Abstract

This study focuses on developing a classification model of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) users based on usage frequency by applying the Multinomial Logistic Regression (MLR) method. Data were obtained through a survey of QRIS users, with 265 respondents comprising the research sample. An analysis was conducted to identify demographic and behavioral factors that significantly influence QRIS usage frequency. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the MLR model in classifying QRIS users into different usage frequency categories with a high level of accuracy. Variables such as age, gender, and transaction time were found to significantly influence QRIS usage frequency. This research has theoretical and practical implications for stakeholders, including QRIS service providers, who can use the findings to design more effective marketing strategies and personalize services to suit the needs of different user segments.

Abstract

Pneumonia is an inflammatory condition of the respiratory tract and lung tissue caused by viruses, bacteria, or fungi. It is the leading cause of death in children under five, with estimates that every 20 seconds, a child under five dies from pneumonia. Despite being a significant cause of death, pneumonia is often overlooked due to low detection, non-specific symptoms, and lack of attention in treating this problem. The management of pneumonia does not only focus on the administration of antibiotics, but also involves supportive therapies such as respiratory physiotherapy. Breathing exercises are one of the simple interventions that have been proven effective in helping relieve complaints of shortness of breath in pneumonia patients. This article aims to review the literature related to the application of breathing exercises in overcoming shortness of breath in pneumonia patients as a basis for developing clinical interventions. The method used is SLR (Systematic Literature Review) by analyzing, reviewing and drawing conclusions that are relevant to the research topic and can be accounted for. The results of the analysis of several articles showed that the application of breathing exercise in shortness of breath pneumonia is effective in the long term and easy to apply directly by everyone. In this case it is concluded that Breathing exercise is scientifically proven to be able to reduce the level of shortness of breath, increase oxygen saturation, and slow down breathing.

Abstract

This study uses the Simple Linear Regression method to evaluate and predict participation in the 2025 year-end worship service of the Efrata Wosi Congregation in Manokwari, West Papua. Attendance data from the past five years is used as the basis for analysis, in which the main potentially influential variables are examined. The author will discuss the application of the linear regression method in this study. Linear regression is used to trace patterns in the relationship between a dependent variable and two or more independent variables. The simple linear regression model generates measurable predictions that are useful for planning. This study produced the following scores: Mean Absolute Error (MAE), 0.54%; Mean Squared Error (MSE), 0.36%; Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), 0.60%; and R² score, 0.95%. The predicted participation of the Efrata Wosi congregation in the closing worship service in 2025 is 18,334, which is an increase from the previous year. These results are expected to guide church leaders in optimizing their preparations and strategies to enhance participation.

Abstract

The increase in urban activities that are not followed by good urban spatial planning has caused a decline in environmental quality, one of which is seen from the emergence of street vendors who dominate public spaces and carry out buying and selling activities along the roads and sidewalks. This picture can be found in several locations in Manokwari City, such as on Yos Sudarso Sanggeng street, Angkasa Mulyono street, and Jenderal Sudirman street, which are filled with Papuan mothers traders along the roadsides and sidewalks. The location of the garden which is far from home is also the reason they have to sell on the side of the road so that their goods are easily seen and sold quickly, so these Papuan mothers use the sidewalks and roadsides as spaces that are the main market orientation for selling their garden produce. The spaces formed by Papuan mothers when selling have the same patterns as in several research locations that will be studied. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that encourage Papuan mothers to prefer selling on the roadside or sidewalk, and to find out ideas in organizing and arranging sidewalks for Papuan mothers who sell. This study uses a qualitative method that can produce descriptive data obtained from literature reviews, field observations, and interviews with various informants directly or indirectly through questionnaires and documentation. This study also uses a triadic approach that will discuss spatial practices, spatial representation and representational space to better understand the reproduction of social interaction space for Papuan mothers' selling places at the research location. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations to the government in the form of an open market design concept on the sidewalk for Papuan mothers as the identity of the city of Manokwari.

Abstract

Keujren blang is an example of the natural wealth owned by the Aceh region. This area has a unique culture and biodiversity, with various types of plants and animals living in it. Keujren blang also has important ecological, economic, and social values for the local community. Gampong Ujong Drien is one of the areas in Aceh that has extensive and diverse keujren blang. However, keujren blang in this area faces various threats, such as environmental change, deforestation, and unsustainable human activities. Therefore, research on keujren blang in Gampong Ujong Drien is very important to be carried out in order to understand the uniqueness and biodiversity of keujren blang and identify the threats faced by this ecosystem.Keywords: keujruen blang, ujung drien

Abstract

Strengthening entrepreneurship based on art and technology requires a product downstream strategy that is adaptive to market needs and the development of creativity. This research aims to formulate a pattern of developing SmartCraft Packs creative products as a learning and production medium that supports downstream entrepreneurship in Studio Mitra Bangun Kreatifa. The approach used is the Logical Framework Approach (LFA), which consists of the stages of problem identification, goal analysis, input and output planning, and measurement of achievement indicators. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of the creative process in the studio, as well as validation of the needs of user segments and target markets. The results of the study show that the development of SmartCraft Packs with interactive and modular content based on digital arts and contextual crafts is able to strengthen the entrepreneurial learning ecosystem that is applicable and market-oriented. This product not only serves as a medium for education and creative exploration, but also opens up downstream opportunities through community collaboration, product incubation, and digital distribution. This development pattern is expected to be a replication reference for other creative studios in designing applied art products that are relevant to today's creative entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Abstract

Three-dimensional (3D) printing technology, also known as Additive Manufacturing (AM), has rapidly advanced in the construction industry and is increasingly applied across different scales, ranging from small components to full-scale building projects. This article reviews the evolution of 3D printing technology with a particular focus on printing systems (gantry, robotic arms, and mobile systems), materials employed (concrete, polymers, and metals), and its applications in various construction projects. Findings indicate that 3D printing offers significant advantages in terms of time efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability through material optimization and waste minimization. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including regulations, quality standards, and long-term material durability. With the integration of intelligent technologies and continuous research, 3D printing holds the potential to emerge as a new paradigm in global construction practices.

Abstract

Personality describes characteristics that are relatively permanent in individuals and will affect the behavior of these individuals. Personality is one of the factors that can affect a person's emotional intelligence. The low emotional intelligence of a person will have an impact on a person’s emotional mental cindition such as anxiety, stress, depression. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the Big Five personality and emotional intelligence in students of the Medical Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Tanjungpura University. The research method used in this study was an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The research population was students of the Medical Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Medical University who were selected using the cluster random sampling method with 169 subjects. Bivariate analysis using Spearman correlation test with SPSS 24.0The results by the Spearman correlation test obtained a significance value of 0.000 (Sig <0.05) for the relationship between the personality Big Five and emotional intelligence in students of the Medical Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Tanjungpura University. There is a relationship between the Big Five personality and emotional intelligence in Medical Study Program Students, Faculty of Medicine, Tanjungpura University.

Abstract

Stroke is the main cause of motor disability, one of which is walking disorders due to hemiparesis. This study aims to determine the effect of using Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO) on walking quality in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. The method used is a case study on a 58-year-old female patient with left hemiparesis. The intervention in the form of using AFO was carried out for five consecutive days, once a day, with daily evaluation of walking quality using observation sheets and recording walking time of 5 meters. The results showed an improvement in walking after using AFO. On the first day before use, the patient walked draggingly and needed 27 seconds to cover a distance of 5 meters. After using AFO, there was an improvement in posture, stability, and lifting of the left leg when stepping. Walking time also continued to improve during the five days of intervention. In conclusion, the use of AFO in stroke patients in the acute phase can help improve walking quality significantly. This intervention is effective as part of early mobilization efforts to prevent further decline in function and increase patient independence.

Abstract

Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) undergoing hemodialysis often experience sleep disturbances as one of their complaints, which can significantly reduce their quality of life. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a complementary therapy combining the recitation (murottal) of Surah Ar-Rahman with lavender aromatherapy in improving the sleep quality of hemodialysis patients. The study was conducted on a 60-year-old CKD patient in the inpatient ward of PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital over five consecutive days. The intervention was administered each night for 10–20 minutes before bedtime. Sleep quality was measured using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The results showed a significant decrease in the PSQI score, from a score of 10 indicating poor sleep quality to a score of 1 indicating good sleep quality on the fifth day. This study demonstrates that the combination of murottal and lavender aromatherapy is effective in improving sleep quality in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis, making it a safe and beneficial non-pharmacological intervention in nursing practice.
