Abstract

The Tri Dharma of Higher Education includes education, research and community service. In order to fulfil these obligations, Diponegoro University is implementing a community service program in Sijeruk Village. This program aims to increase public awareness of organic waste management, which so far has not been managed well. This activity includes counselling, demonstrations and training regarding organic waste management, including the formation of a Waste Bank. Through this program, it is hoped that the community can apply the knowledge gained to overcome waste problems in their environment, thereby creating a cleaner and healthier environment. The results of this activity show that people are starting to understand the importance of good and sustainable waste management.

Abstract

Potensi, peluang dan keunggulan-keunggulan di desa Banaran Kecamatan Cepogo Boyolali seharusnya menjadi modal dan pendorong dalam menggerakkan ekonomi kerakyatan berbasis kearifan lokal dan berorientasi nasional. Selain mendorong sektor industri logam ukir, potensi dan keunggulan lain desa Banaran Cepogo Boyolali meliputi pertanian dataran tinggi, peninggalan sejarah, seni dan budaya, pemandangan alam, waduk/embung dan potensi jasa. Solusi yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini pada prinsipnya mendasarkan pada potensi dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh mitra terutama Desa Tumang Banaran kecamatan Cepogo Boyolali. Potensi industri kecil dan menengah di Tumang yang relatif banyak dan padat karya akan didorong untuk membuka diri pada potensi-potensi ekonomi ikutan selain sektor utama yakni produk ukir tembaga dan sejenisnya dengan menerapkan mesin spinning berbasis mesin bubut  meliputi pendidikan (edukasi), seni dan budaya, wisata, pertanian dan produk ekonomi unggulan lain. Teknologi spinning efektif diterapkan untuk produk ukir tembaga dan kuningan dan sejenisnya. Proses pembuatan produk profil lengking pada prinsipnya terdiri dari persiapan bahan, pembentukkan dengan alat spinning, penghalusan, proses ukir dan finishing. Penggunaan mesin spinning berbasis modifikasi mesin bubut menjadikan teknologi ini lebih terjangkau bagi UMKM lokal.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berfokus pada fenomena tagar #KaburAjaDulu yang cukup viral di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia terkhusus pada kalangan generasi muda. Tagar #KaburAjaDulu sudah menjadi isu hangat sejak awal 2025 dan muncul sebagai keresahan dan kekhawatiran akan keadaan Indonesia yang sampai saat ini sedang tidak baik-baik saja entah karena kesenjangan sosial yang masih belum terselesaikan, kebijakan-kebijakan kontroversial berbungkus kepentingan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah yang cenderung bersikap anti-kritik, dan masalah-masalah lainnya yang memengaruhi perkembangan hidup dan kesejahteraan generasi muda. Tulisan ini juga menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif: studi atas fenomena trend #KaburAjaDulu yang kemudian dilihat lagi melalui studi literatur mengenai gagasan-gagasan filsafat tentang manusia dan psikologis usia generasi muda. Melalui tulisan ini, hal yang dapat penulis temukan adalah bahwa jika generasi muda adalah tonggak pembangunan negara, maka sudah seharusnya negara menjamin kesejahteraan hidup mereka dan mendukung pengembangan potensialitas mereka sehingga mereka dapat berkembang secara ideal dalam rentang usia mudanya. Namun, keadaan yang penuh kecarut-marutan ini mendorong mereka untuk kabur ke luar negeri karena beranggapan bahwa mereka akan lebih berkembang dan hidupnya terjamin ketika berada dan bekerja di luar negeri. Maka, tentunya untuk mengupayakan suatu perubahan diperlukan adanya transformasi diri terutama transformasi kesadaran dan mentalitas manusia sebagaimana kodratnya sebagai manusia. Dengan kesadaran dan mentalitas yang tertransformasi ini akan menjadi bekal untuk menuju ke transformasi situasi dan keadaan yang ada di luar diri manusia.

Abstract

Community Health Centers are the front guard in providing health services to the community, where the government has designated them as First Level Health Facilities (Level 1 Health Facilities) which are the reference for obtaining health insurance at the next level (Hospital).  Therefore, community health centers must provide the best services and complete education, so that the goals of public health can be achieved.   Occupational Health and Safety is an important element in protecting ourselves both from the service provider side (employees/staff) and from the service recipient side (patients/community).  Occupational Health and Safety itself consists of several elements that must be understood, including: Occupational Diseases, Personal Protective Equipment, Psychology and Ergonomics, Comfort (Noise and Vibration), Dangers (Mechanical and Electrical) and ultimately can be intertwined in the Safety Management System and Occupational Health.  All of these things have not been fully realized and applied in everyday life, even in health facilities. With this activity, it is hoped that the implementation of good Occupational Health and Safety will automatically increase the health figures of the community itself.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian skema Iptek bagi Daerah Binaan Undip (IBDU) bagi Industri Batik Tulis di Bayat Klaten Jawa Tengah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan menajemen berbasis ekspor. Pengembangan kelengkapan sarana anggota industri batik tulis pada saat ini diarahkan pada peningkatan kapasitas/produktitas dan kualitas produk batik tulis. Di bagian produksi, beberapa peralatan produksi yang perlu dimodifikasi atau disempurnakan meliputi peralatan perancangan (desain) dan gambar (drafting), teknik membatik, pewarnaan, perendaman, pelorotan, pengeringan dan finishing (pengepakan). Proses pembuatan batik pada kelompok Batik Tulis Kebon Indah meliputi pemotongan kain mori, membuat pola / motif, membatik (proses pencantingan), pewarnaan alami, pembilasan, pengeringan dan finishing. Pelorotan merupakan tahap penting dalam proses pembuatan batik tulis yang bertujuan untuk meluruhkan malam (lilin batik). Pembilasan merupakan tahapan lanjutan setelah proses pewarnaan dan pelorotan, yang berfungsi untuk membersihkan sisa malam, zat warna yang tidak terserap, serta residu bahan kimia atau bahan alami yang digunakan dalam proses

Abstract

[The Electroplating Devices Manufakturing for Practice at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan Sleman] SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan which located on Jl. Klangon-Tempel Km 4.5 Gedongan, Sumberagung, Moyudan, Sleman, DIY have Motorcycle Engineering and Business and Light Vehicle Engineering programs. In both programs, electroplating practice has not been electroplating practice has not been held since the absence of devices. The Mechanical Engineering Education Department service team of Yogyakarta State University which have expertise in developing equipment for practice, took the initiative to make a device for electroplating practice. The Four-D method was applied to create an electroplating practice device. The PAR method was applied to train teachers and education staff to perform the electroplating process. The electroplating devices equipped with 6 vessels so that able to accommodate the processes of hot degreasing, pickling, nickel strike and shiny nickel plating, and rinsing. The device is also equipped with a digital rectifier, temperature-controlled heater, aerator, and nickel anode in a titanium basket. Teachers and education staff have understood the theory of electroplating and are able to perform nickel plating with electroplating methods. However, learning modules are needed to improve the usefulness of electroplating practice devices.

Abstract

The potential, opportunities, and advantages of Banaran Village, Cepogo District, Boyolali should serve as capital and driving force in driving a people's economy based on local wisdom and national orientation. In addition to promoting the metal carving industry sector, other potentials and advantages of Banaran Village, Cepogo, Boyolali include highland agriculture, historical heritage, arts and culture, natural scenery, reservoirs/reservoirs, and service potential. The solutions implemented in this activity are principally based on the potential and constraints faced by partners, especially Tumang Village, Banaran, Cepogo District, Boyolali. The relatively large and labor-intensive potential of small and medium industries in Tumang will be encouraged to open themselves to the potential of the accompanying economy in addition to the main sector, namely copper carving products and the like, by implementing lathe-based spinning machines covering education, arts and culture, tourism, agriculture, and other superior economic products. In addition, these potentials, opportunities, and advantages will be encouraged with good management and governance patterns so that community movements can also stimulate the economic movements of the surrounding community

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian Iptek Desa Binaan Undip (IDBU) melalui sinergisitas kelompok nelayan, tokoh masyarakat dan  karang taruna  dilakukan untuk meningkatkan dan menggerakkan ekonomi masyarakat nelayan. Pengembangan wilayah pantai dan masyarakat nelayan sebagai pelaku wisata edukasi bahari dilakukan secara bertahap dan berkesinambungan meliputi penguatan kelompok nelayan, penguatan kuliner khas pantai, penataan tanaman pantai (mangrove), keamanan mancing/berlayar dan integrasi semua komponen. Pengembangan kelengkapan sarana anggota kelompok nelayan untuk mendukung wisata edukasi bahari ini difokuskan pada peralatan untuk perbaikan dan renovasi lambung atau bodi. Klasifikasi perawatan perahu terdiri dari perawatan ringan, perawatan sedang, dan perawatan berat. Beberapa teknologi kunci yang sangat membantu dalam praktik perawatan berat perahu di dok meliputi teknologi untuk pembersihan lambung, teknologi untuk inspeksi kerusakan, teknologi untuk perbaikan dan persiapan permukaan, dan teknologi pengecatan.Kata kunci: perahu, dok, perawatan, pembersiahan, pengecatan

Abstract

The Five Coconut Monkey Cave in Kupang City has been affected by the development of the Kupang City area. Around the 2000s, there were still several groups of monkeys roaming the location but gradually became extinct due to collisions, hunting, and disappearing from the area. As the name of the Monkey Cave Area but in it is no longer a monkey habitat, of course it is a question for tourists who visit and is the hope of the NTT Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Office.  Therefore, to restore or re-function as a monkey residence or there are other alternatives that can be developed can be a reference of university service to the Government and the community in general.

Abstract

 The purpose of this service activity is to optimize play facilities in order to support the learning process at PAUD Marturia Oesapa Selatan. Play facilities can help provide stimulation to help with physical and spiritual growth and development so that children have readiness to enter further education. The existence of good facilities and infrastructure can support the learning process to be more optimal which affects the quality of education. Data sources are obtained through observation, interview, and documentation methods. Interview informants include school principals, teachers of facilities and infrastructure, and subject teachers. The implementation method carried out by the implementation team in order to overcome partner problems is divided into 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The results of the activity show that the playground facilities have been well managed and stakeholders are satisfied.
