Abstract

A study on the flow of financial transactions needs to be carried out considering that activities in the financial sector require quick and relevant decisions. The flow of financial transactions in the business world is almost similar to direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC). The phenomenon is that many business people want their funds to be spread outside the company, and some want their funds to only revolve around the company. This study tries to analyze the results of investment flows of funds outside the company and within the company in the scope of the Indonesian capital market. This research is a research using a descriptive approach. The descriptive approach is intended to describe phenomena that occur in the field. The number of sample companies is 175 companies (holding and non-holding). Each company is given a code (code 1 for holding, and code 0 for non-holding), and company data is screened according to research needs on aspects; profit return, stock return, stock price, and profit and loss. Data mining in the field is carried out by researchers by means of secondary data analysis techniques for the capital market through analysis of financial statements from the side of the transaction flow. Then the results of the analysis of the company's flow of funds are processed, compared, and used as the basis for drawing conclusions. The results provide evidence that holding financial flows are more profitable than non-holding according to AC/DC transaction flows. This is in accordance with the risk reduction theory that many developed countries do by controlling the circulation of money only around their country. Theoretically, the results of this study contribute that holding companies have advantages over non-holdings, and practically this research provides a discourse for business people that it is better to run the business alone and not depend on outside parties.

Abstract

The development of this student book uses the Thiagarajan development model. The development of this model has four stages: definition, planning, development, and dissemination. In addition, the development of students' books is based on realistic mathematics education (PMR), especially on contextual issues, the use of models, and guided discovery. Subsequently the student's book has validated experts and practitioners to be tested in the classroom. Expert and practitioner scores were 3.46 (very valid). Furthermore, it was tested in the classroom in order to see the practicality and effectiveness. Practicality of students' books is measured through the implementation of learning in the learning process. Student book implementation data as a whole is 'high categorized'. Student book effectiveness is measured through three indicators: (1) student activity, (2) student response, and (3) mastery learning. Through classroom tests, data on students' activity observation outcomes during the learning process as a whole are 'active criteria'. Students give a positive response. Post-test data found that none of the students scored under 65% of the standard learning objectives to be achieved. Furthermore, if seen classically obtained an average of 83.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the feasibility of Augmented Reality-based Element Card interactive media on the electron configuration submaterial according to Bohr's theory. This research uses a 4D model which is only carried out until the development stage. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Gedangan Sidoarjo on 30 students X IPA. This study used a validation sheet instrument, pretest and posttest questions, student response questionnaires, and student observation questionnaires. If the value of the validation result is ≥ 61% then it is considered valid, the practicality value is ≥ 61% then it is considered practical, and the effectiveness value if it is classified above 0.3 which includes medium or high then it is considered effective. The results of content and construct validation are 88% and 84% are included in the very valid category. Practicality was obtained from 94.86% and 97% of student responses and observations included in the very practical. The effectiveness is obtained from learning outcomes by calculating the N-Gain and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, the value of Asymp. Sig (2 tailed) is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 so there is a difference in the students' pretest and posttest scores. This proves that the interactive media based on the Augmented Reality Element Card can be used for chemistry learning media.

Abstract

Physics learning in secondary schools requires students to achieve learning objectives in developing conceptual skills and creative thinking by studying every problem that occurs in life using the concept of physics. However, the fact is that the physics material taught rarely relates the content of the lesson to everyday life, the lesson is mostly filled with convergent so that creative thinking skills cannot be measured. This study aims to apply the developed instrument and obtain empirical data on the validity of the instrument as well as a profile picture of students' creative thinking abilities. This study uses the ADDIE model with 5 stages, namely analysis, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The test subjects in this study were 34 students of class X UMIPA 2 at MAN 1 Bojonegoro. The results of the development obtained 10 items of instruments that have been validated by 3 lecturers of physicists. Empirical validity was analyzed using Microsoft Excel software. Based on the data from the validity test results that have been analyzed, it shows that the instrument that has been developed is theoretically valid with an average V Aiken value in the material, construction and language domains, respectively 0.91; 0.91; and 0.87. The results of instrument validation are also declared empirically valid by having values: (a) Empirical validation of items with an rxy value range of 0.34 to 0.64; (b) The reliability of the instrument obtained an r11 value of 0.564 with a sufficient category, (c) The difficulty level of the instrument questions was 30% of the questions in the medium category and 70% of the questions in the easy category, (d) The discriminatory power of the instrument had 10% good questions, 40% enough questions, and 50% of the questions are not good. Creative thinking skills in students have a medium to very high category.
