Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between basic lessons of fashion design and creativity to student learning outcomes in the subject of making decoration. The test site of this research is conducted at SMK Negeri in DKI Jakarta study program of expertise of fashion field of tourism expertise. This research is done by giving test in the form of theory test and practice on Making Ornament subject. The method used in this research is quantitative research method correlational relationship between variables by using questionnaire. Using a sample of 172 students. The data generated by each variable is tested by using the validity, reliability, normality, regression, and correlation test. Test results in this study are as follows: a) There is a positive relationship between the basic subjects of design with the results of learning decoration, b) There is a positive relationship between creativity with the results of decorative learning and c) There is a positive relationship between basic subjects Design and creativity together towards the learning outcome of decoration making Keywords: competency for design basic, creativity, the result of embroidery.

Abstract

Good and high employee performance can be achieved if all components of the company are integrated in a sustainable and good. The purpose and purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) Region II on installation of GIS 150 kv Kalibaru PT. Pelindo II in Jakarta. To analyze and know about the influence of independent variable (competence and work motivation) on dependent variable (employee performance), then used correlation and regression test to know the most influential variable. Using simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling), with 45 respondent samples of employees of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) Region II on installation of GIS 150 kv Kalibaru PT. Pelindo II in Jakarta, while data processing using SPSS 16. From the results of tests that have been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) shows that all independent variables studied have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. Partial regression test (t test) shows that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect to employee performance variable. The magnitude of the effect caused by (Rsquare) by the variable of competence and mutual motivation toward the employee performance variable is 58,3%, while the rest 41,7% influenced by other variable not examined in this research. Abstract

This research is aimed (1) to develop natural refreshed starter based on local vegetables (2) to learn its implementation on open top toast bread (3) to observe the quality differences of open top toast bread using chinese cabbage and carrot refreshed starter, based on organoleptic aspects, physical characteristic and shelf life. This research was conducted at PT Saf Indonusa Baking Center Laboratorium, Jakarta, on November - December 2016. Experimental research was done for this research. Friedman Statistic Test and Tukey’s analysis results, showed the differences of open top toast bread final quality, using 10%, 20% and 30% chinese cabbage or carrot refreshed starter. The best finding was shown by subject’s outer color using 20% of chinese cabbage refreshed starter. Shelf life analysis showed that mold was detected on subject with 20% chinese cabbage and carrot refreshed starter on day 2; while for softness aspect of crumbs best results was showed on subject using 20% chinese cabbage and carrot based refreshed starter on day 2. Abstract

The aims of this research is to know about the effectiveness of Field Practice Programs by cooler technic and air conditioner competency in Bekasi academic year 2016-2017. It is evaluation research with CIPP evaluation model method with 4 components such as context, input, process and product. This research use purposive sampling technique with 66 students as object of study, 10 people from school and 6 DU/DI instructors. Technique of collecting data by observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis using Huberman model and mixed methods.. The result of the research shows : (1) context evaluation: there is imbalance between the number of MOU that owned by school and the number of PKL participants; (2) input evaluation: a) there is no curriculum implementation that arranged by cooperation of school and industry, b) Less of teacher’s participation as supervisor both when training held by government or industry; (3) process evaluation: a) 18% participant of PKL in non-cooler technic and air conditioner engineering industry, b) 23% participants do PKL less than 1 semester (about 3 months) in line with Permendikbud act 60 of 2014; (4) product evaluation: a) 65 % participants have very good category in work assessment, b) the effectiveness of PKL in very good category (83%) and the changes of performance known by the present of students before and after of PKL. Abstract

The research was to analyzed the effect of chicken rolade product with the addition of vegetables to consumer acceptance and shelf life in terms of organoleptic test on color, aroma, taste and texture aspects. Furthermore, the test of the shelf life of the product. Based on the color aspect most liked the addition of carrots with a percentage of 70% with a value of 4.1. Furthermore, the taste aspect most liked the addition of carrots with a percentage of 50% with a value of 4.17. Then the aroma aspect most liked the addition of carrots with the percentage of 50% and 60% with a value of 3.9. And the texture aspect most liked the addition of carrots with a percentage of 60% with a value of 4.17. The result of variance analysis on the length of rolled storage with the addition of carrot shows that the storage time has significant effect (α = 0.05) to the increase of rollade water content. The value of F arithmetic for the source of the old variance of storage is 157.1 and the value of F table 4.76. F count> F table, then reject H0, it means that storage period has an effect on rollade water content with 50%, 60% and 70% carrot addition. Abstract

This research aims to develop learning medium with vocational and technical for android, bades on matter expert and media expert. This research adapted from ADDIE development model which is a type of Research and Development (R&D) there are 5 stages include: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation, but the research is only carried out until the Implementation phase. Validation of the media is done by one matter expert and one media expert.This results showed that the level of media feasibility with vocational and technical for android as a medium learning based on assessment: 1) subject matter expert obtained a total score of 65 and percentage scored 74%, 2) media expert obtained a total score of 69 and percentage scored 78,5%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to get know success or failure of Advanced Stop Lines with the parameters of the level of occupancy at St. Jend Ahmad Yani – St. Mayor Madmuin Hasibuan – St. KH Noer Ali, Bekasi. The method used in supporting the implementation of this research was by using the survey method conducted at 6 - 8 am,12 pm – 1 am and 4 am – 6 am, the data obtained is the number of motorcycles in the Advanced Stop Line area and many phases are only motorized. The analysis results obtained that Advanced Stop Line Based on Modul Pelatihan Monitoring dan Evaluasi RHK 2012 was <60%. It indicates that Advanced Stop Lines at St. Jend Ahmad Yani – St. Mayor Madmuin Hasibuan – St. KH Noer Ali, Bekasi not being an appropriate solution.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of adding chromium to the SMAW process on the tensile strength, hardness value and macro structure of low carbon steel welded joints. The welding process in this study used the E6013 electrode with the addition of chrome and welding without the addition of chrome to compare the results of tensile tests, hardness tests and macro structures. After the welding process, continued with the manufacture of tensile test specimens with 3 specimens each for each variation, the manufacture of hard test specimens and macro structures. In the tensile test results, the tensile strength values ​​between specimens with the addition of chromium and without the addition of chromium (non) did not show a significant difference, the average tensile strength values ​​were 38.33 kg/mm² and 38.67 kg/mm², respectively. The addition of chrome to the SMAW process has been shown to have an effect on the hardness value of low carbon steel welded joints. The hardness value of the specimen with the addition of chrome is greater with an average hardness value of 166.8 VHN in the weld metal area than the specimen without the addition of chromium (non) with an average hardness value of 150.97 VHN. In the macro structure, between the specimens with the addition of chromium and without the addition of chromium (non) there was no porosity.

Abstract

Vocational High School is a vocational education unit at the secondary education level which aims to prepare students to be able to work, either independently or fill existing job vacancies as middle-level workers in accordance with their competencies. One of what makes Vocational High School independent is the teaching factory in it. Destination this research is to analyze implementation of the teaching factory in the world of vocational education using the literature study method. The results show that the teaching factory able to improve the competence of graduates, the implementation of Teaching Factory in Vocational High School can be measured based on the 7x7 Parameter Assessment for Implementation of Teaching Factory. Teaching Factory is a combination of competency-based learning and -based learning production and applied based on actual work procedures and standards for produce products according to the market.

Abstract

Derived from the problem of unemployment that occurs in school and college graduates which is a problem in society. Therefore, we need a solution in the form of a policy that can maintain and improve the relationship of junior class schools with the wishes of work areas, business areas and industrial areas in the future. This article was created so that we can learn and understand the problem of unemployment and how to solve it, in this case the link and match policy can be a good solution for education in tackling problems such as unemployment in the future. The results of the discussion of this article are expected to provide a broad view of the implications of vocational education policies for the junior class in increasing their career potential and expertise from an early age so that in the future they will overcome unemployment, in this case what skills or careers will be required in the work area and what skills. the most attractive desired work area in the future.
