Pesantren as an Islamic educational institution in Indonesia has a meaning and role that is very urgent in order to improve the standard of living and maintain tolerance in a diverse society. The journey of pesantren as an institution that concentrates on the field of education requires mutual attention. The existence of Pesantren is the mandate of the nation, even before the independence of Indonesia, while its implementation at the moment is the implementation of the joint responsibility in accordance with the mandate in the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution of paragraph IV and Article 31 of the 1945 Constitution. The development in Indonesia is carried out by various institutions education both general education and Islamic education that has a different background. The Pesantren as an Islamic educational institution that is built and developed in Indonesia is one type of Islamic education of Indonesia that is both traditional and modern to deepen the knowledge of Islam, live in society and nation. Historically, the development of pesantren in Indonesia has different backgrounds, styles and roles, as well as the struggle to realize national educational goals framed in Islamic religious education. Thus, in this study will be discussed a brief history of Islamic boarding schools, Islamic education in Indonesia as well as about pesantren as educational institutions that have a characteristic nationality.

The majority of fuqoha 'has defined fiqh as a result of understanding, tashawwur and critical reasoning (al-idrak) of a mujtahid. But on the other hand, fiqh as a result of ijtihad teryata is often described as divine law (sharia). As Ijma '(consensus), there are many differences in defining it, but until now there are still many fuqoha' who regard ijma 'as qath'i propositions which are level with texts and are sariari-made propositions' and even claim that those who oppose ijma 'including infidels. Humans often traditionalize actions that are considered good and are their daily needs, so that Islam also still recognizes and contributes to maintaining the tradition (â€˜Urf) into a method of observation, not only maintaining it but because it pays more attention to the benefit of the people. Because Islam comes in the context of regulating the social order that is oriented towards achieving benefit and avoiding loss (madlarat), moreover the texts of the Shari'a itself do not provide a detailed solution to the diversity of problems of each community. Traditionally the implications of Urf are very limited to only space and time, while legal decisions continue to apply even in different situations and conditions. So the view of jurisprudence towards the world (jurist's worldview) is intended as the development of the Urf concept in order to achieve the universality of maqashid al-sharia.

Pemilihan umum (Pemilu) is a five-year moment to elect the regional head, legislative, president and vice president as well as a democratic party in Indonesia. As a moment of political contestation in the Pemilu, in its implementasion is is often accompanied by violations committed by pairs of candidates who are contesting the election, such as money politics, politicization of SARA an so on. Nahdlatul Ulama as the largest community organization in Indonesia and even the world, plays an important role in carrying out political literacy in society, Nahdlatul Ulama women who are members of Pimpinan Wilayah Fatayat NU Lampung and Pengurus Koordinator Cabang Korps PMII Puteri Lampung Through political luteracy programs make a positive contribution in welcoming the Pemilu 2019-2020. This study uses qualitative approach, while the data sources were obtained through interviews, observations, documentation and literature related to the topic of discussion. The Nahdlatul Ulama Womenâ€™s Political Literacy Movement cooperates with the organizers of the Pemilu namely Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) and Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) as a stakeholder. The Nahdlatul Ulama women through these programs aim to create a dignified democracy and be able to produce leaders who bring positive changes to the region and the country.

Shalawat Nariyah in the Perspective of Hadith: A Study of the Ma'ani Al-Hadith Approach Firmansyah, Siddik; Rizki, Marisa

Every Muslim who believes is encouraged to pray to the prophet known as tawassul (intermediary), shalawat nariyah contains praise and prayers to the prophet made by scholars without any teachings in the Hadith and the Koran. The purpose of this study is to see that shalawat nariyah is included in the recommendation of the Islamic religion as exemplified by the prophet or heresy?. The method of analysis used descriptive-comparative. The results showed that tawasul to the prophet and Allah's beloved creatures is allowed, while shalawat nariyah is a category of bid'ah Hashanah which is good because of the contents of shalawat nariyah are prayers and praises to the prophet. The hadith of the prophet showing praise and prayer to the prophet as an intermediary to get closer to Allah is highly recommended and sunnah practice it, with the intention of remaining Allah as a god who must be worshiped so as not to become shirk. The theoretical implications of this research provide a meeting point for shalawat nariyah in the hadith that relying on the prophet is recommended as long as it does not go outside the norms of Islam.

mafqud is a person who has no news, unknown where it exists, whether alive or dead. Mafqud is one of the reasons for the divorce, which by court verdict contained in article 116 letter b Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). in addressing mafqud matters KHI provides a limit waiting for 2 years, where as in the school of Shafi'i in qaul jadidnya give time for 90 years, and in his other opinion (qaul qadim) give a time limit for 4 years, then undergo iddah dead for 4 months and 10 days.

Basically in a marriage a man can only have one wife. A woman can only have one husband. Law number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law provides an opportunity if the male party wishes to have more than one wife, the Court can give permission to a husband who wishes to have more than one wife if the parties wish to do so. One of the objectives of Islamic law is to create benefit and avoid damage (mafsadah). If an action that has not been committed is strongly suspected to cause damage (mafsadah), then things that lead to the action are prohibited. This legal method became known as Sad Zari'ah. The permissibility of polygamy contained in the Marriage Law indirectly, this rule has implemented the concept of sad dzari'ah, because sad dzari'ah itself (generic meaning: closing the road) is preventing an act from causing mafsadah (damage). if an intermediary will cause mafsadah. So the prevention of mafsadah is carried out, because it is forbidden. This is solely for the sake of benefit and rejecting mafsadah (damage) for all citizens in general, and for husband and wife in particular.

This study discusses the economic development of Islamic boarding schools in Probolinggo Regency by empowering coastal Muslim communities by producing marine processed products. Islamic boarding schools have provided a new nuance for coastal communities in the form of economic improvement. The researcher uses a qualitative phenomenological method with data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews and several references obtained from reputable books and journals related to empowerment and economic development. The results showed that; 1) The efforts made by the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in formulating a pattern of empowering coastal communities are based on two approaches, namely increasing the ability of the community independently and creating opportunities for economic development for the community; 2) Economic development of coastal communities is carried out through strengthening the social structure, economic equity, education on the values of economic independence, community participation, and community involvement in regional development.

This field research uses the phenomenology approach in studying the Islamic tradition of the Archipelago as a phenomenon that also can be basis of multicultural education. This research uses descriptive qualitative data analysis. There are seven backgrounds that make this research urgent. First, multicultural education is very important to be developed in Indonesia as a nation that has a lot of diversity. Second, multicultural education developed at this time does not prioritize multicultural education based on community traditions. Third, the Islamic Archipelago tradition can be the basis of multicultural education in society. Fourth, the Nusantara Islamic Tradition in Temanggung can be can be basis ofmulticultural education. Fifth, until now there is no research that studies multicultural education based on Nusantara Islamic traditions in Temanggung. Next, there are five discussions which are examined in more depth. The this study shows that there are 25 kinds of Nusantara Islamic traditions in Temanggung and have been studied in depth through research so that they can be used Nusantara Islamic traditions as a basis for multicultural education for people in Temanggung. The twenty five archipelago Islamic traditions include the use of the terms of prayer, tahlilan, wayang syuro month, 10 muharam grebek, interfaith nyadran, coronary corpse, tobacco season tradition, wethonan tradition, sajen tide ceremony, earth ruwat tradition, megekah nasi megono, friday pahingan, titi sedak tradition, ha ha ki ageng putih, halal bi halal interfaith, supernatural "bodo", interfaith tolerance, 7 monthly tradition, moderate yasinan, the term 'send', borehan, aboge beliefs, tradition of kupatan, seven kinds of porridge vegetables, and apeman traditions.

Javanese tradition will always be associated with rituals. However, rituals that have the value of Islamic education in the archipelago will be useful as the spread of islam. Likewise, this research is about the educational values of Nusantara Islam in the tradition of the Friday Pahing night market in the village of Menggoro. The purpose of this study is to find the educational values of Nusantara Islam by first knowing the background of tradition, then the rituals that axist in the tradition. The process of collecting data is done by nterviewing various sources needed in the research.Â The material from the interviews obtained and study show that in the friday night market tradition, there are values of Islamic education in the archipelago, namely historical, religious, and moral values. The pahing Friday night tradition teaches ethics so that it is not easy to judge someone by what they see, then makes us aware to always remember and be grateful to Allah SWT, realize that we are in a temporary world, so we must remember death it also reminds people to give money to charity. This research is important to do in the field of traditions that have existed for a long time and experience, especially in the Islamic tradition.Â
