Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran konsep inovasi pendidikan akhlak berbasis manajemen qolbu adalah suatu ide atau metode baru yang ditawarkan oleh peneliti untuk digunakan di dalam melaksanakan pendidikan akhlak. Yang diharapkan ide atau yang baru ini dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan akhlak yang dirasakan semakin menurun dewasa ini. Adapun cara melakukan inovasi pendidikan akhlak berbasis manajemen qolbu adalah senantiasa menghiasi diri dari sifat-sifat terpuji, sesudah membersihkannya dari sifat-sifat tercela, menghapus kecintaan terhadap dunia serta menghilangkan segenap kesedihan, kedukaan dan kekhawatiran atas segala sesuatu yang tidak berguna dengan cara senantiasa dan terus menerus mengingat Allah (Dzikrullah), kemudian adanya tekad yang kuat, mau mengevaluasi diri dan senantiasa berkemauan kuat untuk meningkatkan kemampuan (keprofesionalan) diri dalam bidang apapun. Sedangkan bentuk pelaksanaan manajemen qolbu yang bersifat kelompok, dilaksanakan dengan sistem ta’lim yang dibagi ke dalam beberapa kelompok lain. Materi yang diberikan bertendensi kepada pembentukan akhlak seperti: kesabaran, kejujuran, keteladanan. Dan ada tiga materi pokok yang terkait dengan manajemen qolbu yaitu keutamaan hati, mengenal potensi manusia dan potensi diri sendiri serta pengenalan diri.

Abstract

Allah menciptakan manusia dilengkapi dengan penciptaan buku panduannya yaitu Al-Qur’an. kehidupan manusia akan menjadi lancar jika perbuatan manusia dapat di sesuaikan dengan buku panduan tersebut. Sebaliknya Jika perbuatannya tidak sesuai dengan buku panduan tersebut maka dapat dipastikan kehidupan manusia tidak akan lancar atau akan terganggu seperti kehidupan motor akan terganggu jika tidak mengikuti buku panduannya Oleh karena itu jika kehidupan kita ingin lancar, maka ikutilah buku panduannya yaitu Al-Qur’an. semangatlah untuk membacanya dengan terus memotivasi diri untuk memahami dan mengamalkannya. Bahkan Allah SWT telah memberikan motivasi kepada manusia agar mau membacanya, memahaminya dan menghafalnya serta mempraktekannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. sebagaimana firman Allah SWT yaitu surat al-Fathir ayat 29 yang artinya” Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang selalu membaca kitab Allah dan mendirikan shalat dan menafkahkan sebahagian dari rezki yang telah Kami anuge- rahkan kepada mereka dengan diam-diam dan terang-terangan, mereka itu mengharapkan perniagaan yang tidak akan merugi,( Fathir /35: 29). Nabi Muhammad SAW, memberikan motivasi kepada umatnya agar mau membiasakan membaca Al-Qur’an. Adapun motivasi dari rosulullah melalui sabdanya “Abdullah bin Mas’ud r.a berkata: “Rasulullah SAW bersabda:“Siapa yang membaca satu huruf dari Al Quran maka baginya satu kebaikan dengan bacaan tersebut, satu kebaikan dilipatkan menjadi 10 kebaikan semisalnya dan aku tidak mengatakan الم satu huruf akan tetapi Alif satu huruf, Laam.satu.huruf.dan.Miim,satuhuruf.”(HR.Tirmidz).

Parenting is a Process of influencing someone, where parents instill values that are believed to be children in the form of interactions that include leadership, nurturing, educating, guiding, and protecting children from the time they are in the womb until they grow up to become people who are useful for religion, nation and state. Abstract

Humans as one of the creations of Allah SWT, always need the intervention of the Creator to solve all problems. This paper reviews the importance of making religious values ​​(al-Qur'an) a source of solving social problems. This is based on the fact that the Qur'an has discussed several types of social ills, such as: sexual perversion, gambling, alcoholism, theft, corruption, crime and so on. In addition to having told various types of social ills or known in terms of social science as social pathology, the Qur'an also explains the causes of their emergence, as well as laying strong foundations so that humans can get out of these problems by reinforcing values monotheism, noble character, uphold justice, responsibility and glue the sensitivity of brotherhood values. The method used in this paper is qualitative with the interpretation method maudhū'i.

The teacher in public perspectively is the individual who applicates education in certainty places, is does not have to in educationally formally, but can be in mosques, small mosques, houses, etc. Teacher is assignment an tasked tittle in professional sector, to concern something involved whole of educational prossesing. The profesinal teacher will be reflected in doing sacrifices tasks that is sined with good skills in matters or methodes. Besides that also is shown by his or her responsibillity to do all sacrifices assignments. The profesional teacher should be able to bring and fulltil it’s responsibilities for educaters, parents, public, nation, state, and religiousmen. The professional teacher is has a responsible personality, social, aspects, intellectual, morallity values, spiritual approach. Abstract

The face of Islamic education in the Indonesian State lately looks interesting. This can be seen from the management pattern of educational institutions in the midst of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. The school principal does everything possible so that the education process runs well and is of good quality. Schools as educational institutions are noble industrial institutions with two important missions, namely profit and society. To achieve this mission, a management pattern is needed. Total Quality Management (TQM) is important, because the process of continuous and comprehensive improvement is in it. This paper uses a literature research method which is discussed in the form of argumentation and descriptive narrative. This literature study shows that to achieve the best quality, all components of educational institutions are encouraged to act together (as a whole) in managing the educational institution.

Abstract

Corona virus disease 2019 or Covid-19 is a virus that is very dangerous in human life, it can affect all aspects, especially education. This case made the Minister of Education and Culture took a decision in order to prevent and break the chain of spread of the covid-19 virus, that is implementing online learning in every school start from elementary schools to universities. This research uses an exploratory case study method and the research approach uses a qualitative case study method which is used to obtain information on online learning problems as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic on teaching and learning activities at SMP Bunda. Based on the results of the interview, the problems in online learning that were experienced by the teachers are wasteful use of quotas or internet credit, trouble of signals or internet networks, the material presented has not been able to build interactions between students and teachers, the expected results are not more optimal, and it is difficult to motivate student to study, the result there is lack of awareness of students in completing the tasks. In addition, the problems in online learning that were experienced are first, the tasks that were given by the teachers are very many with relatively short assignments submit, so that students have an impact on lack of sleep time and feeling stress. Second, connection or Internet networks also often became problematic for them, and the last, Teacher sometime explains the material quickly and the results are many students have difficulty to catch the material. Therefore, it is necessary for the cooperation all the subject to solve problems that arise as a result of online learning.

Abstract

Islam, including Islamic law have a very long history in Nusantara. This history goes beyond Indonesia as nation state. This history also shows the dynamic of relationship between Islamic law and the customs in Nusantara. Some cases, such as limiting the age of marriage, ta'lik talak (talak hanging), tabbani (adoption), and others show a harmonious relationship between Islamic law and the customs of Indonesia. The flexible character of Islamic law allows a dialectic between Islamic law and customary law in Indonesia The contiguity between Islamic law and customs and culture in Indonesia requires Indonesian moslem scholars to do ijtihad to accommodate the local culture in Nusantara as part of religious teachings. We all know that Arabic culture effectively filled the legal vacuum in the early f Islam, so the culture of Nusantara should also be an important part of the development of Islamic law for Indonesian moslem community. The flexibility of Islamic teachings should be accommodate every local culture that is an inseparable part of life for every moslem in each country.

Abstract

Civil disobedience (Civil Disobidience) was getting stronger in the second period of the administration of Joko Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin. The movement of civil society can be monitored through conversations on social media to invite people to distrust the state's official institutions and policies. This was evident when there were demonstrations between workers and students over the ratification of the Job Creation Law. In fact, students who were initially only a sub-ordinance now seem to be pushed to become a determinant factor of emerging civil disobedience. The attitude of students rejecting the Job Creation Law is more influenced by social media and the knots of influence it follows. This study wanted to determine the relationship between student attitudinal competencies obtained from the KKNI-based college curriculum with the influence of social media on the rejection of the Job Creation Law so that students' tolerant attitudes towards civil disobedience were formed. The research method used is qualitative with tiered observations. Observations were made on a number of regulations and guidelines related to KKNI and SNPT, especially in the subject of Religious Education and Citizenship Education, as well as multilevel observations on hoax news spread on social media and the 8 October 2020 demonstration event along with a series of follow-up actions. The aim to be obtained is to find out how effective the learning outcomes of the course are for the formation of competency in attitudes and values ​​compared to the speed of information flow from the centers of influence that students receive in shaping their attitudes and behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penyembuhan dengan cara pembinaan dzikir pada kasus kecanduan narkoba dan game online di Inabah XV pondok pesantren Suryalaya Tasikmalaya Jawa Barat. Pembinaan, begitulah kata yang sangat tepat diberikan oleh pembina kepada anak-anak binaannya untuk membangkitkan keinginan merubah diri menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya, dengan cara dimandikan, dipandu untuk melakukan sholat wajib maupun sholat sunnah yang sudah ditetapkan, dipandu melakukan dzikir dan berpuasa yang selanjutnya mengalami perubahan seiring berjalannya waktu menjadi anak-anak binaan yang lebih aktif melakukan kegiatan tersebut tanpa paksaan. Menariknya, anak-anak binaan tersebut bukan saja berasal dari orang yang terdampak narkoba tetapi juga terdampak dengan adanya game online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dekriptif analitik di mana peneliti terlibat langsung di dalamnya dengan melakukan pengamatan, wawancara dan terlibat pada beberapa kegiatan yang dianggap penting. Hasil yang didapat adalah ternyata dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama, anak-anak binaan tersebut mengalami perubahan yang sangat drastis dari yang tidak baik menjadi sangat lebih baik
