Jurnal Gramatika: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (2442-8485) & (2460-6316), well-known as GRAMATIKA, is an international forum for original research focused on identities as local contexts, like an identity in linguistics, identity in literature, and identity in language education in global and local contexts, especially in Indonesia. These may include but are not limited to various fields, such as we are interested in interdisciplinary studies examining how issues of linguistics, literature, and education in language influence individual and community identities. In order to publish in GRAMATIKA, a study must have an overview of previous research or theoretical concepts that are packaged to justify the novelty/uniqueness of this study and central focus on local, foreign, minority, heritage, or indigenous languages (or non-standard dialects) and their intersection with either identity and/or education in language, linguistics and literature. We welcome a variety of topics, theoretical orientations, and methodological approaches (both qualitative and quantitative). Jurnal Gramatika: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia published by Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat, in collaboration with Asosiasi Dosen Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (ADOBSI) and Perkumpulan Pengelola Jurnal Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia serta Pengajarannya (PPJB-SIP). Issues are published biannual (April and October) in English since 2020. Submissions are open year-around. However, before submitting, please ensure that the manuscript within Jurnal Gramatika: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia is written in English or Bahasa Indonesia and follows our focus and scope and author guidelines. Jurnal Gramatika: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia has been accredited by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, the Republic of Indonesia in 2018 (SINTA 3). Now, Jurnal Gramatika: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia has been accredited SINTA 2 (2020) by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, the Republic of Indonesia started from Volume 6 Number 1 (2020). Abstract

The reseach aims to describe the effectiveness of cooperative integrated reading and composition strategy in writing argumentation composition learning to class X students at SMAN Bua Ponrang. The reseach is  experiment research which employs true experiment design. Thesubject of the research were class X students at SMAN 1 Bua Ponrang of academic years o2016/2017 with the total of 245 students. The sample of the research were taken by using randomtechnique and class X4 was chosen as the experiment class and class X6 was chosen as the controclass. The data obtained were analysed by using descriptive and inferensial statistics analysis witt-test. The result of the research reveal that there is significant difference between writingargumentation composition learning using CIRC strategy and writing argumentation compositionlearning without using CIRC strategy, and abilities and writing argumentation composition betweethe group which was given the treatment is effective to be used as a strategy in writingargumentation composition learning to class X SMAN 1 Bua Ponrang. The effectiveness of writing argumentation composition is showed by t-test in initial an final test of the experiment and controlthe experiment group wich obtained t count 5.159 with db 31 and p score 0.000. The p score ismaller that the significant level 5% which stated that learning is effective. The control class theinitial and final test obtained it count 5.697 with db 31 and p score 0.000. The p score is smallethat significant level 5%. Which stated that learning in the experiment class is effective.

Abstract

Reading is an obligation for students, Therefore, Indonesian Tadris students who will become educators should also be able to develop reading skills. Unfortunately, this is still far from expectations, thus it is necessary to apply the right and suitable method to increase student passion in the reading comprehensive subject. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation, benefits, constraints, and solutions of the KaKi technique with quantum learning style in the Comprehensive Reading learning. This study used descriptive qualitative with a case study research approach. The data sources are obtained from places, events, informants, and documents. Places and events are the processes of implementing learning carried out in the classroom. The informants in this study were Indonesian Tadris Department students. The documents studied are related to the implementation of Comprehensive Reading learning. The data obtained were analyzed using an interactive analysis model which included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that 1) the implementation of the KaKi technique with Quantum Learning Style was suitable with the  RPS or Semester Learning Plan compiled by lecturers following curriculum standards. 2) There are benefits in implementing the KaKi technique with Quantum Learning Style. 3) There are constraints in implementing the KaKi technique with Quantum Learning Style.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bahasa Anak Baru (ABG) pada remaja cerpendi berbagai majalah edisi 10-23 Mei 2013. Penelitian yang menggunakan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis), yang melakukan analisis isi pada remaja cerpen di berbagai majalah. Sehingga ditemukan dalam penggunaan kosa kata ketidakbakuan, keragaman bahasa, dan struktur kalimat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa remaja cenderung memilih kosa kata non-standar, bahasa keragaman  kasual, struktur kalimat singkat, lincah dan kreatif dan tungal dan elips. Mudah-mudahan dengan penelitian ini, bahasa ABG di cerpen remaja di berbagai majalah 10-23 Mai 2013 edisi dapat membuat tambahan pengetahuan bagi penulis cerita pendek sehingga orang lain dapat menghasilkan tulisan-tulisan dalam pekerjaan yang baik dan kualitas, terlepas dari cara penulisan sebenarnya

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to develop virtual external context landscape learning strategy in the educational pragmatics course so that the improvement of the quality of educational pragmatics learning in the Master program of the Indonesian language education in response to covid-19 pandemic can be done. This research is included in the type of development research with modifications as necessary in accordance with the target achievements of this development research. The steps of research on the development of a virtual external context landscape learning strategy are as follows: (1) data collection and analysis for a preliminary product of development study, (2) product development planning, (3) product draft development, (4) testing early stage field trials, (5) revision of field trial results, (6) second stage field trials, (7) product improvement of field test results, (8) final stage field testing, (9) final product improvement, and (10) ) dissemination and implementation. This research is theoretically useful in terms of developing pragmatic linguistics, especially educational pragmatics, and is practically useful in terms of improving the educational pragmatic learning model in the master program in response to Covid-19 pandemic.Keywords: Learning Model, Context Landscape, Educational PragmaticsAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran lanskap konteks eksternal virtual  dalam mata kuliah Pragmatik Edukasional sehingga peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran Pragmatik Edukasional di program magister pendidikan bahasa Indonesia dalam rangka menyikapi pandemi covid-19 dapat dilakukan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan modifikasi seperlunya sesuai dengan target capaian penelitian pengembangan ini. Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian pengembangan strategi pembelajaran lanskap konteks eksternal virtual tersebut secara lengkap disampaikan sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan dan analisis data untuk studi pendahuluan pengembangan produk, (2) perencanaan pengembangan produk, (3) pengembangan draf produk, (4) uji coba lapangan tahap awal, (5) revisi hasil uji coba lapangan, (6) uji coba lapangan tahap kedua, (7) penyempurnaan produk hasil uji lapangan, (8) uji lapangan tahap akhir, (9) penyempurnaan produk akhir, dan (10) diseminasi dan implementasi. Penelitian ini bermanfaat secara teoretis dalam hal pengembangan ilmu bahasa pragmatik khususnya pragmatik edukasional, dan secara praktis bermanfaat dalam kaitan dengan perbaikan model  pembelajaran pragmatik edukasional di program magister dalam rangka menyikapi pandemi Covid-19.Kata Kunci:  Model Pembelajaran, Lanskap Konteks, Pragmatik Edukasional

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengembangkan buku ajar menulis sastra yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter siswa kelas  VIII SMP.. Buku sastra yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah menulis  cerpen dan  menulis puisi. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada model tahapan Borg dan Gall. Tahapan tersebut terdiri atas sepuluh tahap pengembangan, yaitu tahap penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi awal, tahap perencanaan, tahap pengembangan format produksi awal, tahap uji coba awal, tahap revisi produk, tahap uji coba lapangan, tahap revisi produk, tahap uji lapangan, tahap revisi produk akhir, dan desiminasi dan implementasi. Dalam penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap revisi produk akhir tanpa menyertakan tahap desiminasi dan implementasi karena keterbatasan waktu penelitian. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses pengembangan dan kualitas buku ajar menulis sastra yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter siswa. Sedangkan subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Se-Kabupaten Ngawi.Penelitian kali ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan karena berusaha mengembangkan buku ajar. Hasil proses pengembangan buku ajar ditunjukkan pada tahap-tahap sebagai berikut. Validasi buku ajar dinilai oleh dua validator, hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar termasuk dalam kategori baik karena persentase ≥ 75%, hasil uji coba awal diujicobakan secara terbatas pada tujuh siswa kelas VIII dihasilkan angket siswa, wawancara guru, dan observasi pengamat. Dari hasil uji coba lapangan dihasilkan nilai siswa dalam menulis sastra menghasilkan nilai rata-rata siswa 80. Kualitas buku ajar menulis menulis sastra yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter berdasarkan penilaian validator menyebutkan bahwa buku ajar tersebut  termasuk dalam kategori berkualitas karena persentasenya ≥ 61%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku ajar menulis menulis sastra yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter layak digunakan sebagai buku ajar menulis sastra kelas VIII SMP.

Abstract

 Abstrak This research is motivated by several things, among others: writing is one form of work that is often written by students. the resulting work must be in accordance with good grammar. Basically, it is often encountered in student performance, not in accordance with the correct grammar. The developed sentence has not seen cohesion and coherence between paragraphs. Cohesion and Correction are needed in writing so that the meaning conveyed by the author is understood by the reader. The cohesion and the korehensi of a sentence are inseparable from the use of non-language words like conjuncers. The purpose of this research is to describe the type of conjunctor in student paper FKIP UMMY Solok. The type of this research is qualitative research using descriptive method, with the following steps (1) reading data in the form of student papers, (2) providing encoding by circling and giving special code such as giving data number, (3) reporting all data which has been encoded, (4) language data according to the function of each conjunctor, (6) make concise recommendations and. Based on data analysis, the total number of conjunctors used in student papers is 104 data. From the data it can be concluded that the students have not varied in using conjunctor. They use conjunctors for, because in PPD courses that are associated with participants who not only include the concepts, but also the benefits of each material contained in the paper. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa hal antara lain: karya tulis ilmiah merupakan salah satu bentuk karya yang sering ditulis mahasiswa. Karya yang dihasilkan haruslah sesuai dengan kaedah tata Bahasa yang baik. Pada kenyataannya, sering ditemui dalam penulisan tugas mahasiswa, tidak sesuai dengan tata bahasa yang benar. Kalimat yang dikembangkan belum memperlihatkan kohesi dan koherensi antar paragraf. Padahal kohesi dan korensi sangat dibutuhkan dalam menulis agar makna yang disampaikan oleh penulis dalam dipahami oleh pembaca. Kohesi dan korehensi sebuah kalimat tidak terlepas dari pemanfaatan unsur-unsur bahasa seperti konjungtor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan jenis konjungtor dalam makalah mahasiswa FKIP UMMY Solok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut (1) membaca data yang berupa makalah mahasiswa, (2) memberi pengkodean dengan cara melingkari dan memberikan kode khusus seperti memberikan nomor data, (3) mencatat semua data yang telah diberi pengkodean, (4) membahasa data sesuai dengan fungsi masing-masing konjungtor, (6) membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, secara keseluruhan jumlah konjungtor yang digunakan dalam makalah mahasiswa sebanyak 104 data. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa belum bervariasinya mahasiswa dalam menggunakan konjungtor. Mereka cenderung menggunakan konjungtor untuk, karena pada mata kuliah PPD yang berhubungan dengan peserta didik sehingga makalahnya tersebut tidak saja berisi konsep-konsep, tetapi juga manfaat dari masing-masing materi yang dijelaskan dalam makalah tersebut. Keywords: Konjungtor, Makalah, UMMY SOLOK

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the low activity and student learning outcomes in writing review texts. This is due to the lack of creativity of students and teachers in supporting the achievement of learning goals.This study aims to describe the increase in activity and learning outcomes of writing novel text review skills through the Think Talk Write model on class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Rambah. This type of research is classroom action research. The method of this research is qualitative and quantitative methods. The research subjects were class VIII students totaling 26 people. The data analysis technique of this research is qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results of this study are (1) an increase in the quality of student activities from prasiklus by 36% (lack of quality), cycle I by 60% (quite high quality), cycle II at 76% (quality), cycle III by 94% (very high quality) , and (2) an increase in completeness of pre-cycle learning outcomes of 46.15% with an average value of 67.88, cycle I of 61.53% with an average value of 76.15, cycle II of 80, 76% with the average value of 80.65 in the third cycle was 96.15% with an average value of 85.04. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of the Think Talk Write model in writing novel review texts is able to improve the activity and learning outcomes of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Rambah.

Abstract

This article discusses the life of Suku Anak Dalam or usually called as SAD who live in rural area of Jambi Province, Indonesia. Transmigration program at SAD area in Merangin Regency creates multi-language areas. Transmigration and multilanguage makes SAD life experiences social change and its origin language and culture are threatened of extinction. Another factor is Industry Revolution 4.0 that has given positive impact towards SAD life. Beside that, its negative impact is that the cultural heritage which is the nation civilization  can be extinct. Therefore an effort of maintaining the language needs to be done. A qualitative research was used to describe the data. Beside that, this article is also a multidisciplinary science in this case studying the social change occurs in SAD life then sociology study was employed. Meanwhile, language plan in the effort of maintaining the language is a language science study especially sociolinguistics. The research data were obtained from interview result and field observation. Social changes that occur in SAD life are residences, using communication devices, owning religion, vehicle, and fashion style. There are seven languages used in the transmigration area such as SAD language, Malay language, Indonesian language (national language), Javanese, Minangese, Sundanese, and Batak Language. The efforts for conserving the language done by the government (The Ministry of Education and Culture, Jambi Province Government, Jambi Language Center) are making the policy and SAD language dictionary but these actions are not optimal yet. Beside that, SAD also has done some actions in the effort of maintaining their language and culture. Based on the findings of this research, a special attention about SAD life is pivotal so that their language and culture do not become extinct.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan bentuk kalimat, penanda kesopanan, dan alasan dari mahasiswa digunakan meminta kesopanan dengan dosen di Dharma Universitas Andalas. Ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diambil dari ucapan-ucapan yang meminta antara mahasiswa dan dosen. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan bentuk kalimat yang sering digunakan oleh mahasiswa adalah kalimat perintah kemudian diikuti oleh kalimat tanya dan kalimat deklaratif. Meskipun mahasiswa digunakan kalimat penting, itu tidak berarti bahwa itu adalah perguruan ucapan mahasiswa tidak sopan karena dilengkapi dengan penanda meminta kesopanan dan juga alasan menggunakannya. Beberapa penanda meminta kesopanan adalah dengan menggunakan kata tolong, can, dan -lah partikel. Umumnya, mahasiswa digunakan makna ucapan sebagai alasan terbesar saat menggunakan meminta kesopanan untuk dosen. Selain itu, alasan lain yang juga mempengaruhi mahasiswa yang digunakan meminta kesopanan adalah orang pertama, orang kedua, dan emosi pembicara.

Abstract

AbstrakKeterampilan membaca merupakan landasan yang menjadi syarat mutlak yang harus dikuasai siswa untuk menggali dan menimba ilmu pengetahuan lebih lanjut. Tanpa penguasaan yang mantap terhadap kemampuan tersebut tentu ilmu-ilmu yang lain tidak dapat dikuasai. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari peranan membaca sangat penting. Penggunaan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dalam pembelajaran membaca pemahaman dirancang dalam bentuk Rancangan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang disusun dengan berpedoman kepada Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). Proses pembelajaran membaca pemahaman menggunakan empat tahap, yaitu presentasi kelas, belajar tim, kuis individual, dan penghargaan tim. Evaluasi hasil yang dilaksanakan, yaitu terlihat dari kemampuan anak dalam menemukan gagasan utama serta gagasan penjelas, dan membuat ringkasan. Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa hasil tes siklus I nilai rata-rata membaca siswa adalah 72,65 dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata membaca siswa adalah 77,26. Hasil tes menunjukkan adanya peningkatan. Dari hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa keberhasilan guru dalam pembelajaran ditentukan oleh deskriptor yang direncanakan dengan persentase pada siklus I adalah 80 dan pada siklus II adalah 93,3Kata Kunci: Peningkatan, Membaca Pemahaman, Pembelajaran,  Model Kooperatif
