Abstract

Parenting is the process of interaction that occurs between parents and children which is a parenting pattern in the family environment that has an influence on the development of the child's personality. Parenting can also be a process of communication between parents and children to build closeness well so that parents will know more about their child's character and be guided according to what the child wants. This research was conducted at Kedaung RT 09 RW 04 Kota Tangerang Selatan which has appropriate identification to be studied more deeply. This research aims to find out the parenting applied by parents to increase children's learning interest in e-learning. This research uses qualitative case study methods through interviews. The sample used is purposive sampling. Data is collected by way of interviews to the community, especially parents who care for their children during the e-learning period. The results of this study note that: The role that parents do in applying parenting to increase the learning interest of learners in the e-learning period is with different parenting as parents apply in guiding their children at home. The most appropriate parenting and lead the child in achieving interest in learning at home is democratic parenting, because parents free children in learning or other activities without curbing or forcing children to follow their will. Children are guided and directed according to their abilities and desires without forgetting to be taught responsibly about what their obligations as learners are.

Abstract

This paper is about the New Trend of Educational Supervision Behavior: The Phenomenon of Supervision in Schools. This paper focuses on the phenomenon of supervision in schools during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection is done by observation and interview. From the data and information obtained analyzed by means of data reduction, display data, and inference. The data of this study is presented in the form of descriptive narratives equipped with argumentation. From the data of the results of the study, managerial supervision carried out by school staffers is carried out according to the prescribed procedures. Various efforts are made by the school superintendent in conducting construction and supervision to the built school. In the process of managerial supervision, school superintendents sometimes experience obstacles because they are done online. This constraint makes school supervisors creative in the managerial supervision process by optimizing existing digital platforms to improve quality (quality) through quality assurance of education in schools.

Abstract

Education is the key to progress. The better the quality of education of a nation or community, then it will be better the quality of life of the nation / community. Of the many problems that are a challenge the Islamic world today, is a matter of education. The future of the Islamic world depends on how the Islamic world to answer and soive these challenges. Given that education is important for every human need, community, or nation, then education must always be cuitivated systematically and visionary. Therefore, Islamic education should be designed to follow the rhythm of these changes.

Abstract

It is a fact that the Muslims are the majority of Indonesia's population. Uniquely, the desire to apply Islamic law as a legal system for them only emerged from the minority group of this majority. There are several factors that can be assumed and identified to be the cause of this phenomenon. Among these factors, it seems that the most dominant is the internal condition of Islamic law itself which is felt to be unable to touch the values of justice for its people. Therefore, it must be realized the significance of reform or renewal of Islamic law in Indonesia towards a legal system that is more sensitive to the needs of Indonesian Muslims. One of them is by always paying attention to Indonesian values as a consideration for carrying out reforms. So that Indonesian Muslims can feel the justice and benefits that are born from its implementation. However, not all elements of Islamic law can be flexibly compromised with customary law systems. The elements referred to here are those included of constant teachings in Islamic law. Therefore, when local needs are confronted with the constant teachings in Islamic law, at least it will give two alternative forms of compromise with each other being in opposite poles. On the one hand, in order to fulfill their local (customary) needs, some Muslims beat Sharia with Sharia engineering. While at the other side, some Muslims still maintain the existence of constant teachings in Islamic law above their local needs with social engineering.

Abstract

This research aims to find out online learning strategies in improving student achievement in jurispruded subjects and to find out the factors that are inhibiting and supporting it and to find out the success of online learning strategies in improving student achievement in jurispruded subjects in MI al-Hasyimiyah West Jakarta. The type of research used in this research is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive type of research. The primary data source used was obtained from field observation techniques and interviews to 1 teacher of jurispruding subjects, the principal, and 3 students of MI al-Hasyimiyah West Jakarta. Secondary data sources are obtained from books, journals, and other scientific writings that support research. And the source of documentary data obtained in the form of school profiles, learning activities, and photos. The results showed that the strategies used by a jurist teacher run effectively and efficiently, the strategies used lead more to the strategy of learning inquiry. Inhibiting factors include limited quota packages, internet signal interference, different economic factors, and the ability of teachers and students to master internet learning applications. While supporting factors include the existence of infrastructure facilities provided by madrasahs (WIFI, computers, and others), the good health of teachers and students, as well as the support and motivation of parents for their children during online learning. KKM at MI Al-Hasymiyah is 80, and during the online learning process the students experience an increase in achievement for two semesters, the average value of MI Al-Hasyimiyah students can exceed the specified KKM. 70% of grade VI B students experienced an increase in report card scores and teachers were satisfied with their success in teaching during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The Qur'an that Allah revealed to the Prophet Muhammad was not all at once in the form of a book that we see today. But Allah brought it down gradually. Sometimes it comes down a verse, sometimes half a verse, sometimes several verses, and sometimes a letter. From the point of view of the revelation of the Qur'an, we can distinguish it into two parts. First, the verses that Allah revealed for certain reasons. Second, the verses of the Qur'an that Allah sent down without any specific reasons. The verses that were revealed due to certain reasons are called tasyri'iyah verses or legal verses, namely verses that explain a certain law because there are questions from friends to the Prophet. Furthermore, Allah revealed the Qur'an not only for the Arabs but as a guide for all mankind. Allah does not look at a person based on his appearance, does not look at his ethnicity, but Allah looks at his heart and deeds. The Qur'an does not only talk about the human relationship with Allah (hablumminallah) but also discusses how to interact with others (hablumminannas). Through QS Al-Hujurat verse 13, Allah informs us all that has created us all from male and female types, tribes, nations to know each other. From this we can understand that the Qur'an teaches us to recognize and assess the importance of cultural and ethnic diversity in shaping the lifestyle, social experience, personal identity, educational opportunities of individuals, groups and countries.

Abstract

As an organization of education providers, an institution needs to manage a positive image either an internal or external public. Discussion about an image will be related to an activity and role of public relations in institutions. Public trust in education aspect can be seen from the role of public relations how to maintain and manage positive image. Graduate School State Islamic University of Syarif Hidayatullah (UIN) Jakarta is the oldest Master and Doctor Study program in Indonesia, and it was endorsed under the decree by The Ministry of Religious Affairs in 1982. The objectives of this research is not only to find out an activities of public relations but also to explain an obstacles, challenges and achievements which is conducted by public relations activities at Graduate School UIN Jakarta. This research uses qualitative approach using Triangulation method with descriptive in-depth interview and observation. Researcher believes that it can be described and summarize various condition, situation or various phenomenon. The data for the research were collected using depth interview and documentation techniques. Public relations activity has tendency to practice of public information, which is used one-way communication model in form of dissemination news, scientifically activities and there is no significant stages. The results of this study concluded an activity of public relations have run optimally but it is simply for public information and doing no evaluation. Obstacles and challenges in building international cooperation are limitedness funds, and due to official travel permits from governments made difficulties in dealing particularly with foreigner stakeholders. Furthermore, factor of human resources causes of lack in networking collaboration and an achievement are doing right but still there is no significant changes and only for permeate the budget optimally.

Abstract

Although men and women both have rights and obligations, but in domestic life, both have different roles. Men and women perform their duties and roles according to their respective natures. Men and women are like day and night. Day is a time to work outside the house and the night is a time to rest at home. Of course this does not mean that men are not in the house and women can not leave the house, as long as it is always remembered there is a difference of orientation between men and women. It is impossible for day to precede night and night precede day, each rotating according to its circular line. Men have their own duties as well as women. Women serve as a nursery for the continuation of human life. She conceived, gave birth, breastfed, cared for and educated her children. Indeed, if observed the character and nature of men is different from women. The man is firm and firm in his opinions and actions and he uses the mind more than women. Women are more sensitive to their feelings. Women's main task is to require more feelings than considerations of reason.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the learning activities of The Qur'an Education Park Nurul Huda Parigi Baru Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan in developing children's Qur'anic reading skills, use of methods, and learning processes. The method used in this study is the decryptive method of analysis. The subject of this study was a parent who had a child aged 4-6 years who participated in the Activities of Reading The Qur'an in the Education Park of the Qur'an Nurul Huda Parigi Baru Pondok Aren South Tangerang. Data is collected using interview instruments conducted with parents and teachers, as well as observations and documentation to support the required data. It can be known that the role of the Qur'an education park in developing the ability to read the Qur'an in the Nurul Huda Parigi Baru Pondok Aren Education Park, South Tangerang is very well developed. Through the Qur'anic Education Park children are able to read hijaiyah letters using the Iqro' method, able to write Arabic letters by imla method, able to read short surahs in the Qur'an, and able to memorize readings in prayer.

Abstract

This paper wants to try to see the corruption of the concept of Islam and culture that does occur in the community, especially the people of Indonesia. Using the library approach, this paper is expected to have a new perspective in the form of learning for the people of Indonesia. The results were concluded that corruption is part of a culture.
