Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based inventory information system to address asset management issues at the Batu Raja Village Office, North Lampung. Currently, inventory management is still carried out conventionally, resulting in data irregularities, a high risk of input errors, and inefficiencies in the reporting process. To address these challenges, this study utilized data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies. Software development was carried out using the Waterfall method sequentially, starting from needs analysis to system implementation. The result of this study is a web-based inventory information system capable of centrally integrating village asset data. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the accuracy of asset data collection, accelerate reporting workflows, and provide support for village officials in making strategic decisions related to more accountable and transparent village asset management

Abstract

This research aims to develop an information system for the membership data of the Indonesian Wave of the People Party (Gelora) in North Lampung Regency. The system is designed to address the challenges of manual member data management, which often leads to data duplication, errors, and difficulties in reporting. The study adopts a descriptive qualitative method with a structured waterfall development model. The development process includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data was collected through three main techniques: (1) direct observation of the ongoing member data collection process at the party office; (2) interviews with party officials and administrative staff to identify specific needs, workflows, and existing problems; and (3) a literature review to examine concepts, theories, and references related to information system development and data management. The result of this research is a web-based information system that allows party officials to centrally record members' data, manage member profiles, and automatically generate membership reports. Key features include new member registration, data updates, data search, and comprehensive reporting. System testing showed that the application functions well, is valid, and is highly effective in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of membership data management for the Gelora Party in North Lampung Regency.

Abstract

Sistem informasi telah menjadi komponen penting dalam mendukung efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional organisasi. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh aspek teknis, tetapi juga oleh tingkat kualitas sistem dan kepuasan penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas sistem informasi menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna sistem informasi. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih (net benefits). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap kesuksesan sistem informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat bersih yang dihasilkan oleh sistem informasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengelola sistem informasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi di lingkungan organisasi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital yang lebih fleksibel dan interaktif, salah satunya melalui aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis Android. Penguasaan perangkat lunak pengolah kata seperti Microsoft Word merupakan keterampilan dasar yang harus dimiliki siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), namun pada praktiknya masih banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan memahami fungsi-fungsi dasar, khususnya pada Menu Home. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran Microsoft Word berbasis Android yang ditujukan bagi siswa kelas X SMK Ma’arif NU Jatirejo. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain produk, pengembangan aplikasi, uji coba, dan revisi. Aplikasi dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan HTML, CSS, dan jQuery Mobile, kemudian dikonversi menjadi aplikasi Android melalui Website 2 APK Builder Pro sehingga dapat digunakan secara offline. Uji coba dilakukan kepada siswa dan guru menggunakan angket skala Likert untuk menilai aspek tampilan, kemudahan penggunaan, kemenarikan materi, fungsionalitas, dan manfaat pembelajaran. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 87% dari siswa dan 92% dari guru, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian, aplikasi pembelajaran Microsoft Word berbasis Android ini dinilai layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif yang mampu meningkatkan pemahaman, kemandirian, dan motivasi belajar siswa SMK

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi manajemen schedule kegiatan berbasis web yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Muallimin Muhammadiyah Sawah Dangka. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah proses pengelolaan jadwal kegiatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan benturan jadwal, keterlambatan penyampaian informasi, serta rendahnya efisiensi administrasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi yang mampu mengelola jadwal kegiatan secara terintegrasi, terstruktur, dan mudah diakses oleh pihak terkait. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Agile yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian, dan rilis sistem. Pengembangan sistem didasarkan pada data kegiatan, jadwal, serta pengguna yang diperoleh dari lingkungan pondok pesantren dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengelolaan kegiatan pesantren. Pengujian sistem dilakukan berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 25010 pada aspek functional suitability, compatibility, dan usability. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aspek functional suitability dan compatibility memperoleh nilai 100% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan aspek usability memperoleh nilai 84,31% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta kemudahan dalam pengelolaan jadwal kegiatan pesantren.

Abstract

Waste is a very serious environmental problem commonly faced by Indonesians. According to data from the National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN), Indonesia's waste volume reached 20.02 million tons in 2022. In Indonesia, the amount of waste generated reached 65 million tons per day in 2016 and increased to 66.5 million tons in 2018. The amount of waste in Indonesia continues to increase annually. In large cities, waste management is an increasingly pressing challenge, given the negative impacts caused by improper management, such as waste accumulation in landfills (TPA), water and air pollution, and public health issues. This study aims to design and implement an automatic waste classification system based on Computer Vision technologies as a solution for urban waste management. The system utilizes an Arduino Mega 2560, camera, ultrasonic sensor, servo motor, and conveyor to detect and classify five main types of waste: plastic, paper, glass, metal, and organic materials in real time. The camera captures images of waste, which are then analyzed using a Computer Vision model, while sensors and actuators control the flow and physical sorting process. This research seeks to improve waste processing efficiency by reducing human involvement in hazardous tasks and to promote the application of intelligent technologies in supporting sustainable recycling systems and reducing the burden on final disposal sites (landfills). The system created can detect and classify waste types well.

Abstract

Hama dan penyakit tanaman merupakan salah satu permasalahan utama yang dapat menurunkan produktivitas dan kualitas hasil pertanian. Keterbatasan pengetahuan petani dalam mengidentifikasi jenis hama dan penyakit berdasarkan gejala yang muncul sering menyebabkan penanganan yang kurang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pakar yang mampu mengidentifikasi hama dan penyakit tanaman berdasarkan gejala yang dialami tanaman. Sistem pakar dikembangkan menggunakan metode Forward Chaining sebagai mekanisme penelusuran aturan dan metode Certainty Factor untuk menghitung tingkat keyakinan diagnosis berdasarkan kombinasi nilai keyakinan pakar dan pengguna. Data pengetahuan diperoleh dari aturan yang menghubungkan gejala dengan jenis hama atau penyakit tertentu. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan diagnosis hama dan penyakit tanaman beserta tingkat kepastian dan rekomendasi solusi secara informatif. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengguna, khususnya petani, dalam melakukan identifikasi awal hama dan penyakit tanaman secara cepat dan akurat sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan penanganan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the manual process of employee attendance recording at the Way Lunik Village Office, South Abung District, which is often time-consuming, prone to errors, and vulnerable to data manipulation. Therefore, the primary objective of this study is to design and implement a Web-Based Employee Attendance Information System as a digital solution to overcome these challenges. The design and development of this system adopt the Waterfall method. This method was chosen due to its linear and structured approach, starting from the stages of system and user requirements analysis, interface and database design, coding (implementation), and thorough system testing. The developed information system focuses on providing features for online clock-in and clock-out, managing employee data, and automating report generation. The results of the system implementation show a significant increase in administrative efficiency. The web-based system is capable of presenting attendance data accurately and in real-time, which was previously difficult to achieve with manual methods. The presence of digital features also successfully minimizes the potential for fraud and recording errors. Furthermore, the system provides structured daily, monthly, and performance recapitulation reports that are fast and readily available for the Village Head's use. Thus, this information system effectively supports the enhancement of employee accountability and serves as a vital tool for decision-making regarding the discipline and performance evaluation of village employee.

Abstract

Attendance recording is an important administrative activity in learning processes at TPQ/TQA Masjid Ihsan Padang. Currently, the attendance system is still conducted manually using attendance books, which often leads to data inaccuracies, loss of records, and inefficiency in reporting. This study aims to develop a student attendance application using fingerprint technology to improve the accuracy, security, and efficiency of attendance management. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes stages of needs analysis, system design, application development, and system testing. The results of this study indicate that the fingerprint-based attendance application is able to minimize recording errors, prevent attendance fraud, and facilitate faster and more accurate attendance reporting. Therefore, the developed system can be effectively implemented to support administrative activities at TPQ/TQA Masjid Ihsan Padang

Abstract

This study focuses on the design and implementation of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for the FURN e-commerce website at PT Nugraha Kreasi Digital to improve user convenience and overall shopping experience. The research applies an interactive design method with a qualitative descriptive approach, involving reference studies, needs analysis, wireframe development, user interface design, interactive prototyping, and design evaluation. The result is an interactive website prototype with clear navigation, consistent visual design, and intuitive user interaction, supported by features such as the BIG Menu, Call to Action (CTA) buttons, shopping cart, and catalog filtering. The design emphasizes usability, responsiveness, and visual consistency to ensure accessibility across different devices and user scenarios. This study is expected to serve as both an academic contribution and a practical reference for developing user-centered UI/UX designs on e-commerce websites.
