Abstract

This study aims to analyze the recipients of social assistance in Banyumas Village using the simple linear regression method. The research examines how household income affects the amount of social assistance received. Data was collected from the Banyumas Village Office, including information on income and the amount of social assistance received by residents. The results show a negative relationship between household income and the amount of assistance received, where higher income leads to smaller assistance. The model also demonstrates good accuracy with an average prediction error (MAPE) of 9.38%. Additionally, an R² value of 0.999972 indicates that the model can explain almost all variations in the data. This study provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of the social assistance program in Banyumas Village and to help improve the program in the future.

Abstract

Health is very important in life. However, sometimes awareness of a healthy lifestyle and regular diet is still neglected. Many diseases and symptoms arise due to irregular lifestyle and diet, one of which is vertigo. Vertigo is a different type of headache from regular headaches and migraines. It involves a sensation of movement or a feeling of motion of the body or surrounding environment, caused by a disturbance of the body's balance. Symptoms include a feeling of spinning, a swaying sensation, or a spinning environment, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, cold sweat, and the urge to lie down to feel better. From the Bayes method calculation process in this study, it can be seen that the patient suffers from Vertigo disease, namely Vertigo Central (P02) with a value of 0, 7212 or 72.12%.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the performance of a web-based survey application through the implementation of the Laravel framework and cloud computing technology. Survey applications often face challenges regarding response speed and scalability as the number of users increases. In this research, performance testing of the application was conducted both before and after optimization. The test results show that the application's response time significantly decreased after the implementation of Laravel and cloud technology. Before optimization, the average response time reached 4.5 seconds at 1,000 users, while after optimization, it dropped to 2.2 seconds. This performance improvement was achieved through efficient caching implementation, database query optimization using Eloquent ORM, and balanced load distribution via load balancers. Additionally, the application's availability increased to 99.9% thanks to cloud features such as auto-scaling and data replication. The conclusion of this study indicates that the combination of Laravel and cloud computing technology is effective in enhancing the performance and reliability of web-based survey applications, providing practical guidance for other web application developers facing similar challenges.

Abstract

The system used by the hospital is currently still manual in managing patient data and information. What happened at Mitra Medika Hospital is that it is difficult to provide medical needs related to the patient's illness, considering the many types of illnesses that provide many medical needs. Several inpatients have used BPJS facilities with various illnesses suffered by patients to undergo further examinations in order to recover from the illness they are suffering from. Mitra Medika Hospital only sees medical needs based on the illness suffered by the patient, but seeing the large amount of patient history data makes it very difficult for Mitra Medika Hospital to find out the group of illnesses that patients often experience. This study uses a quantitative approach which starts from a theoretical framework, expert ideas, or researchers' understanding based on their experience, then developed into problems and their solutions that are submitted to obtain justification (verification) or assessment in the form of empirical data support in the field. Here, a data mining pattern is applied where this data mining is a very large data mining (big data). Cluster 0: From 245 Men (Suffering Between Diseases 1-5) Cluster 1: From 255 Women (Suffering Between Diseases 6-10) By using the K-Means Algorithm and the X-Means Algorithm, clustering can be produced. By using the Disease History data, the K-Means Algorithm and the X-Means Algorithm methods can be applied to determine clusters. By using web programming, it can produce an Analysis and Comparison of the Performance of the K-Means Algorithm and the X-Means Algorithm in Clustering Types of Diseases at Mitra Medika Hospital.

Abstract

Subsidized housing is a government program as an alternative for low-income communities so that the primary needs of the community such as housing are met, especially for people who are already married. One of the areas where subsidized housing is located is the Tanjung Morawa area, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. However, the problem for the community or employees who want to find a residence to live in the Tanjung Merowa area is the difficulty in determining a subsidized house that suits their wishes, such as comfort, housing price, house model, strategic location. The factor that makes it difficult for people to determine a residential house is because there is no knowledge or information about which subsidized house is the best according to the criteria to be occupied. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a method to analyze to determine the best subsidized house, the Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis Simple (MOORA) method is applied to analyze the decision support system to determine the best subsidized house in Tanjung Morawa, where the MOORA method is able to produce the best subsidized house based on the highest value or ranking, where the highest value is ranking 1 alternative 6, Mulia Residence housing.
