Abstract

Advances in information technology make information systems / information technology have an important role for the running of an organization today causing changes in the role of the role of efficiency and effectiveness to a strategic role. Information system is an important tool to achieve organizational goals effectively. Each organization must identify information needs systematically and carry out an analysis of the mission and functions performed, who performs them, the data and supporting information needed to perform the various functions and processes needed to structure the information most usefully. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the modification of the ignition on a four stroke motorbike on vehicle performance, specifically power, torque and specific fuel consumption produced by a special 125 x supra motorcycle on the replacement of spark plug components. Can know the maximum power and torque and the best value of fuel consumption produced by the motorcycle. The method used is an experimental method. Four different types of spark plugs are standard spark plugs, copper spark plugs, platinum spark plugs and iridium spark plugs. Each fuel is tested alternately via a motorcycle connected to the chassis dynamometer with eddy current brake. The testing process is by turning the gas handle from 3000 RPM engine speed to 8000 RPM engine speed. This is done to get power, torque and fuel consumption data from the motorcycle. The result of the experiment is that iridium spark plugs are the best at the highest engine power and torque. Based on testing on the iridium spark plug type dynamometer produces the highest peak power, which is 4.2 kW at 7000 RPM engine rotation speed. Then based on the ratio of torque on the type of copper and platinum spark plugs increased to 6.6 NM at 6000 RPM engine speed. Bigger than the standard 6.5 NM spark plugs at 6000 RPM engine speed and the best results at the iridium spark plugs at 6.7 NM at 6000 RPM engine speed. As for the specific fuel consumption, the best value for iridium spark plugs is at 6000 RPM engine speed which is 0.311 kg / kW.

Abstract

The background of this study was taken to utilize the residual waste produced by wood powder, coconut fiber and green shells. The purpose of this study is to find the best composite variation on electric motorbike brake pads made from wood powder, coconut fiber and green shells powder on bending test, the mass reduction test and braking time. The Experimentation Method used in this reserach was carried out by varying the compositon of the 3 brake pads test specimens namely SK20SKL20CK0R60, SK20SKL20CK10R50 and SK20SKL20CK20R40 then performed bending test, the mass reduction and braking time. Based on the bending test results obtained, the SK20SKL20CK0R60 test specimen has the strongest rate amounted to 186,33 N. then for the mass reduction and braking time value in this study, the test was carried out by taking the test from 3 test laps (track) and carried out 9 times the test (braking) on each lap. Based on the mass reduction test and braking time, the SK20SKL20CK0R60 specimen has the closest indication to standard brake lining value of 0.0066 grams.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan blended learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan meta analisis studi dengan mengkaji artikel penelitian yang relevan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari jurnal online di Google Scholar dengan rentang waktu 10 tahun terakhir sebanyak 20 jurnal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu diskriptif kualitatif. Sampel pada penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu 1) Tujuan penelitian yang paling banyak adalah mengetahui sebesar 40%, 2) Desain penelitian yang paling banyak digunakan adalah eksperimen sebesar 55%, 3) Teknik pengumpulan data yang paling banyak digunakan adalah tes sebesar 37,8%, 4) Analisis data yang paling banyak digunakan adalah n-gain sebesar 15,4%, 5) Efektivitas blended learning yang paling banyak digunakan adalah hasil belajar dengan persentase sebesar 55% , 6) Tahun terbit yang paling banyak digunakan adalah pada tahun 2021 sebesar 30%.

Abstract

Workshop yang baik adalah suatu keharusan untuk kegiatan praktik atau dpenelitian dyang dditunjang oleh peralatan dan infrastruktur workshop yang lengkap. Semua kegiatan di workshop memerlukan dadministrasi yang dteratur dan teroganisir, sehingga workshop dapat ditata ddan dberfungsi secara optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang kebutuhan sarana & prasarana serta Kesehatan dan Keselamatan (K3) pada workshop teknik mesin Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perancangan. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpukan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sarana workshop teknik mesin Universitas Negeri Jakarta areanya masih kurang dengan standar yang disarankan pada buku Manajemen Bengkel Teknik Mesin yang ditulis Oleh Yoto, 2015 dan penulis merekomendasikan untuk mengurangi mahasiswa yang praktik. Prasarana seperti mesin dan alat tangan jumlahnya (seperti yang tertera dalam tabel di bab IV) masih jauh dari kebutuhan yang disarankan dengan standar yang disarankan pada buku Manajemen Bengkel Teknik Mesin yang ditulis Oleh Yoto, 2015. Untuk bahan praktik jumlahnya terbatas sehingga pembuatan job saat praktik menyesuaikan jumlah mahasiswa dan bahan yang ada saat itu. Hasil pada perancangan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) penulis membuat daftar potensi bahaya dari setiap kegiatan pekerjaan yang ada, untuk mencegah bahaya yang terjadi, maka harus adanya rambu-rambut K3, Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR), memakai Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), dan membuat jalur evakuasi yang terhubung langsung dengan pintu keluar darurat. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a STAD-type cooperative learning model on the subject matter of the motorcycle filling system in the subject of motorcycle electrical maintenance in Motorcycle Business Engineering students at the Ristek Jaya Vocational High School. This research uses research and development (R&D) procedures, with the Plomp model which has the initial investigation session stage, design stage, realization stage, assessment stage and implementation stage. The STAD-type cooperative learning model was validated by two expert lecturers and one expert teacher consisting of material experts, learning model experts and lesson plan design experts, instead the feasibility trial questionnaire by 20 students. The results of material validation by material expert lecturers are in the very feasible category (85.45%), validation by learning model expert lecturers lies in the feasible category (74.28%), and the validation of lesson plan design expert teachers lies in the very feasible category (93.52%). After further validation was tried, the learning model was tested on students with a total of 20 respondents and obtained feasibility results (79.43%) which means that the model is listed in the feasible category and can be used as a learning model in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap percaya diri dan kegiatan praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja di industri siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Mekanik Otomotif di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain expost facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Mekanik Otomotif di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Jakarta Timur, yang berjumlah 200 siswa, dengan sampel 133 siswa diambel secara proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Analisis data diuji menggunakan teknik pengujian regresi ganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap percaya diri siswa berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kesiapan kerja di industry dengan nilai konstribusi sebesar 32%. Sedangkan kegiatan praktik kerja lapangan memiliki pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kesiapan kerja di industry dengan konstribusi sebesar 32%. Sikap percaya diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kegiatan praktik kerja langan dnegan nilia konstribusi sebesar 24%. Sikap percaya diri memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kesiapan kerja praktik melalui kegiatan parktik kerja lapangan dengan nilai konstribusi sebesar 47%. Kata kunci: sikap percaya diri, praktik kerja lapangan, dan kesiapan kerja di industri

Abstract

This research departs from the problems that occur in the field, currently there are still many lecturers who have not used a variety of learning media, and according to the characteristics and needs of students in line with technological and IT developments. This study aims to find out how the application of the e-Learning Module learning media using E-Books as an interactive learning medium in the Building Construction 1 Course in the Building Engineering Education Study Program, UNJ, and its feasibility as an interactive learning medium in the Building Construction 1 Course in the Education Study Program. Building Engineering, UNJ. The research is using qualitative methods with the model of definition, design, and implementation. The research subjects were 2 lecturers and 63 students from the 2018-2019 class. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study concluded that: (1) the application of the e-Learning Module learning media using E-Books as interactive learning media in the Building Construction I course at the Building Engineering Education Study Program, UNJ Jakarta was considered effective with a practical student percentage of 81.11% including the category very effective, especially used as online learning, and (2) the e-Learning module uses E-Books as interactive learning media in the Building Construction Course I at the Building Engineering Education Study Program, UNJ Jakarta which is very practical and feasible as an interactive learning medium in Building Construction I course at the Building Engineering Education Study Program, UNJ Jakarta, both based on the content of the material (88.50%), or based on the media aspect (83.33%), especially in online learning.

Abstract

This research was developed using a research and development (R&D) model that refers to the Lee & Owens Instructional design model so that it can develop learning media in Engineering English courses in the form of Android-based multimedia software applications, thus facilitating access and student learning activities in the class as well as outside of the class. Lee and Owens' model consists of five stages, namely assessment/analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data analysis technique in this study used a questionnaire to collect data from needs analysis, linguist validation, and product evaluation. The results of the media development research are 13 meetings of Android-based multimedia software application products that have been validated by linguists who obtained 85.75% results and fall into the very feasible category. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the Android-based multimedia software application is grammatically feasible, but it should be validated by a material expert before the developed media can be used in Technical English for Engineering courses.

Abstract

To avoid the transmission of covid-19 through physical or face-to-face meetings, the government had implemented policies ranging from Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) to the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) Level 1 to Level 4. Private Vocational High Schools (SMKS) Bina Informatika South Tangerang, including private educational institutions affected by the implementation of PSBB and PPKM. Most educational activities are implemented online through the Zoom Meeting application or Google Meet. The new student acceptance rate (PPDB) decreased by 10% during the two years of the covid-19 pandemic because many parents lost their income and chose to send their children to public schools so that costs were cheaper. In addition, almost half of the students from several classes were delayed in paying their monthly school fees because their parents' income was decreasing. Not to mention that online learning is considered less effective due to several obstacles. Through this research, the author wants to know the strategy of SMKS Bina Informatika in dealing with the crisis to survive during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and SWOT analysis through library support to strengthen the results of the study. While the data collection techniques are through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation or a combination. Based on the results of the study, when covid-19 cases increased at the beginning of the April 2020 pandemic, SMKS Bina Informatika implemented full online learning. Meanwhile, when the covid-19 pandemic slowed from August 2021 to March 2022, Bina Informatics implemented hybrid or 50% face-to-face learning. 100% face-to-face learning since April 2022 when the South Tangerang area was declared covid-19 free. To facilitate access to subject matter, student and teacher attendance, and assessment, the BI-SMART application is used which can be accessed via mobile phones and computers. For students whose parents are financially constrained, SMKS Bina Informatika provides a flexible payment deadline, and all students receive a 50% discount. For new students there is dispensation for tuition fees or school buildings can be repaid three to four times.
