Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the development of the physical and sports professions in Indonesia in advancing the character of the industrial revolution 4.0 program towards the 2030 sustainable development program, achievements in the era of sustainable development goals (SDGs). In the development of the 4.0 revolution program, not only skills and technology are needed but the skills of a product in critical thinking, creative, innovative, learning technology, trying new and rich things, and being able to collaborate to realize new sciences. Through this S4D, it is hoped that it can maximize sports goals in accordance with RI Law NO. 3 of 2005, so that it can support the http://sdgs.bappenas.go.id/target-4 program in sustainable development efforts and achieving the era of sustainable Development Goals 2030. Keywords: S4D, UU RI NO 3 THAUN 2005

Abstract

Development of Passing Aids to Improve Accuracy is a tool in implementing the passing accuracy training program for basketball athletes. This tool can help, provide convenience and efficiency for athletes and coaches, can also provide various forms of training combined with passing or shotting exercises. This tool can also be used for three types of passing, namely, bounce pass, chest pass, and over head pass. This tool can be adjusted according to the athlete's needs when doing the training process. The research method used in this research is the research and development method. The assessment population in this study were 6 experts, namely 2 sports experts, 2 coaches, and 2 media experts. The form of the tool that has been made beforehand is validated by 3 experts, namely 1 sports expert, 1 trainer expert and 1 tool expert. The first trial of using the tool involved 5 basketball athletes and 3 experts, then the results were validated with an average value of 87.14%. While the results of the trial using the second tool involved 5 basketball athletes and 6 experts, then the results have been validated with the average value of the validity of the six being 90.4%. Based on the results of the validation by the six experts, it can be concluded that the development of passing training aids to improve accuracy is already valid and can be used for passing exercises in basketball clubs.Keywords: Training Aids, Accuracy, Passing, Basketball

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of hidden materials for health through audio visual media in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 101776 Sampali. The research method used is Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were fifth grade students of SD Negeri 101776 Sampali with a total of 28 students. Based on the initial test of learning outcomes of ability in the dangers of smoking for health, the percentage of students (14%) is 4 students out of 28 students. After the research, the learning outcomes test in cycle I and cycle II was carried out. And then in the second cycle of learning outcomes test, students experienced an increase in learning outcomes, namely 25 students (89%) had achieved learning mastery, while 3 students (11%) had not achieved learning mastery. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be obtained that audio-visual media can influence and improve learning outcomes of smoking material for health in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 101776 Sampali.Keywords: Dangers of Smoking, Learning Outcomes, Audio Visual Media

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of bar twist training and training. signal acoustic on top serviceability. The population in this study were all sepak takraw athletes from North Sumatra, which amounted to 12 people. The number of samples of 9 people was obtained by the purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were the instrument sit and reach to measure the flexibility of the waist muscles, the instrument whole-body reaction which aimed to measure reaction speed with the serve ability instrument on sepak takraw. The results of the analysis of the first hypothesis show that there is a significant contribution to training bar twist on serviceability with a value of (2.69 > 1.895). The results of the analysis of the second hypothesis showed that there was no significant contribution to the training acoustic signal on serviceability with a value of (3.48 <5.14). From the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is no significant contribution of bar twist training and training acoustic signal to the ability of the top service in sepak takraw athletes in North Sumatra.Keywords: Bar Twist, Acoustic Signal, Top Serviceability

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of relay running by applying a reciprocal teaching style to class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Tanjungbalai in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a classroom action research with the stages of implementation including planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The location of this research was carried out in class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Tanjungbalai which is located at Jalan IR. H. Juanda Tanjungbalai City. The time of this research was carried out in February 2022. While the subjects of this study were class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Tanjungbalai in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year with a total of 32 students. And the object of this research is the Improvement of Relay Running Learning Outcomes by Applying Reciprocal Teaching Style to Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 4 Tanjungbalai in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. In the initial data (before the cycle) the average score of students was 64.12 where from 32 students there were 10 students who had completed or got scores above the minimum limit. This means that only 31.2% of students achieve classical completeness of the total number of students. For that researchers need to make some improvements in learning. This is realized by the author by using the application of reciprocal teaching styles to improve the learning outcomes of relay running. Then a test was carried out to obtain data on learning outcomes in Cycle I of relay running with the application of reciprocal teaching styles, namely 18 students (56.25%) who had reached the learning mastery level, while 14 students (43.75%) had not yet reached the learning mastery level. With an average value of 74. Then the relay running learning was carried out again with a reciprocal teaching style in cycle II which added a form of exercise to students. From the learning outcomes test conducted in the second cycle, 29 students (90.6%) achieved the mastery level of learning, while 3 students (9.4%) had not yet reached the mastery level in learning, with an average score of 85.34. In this case, it can be seen that there is an increase in the average value of learning outcomes in cycle I and cycle II, which is 11.34. So there is an increase between cycle I and cycle II. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that through the application of reciprocal teaching styles can improve the learning outcomes of relay running in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Tanjungbalai in the 2021/2022 academic year.Keywords: Relay Running, Reciprocal Teaching Style, Classroom Action Research

Abstract

This study aims to overcome the boredom of the Indoor Hockey athletes in Binjai, Tanjung Balai, and Batu Bara in carrying out variations of attack pattern training in the Indoor Hockey game and increase the enthusiasm of the athletes with new variations of training. This research method is a type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D). The subjects of this study were taken from FHI Binjai, FHI Tanjung Balai, and FHI Batu Bara. The small group trial involved 12 people at FHI Binjai. The large group trial in this study involved 24 people at FHI Batu Bara and FHI Tanjung Balai. Variations of attack pattern training in this Indoor Hockey game have been created and validated by 3 experts, namely, Expert Coach, Expert Hockey, Media Expert. The results of the small group test involving 12 Binjai athletes, showed that the variation of attack pattern training in the Indoor Hockey game met the criteria to be continued in the large group trial with a percentage of 75 - 83%. The results of the large group test involving 24 athletes from the FHI Batu Bara, and Tanjung Balai, showed that the variation of attack pattern training in the indoor hockey game met the criteria to be continued in large group trials with a percentage of 85-92%. It can be concluded that the Development of Attack Pattern Training Video Tutorials in Indoor Hockey Games can be categorized very well with the meaning of being feasible and can be used. Because it is important in increasing the enthusiasm of the athletes to be more active in practicing attack patterns and as an attraction to overcome the boredom of athletes in Practice Indoor Hockey.Keywords: Video Tutorials, Attack Patterns, Hockey Indoor

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce a product in the form of web-based learning media for physical education subjects for class X drugs at SMA Negeri 1 Besitang. The research method used in this study is a research and development method consisting of 9 stages, namely: (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product trials, (7) product revisions, (8) usage trials and (9) product revisions. The pilot sample in this research and development was teachers and students of class X at SMA Negeri 1 Besitang. The trial sample in small groups in this study amounted to 26 people. The trial sample in the large group in this study amounted to 42 people. Collecting data using questionnaires, interview guidelines, and observation sheets. The data analysis technique was carried out by calculating the percentage of answers to each statement item given to respondents, namely material experts, media experts, learning experts, teachers and students. This study resulted in the assessment data of small group student responses having an average percentage value of 84.4% being in the "Eligible" qualification and the large group student response assessment data having an average percentage value of 88.4% being in the "Very Eligible" qualification so that Web-based learning media for physical education subjects for class X drugs to be used in physical education learning.Keywords: Web-Based Learning Media, Physical Education, Drug Materials

Abstract

The problem in this study is the importance of physical conditions in influencing passing accuracy. The purpose of the study was to determine the direct effect of eye and foot coordination, strength on speed in soccer games. The method used in this research is descriptive and varied methods, the research sample is 30 people. The instruments used are passing accuracy test instruments, eye and foot coordination tests, strength tests using a leg and back dynamometer. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. This study involves 3 independent variables whose influence on the dependent variable will be investigated, namely soccer passing accuracy (X4), the independent variables are eye and foot coordination (X1), strength (X2) and speed (X3). Research Results: 1. There is a direct effect of eye and foot coordination on speed in soccer games. 2. There is an indirect effect of strength on speed in soccer games. 3. There is an indirect effect of eye and foot coordination on passing accuracy in soccer games. 4. There is a direct influence of strength on passing accuracy in soccer games. 5. There is an indirect effect of soccer speed on passing accuracy in soccer games. 6. There is an indirect effect of eye-foot coordination on strength in soccer games. 7. There is a direct effect of eye-foot coordination through strength on passing accuracy in soccer games. 8. There is a direct effect of eye-foot coordination through speed on passing accuracy in soccer games. 9. Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) with implementation stages including planning, implementation of the action, observation, and reflection. The location of this research was carried out in class VI sekolah dasar negeri 028066 binjai utara. After the data is collected, an analysis will be carried out: From the test of learning outcomes before using the scientific approach (pre-test) obtained 9 students (29.03%) who have achieved mastery learning, while 22 students (70.69%) have not reached the level of mastery learning. With an average value of 58.33. Then learning is carried out using a scientific approach in cycle I. From the test of learning outcomes in Cycle I dribbling through a scientific approach in cycle 1, 19 students (61.29%) have reached the level of mastery learning, while 12 students (38.70%) have not. achieve the level of mastery learning. With an average value of 69.73. Then the learning was carried out again dribbling with a scientific approach. From the learning outcomes test conducted in the second cycle, 27 students (87.09%) achieved the mastery level of learning, while 4 students (12.90%) had not yet reached the mastery level in learning, with an average score of 81.66. In this case, it can be seen that there is an increase in the average value of learning outcomes in cycle I and cycle II, namely 11.93. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be said that a scientific approach it can improve learning outcomes by dribbling a basketball for class VI sekolah dasar negeri 028066 binjai utara.Keywords: Improving, Learning Outcomes, Dribbling

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of dribbling learning outcomes through variations based on the play approach in class IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Secanggang T.A. 2019/2020. The subject of this research was carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Secanggang T.A. 2019/2020, the sample in this study was class IX-4 students, totaling 30 people. The research method used is the Classroom Action Research method. Based on the results of the initial tests conducted on students in class IX-4 of SMP Negeri 2 Secanggang, out of 30 students, only 6 students (20%) achieved a mastery level of learning with an average score of 55.8. The results of the first cycle of students there were 15 students (50%) who reached the level of mastery learning with an average value of 68.6. In the second cycle, there were 25 students (83.3%) who achieved the mastery level of learning with an average score of 80.7. This study concludes that through variations based on the play approach, it can improve the learning outcomes of dribbling in soccer games for grade IX-4 students of SMP Negeri 2 Secanggang T.A. 2019/2020.Keywords: Dribbling, Learning Results Dribbling, Approach to Play
