The survival rate in cases of cardiac arrest outside the hospital is still low, besides that the public's knowledge about CPR is still limited, and there is a critical time limit for performing CPR. Therefore, the role of lay people, including nursing students, in CPR is important. Improving the knowledge and skills of nursing students in CPR through effective learning methods, one of which is using offline and online methods. This study aims to see differences in learning methods between offline and online methods in increasing the knowledge and skills of Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in students of STIKes Hutama Abdi Husada Tulungagung. This research is a quasy experimental research with a posttest only control design approach. The research sample consisted of 56 students who were divided into two groups. The research instrument used questionnaires and observation sheets with statistical tests using Mann Whitney. The results showed that learning methods using both offline and online methods could significantly increase respondents' knowledge about CPR (p=0.002) but did not show a significant difference in respondents' skills in performing CPR (p=0.052). The two learning methods both offline and online have their respective effectiveness, where the online method is more effective in increasing students' knowledge and skills on RJP.

The laboratory is a place to conduct experiments to prove the theories given in class. This research was conducted to look at the effectiveness of management and constraints of managing a science laboratory at the junior high school (SMP) level. This research used a survey research method with a quantitative approach, while the research subjects were the Head of Laboratory Assistants from 4 junior high schools in Riau province, namely SMPN 1, SMPN 3 Kuok sub-district, SMPN 8, and SMPN 43 Pekanbaru. The data was collected by distributing a questionnaire on the effectiveness of management and use of the laboratory which was given to the head of the laboratory with as many as 117 questions. The research results obtained were the level of effectiveness of science laboratory management in the two regions, namely SMPN Kampar Regency obtained an overall average score of 87.4% while SMPN in Pekanbaru received an average result of 49.82%. Overall, the results were obtained by very good category standard value A. However, in reality there are still several problems in laboratory management, resulting in constraints on several indicators such as completeness of tools, and provision of tools and materials and the main problems occur in organizational and administrative indicators with an overall average result of 49, 82% are below the expected standard with a bad category. So it is necessary to re-evaluate and improve administrative and organizational management which is often neglected by school laboratory management so that special attention can be given to further improvements to obtain very good effective results in the future.

Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Post) is a form of community-based health effort. The flow of the management process that occurs at the Posyandu in Medan Sunggal District is where each Posyandu participant visits the location, then the cadres serve the registration, after that they can provide services at the Posyandu. Examination of toddlers generally starts from zero to five years of age, services for toddlers based on weight and height are then given immunizations and vitamin A. There are five types of immunizations for toddlers, including measles, hepatitis, B.C.G, D.P.T, and polio. The ongoing process still raises problems such as errors by cadre officers in recording registration and errors in recording participant services and recording reports which take a long time. Based on the constraints faced in the field, it is necessary to have innovations related to immunization services. This study describes the context of a mobile-based Posyandu information system in Medan Sunggal. The results of the development of this application are presented in more detail in this article.
