. In carrying out this research, the author uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The sample of this research is customers at CV. Success Jaya Abadi, totaling 10 people. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, the technique of determining the sample is based on structured interviews, namely detailed interviews which are almost the same as questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the factor that is considered by the customer is honesty. The second product is sold well enough so that buyers are satisfied. The third is the problem of lack of transportation, which hinders customers who want their goods to be delivered quickly. The fourth ability in serving is considered quite good and makes consumers feel more valued and cared for indirectly. Therefore CV. Success Jaya Abadi needs a little improvement to be better than before.

Abstract

Along with the technology that continues to develop until now, it can be seen in ancient times direct buying and selling transactions, but now people and business people are starting to switch to virtual markets and are used to transactions either selling, buying or marketing products. The tactics and strategies used by many business people use social media as a place to market their products or services which is also known as social media marketing which has proven to be very real in increasing sales. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of social media marketing on purchase intention at Fortune Coffee Cemara Asri, Deli Serdang. The sample of this research is 60 customers, by using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used simple linear regression test, while data processing used SPSS. The results of the correlation test between social media marketing and purchase intention of 0.660 means that it has a strong relationship. The results of a simple linear regression test show the results of Y = 8,648 + 0,476 X, which means that every increase or increase of 1 social media marketing unit will increase purchase intention by 0,467 times. Test results the coefficient of determination between social media marketing has a 43.6% relationship with purchase intention, while the remaining 56.4% is influenced by other variables not examined by researchers.

Abstract

The current condition of journalists is still not enough to be said to be professional, this is proven by the large number of violations of the code of ethics in the media in delivering news or information. Journalist organizations must have synergy, integrity, and credibility that aim to build the spirit of professionalism of journalists, so that they can develop professional press freedom in the future. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the Indonesian Journalists Association (PWI) Aceh Jaya as an organization has played a role in increasing the professionalism of journalists. This can be seen from the many positive impressions from the people of Aceh Jaya regarding the performance of Aceh Jaya journalists. The professionalism of Aceh Jaya journalists is also seen by their understanding of the journalistic code of ethics and responsibilities as a journalist. In delivering news, it is always timely and actual and there are many activities and programs carried out by PWI Aceh Jaya, including training and competency testing for PWI Aceh Jaya members who have just joined as well as conducting socialization related to journalism.
