Abstract

This research discusses the teacher’s efforts in improving early writing skills in group A children. RA Syihabuddin is an institution under the auspices of the Al-Muhaimin Islamic Foundation which is located in Klandungan Hamlet, Landungsari Village, Dau District, Malang Regency. Research focus: how is the condition of children’s early writing ability? What are the strategy used by the teacher in improving early writing skills? What are the supporting and inhibiting factor in improving early writing skills?. The purpose of this research is to describe the condition of children’s early writing skills, describe the strategy used by teacher in improving early writing skills, describe supporting and inhibiting factor in improving early writing skills. The research was conducted at RA Syihabuddin Landungsari Malang. This type of research using a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data validation is a test of credibiliy, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The conclusion of this research is that the early condition of children in writing skills hasn’t been able, because early writing learning is first focused on alphabet introduction and alphabet understanding. And the strategy taken by the teacher in improving early writing skills uses the Montessori method with figure ground metal insets media to stimulate children’s early writing development.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is knowing problems of teacher competence on learning evalution in RA Miftahul Huda NgenepKarangploso Malang. The main problem is about how the teacher competence on learning evaluation in that school. To solve this problem, researcher try for description the competence that the teacher have especially competence in learning evaluation. From that way, researcher can get conclusion  about teacher competence in that school. This research use qualitative descriptive method.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important parts in human life. According to UU No 20 tahun 2003 education is a conscious and planned effort to realize the moment of learning and the process to enable student to actively develop their potential to have spiritual powers, self-control, individuality, intellect, chastity, and the skill that required of them, of society, of nations and countries. Raudhatul Athfal is one of the young education 4-6 year which is recognized and equaled to the kindergarden. The development of children at ayoung age is a crucial period and needs to be treated as early as possible to give a child’s ability to develop optimally according to aspects of child development. From the background of research on the issue of this research is the application of the telling method and how the emotional social development of the kid RA Muslimat NU 15 Malang. The objective of this research was to describe the appliocation of a method to tell the kids about the emotional social development of the RA Muslimat NU 15 Malang. The type of research is qualitative descriptive. The technique used in collecting data was the author conducting a series of observation, interview, and documenting activities to the research site of RoudatulAthfal RA Muslimat NU 15 Malang. The child’s emotional social development based on observation children can conclude that class B3 as a whole is still in infancy that’s a total of 782 or 48.875. The number of  kids in class B3 are 16, kids with really good criteria is 0 by 0% percentage, then the child with the criteria developed as expected amounts to 4 at 25%, and the child with the starting criteria is 12 at 75%, and the child with the undeveloped criteria is 0 at 0%.

Abstract

Early childhood is the right time to do education. At this time the child is experiencing an extraordinary process of growth and development. Children do not have a lot of negative influences from outside or their environment. In other words, parents and educators can more easily direct children to be better. The development of children's religious and moral values is done in the learning process of telling an increase in the development of children's morals can obtain very good results. This research activity was carried out in RA Syihabuddin Dau district Malang Regency in the 2019/2020 school year. The research subjects are group B with 17 children

Abstract

Mobile phones or gadgets that are idols for today's children are like a coin with two sides, namely positive and negative sides. The widespread use of gadgets is the waning of traditional games for children, especially for early childhood. The most interesting and different traditional game at RA Sunan Kalijogo is the jump rope game, the jump rope game is a modified traditional game that is still preserved. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The result of the research is that the traditional jumping rope game is carried out in stages, according to the theme and is effective for improving children's fine motor skills

Abstract

In learning process, a teacher must have broad potential and knowledge. Because a teacher must develop his potential to create creative and innovative learning media so that the students will be happy and they will not be bored easily. It becomes a teacher’s problem because of the lack of insight into the media that is fun for children. At the time of learning, they just imitate writing on the board, read books so it makes learning is less fun for children. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of languange skills by using the media busy book to the children of group B1 RA Panglima Sudirman Sumbersekar Dau. The use of the media busy book has many kinds of interesting game.         This study used qualitative approach with a type af classroom action research. Each cycle consists of four stage, they are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 17 students of group B1 RA Panglima Sudirman Sumbersekar Dau. The object of this study is about improving language skills by using media busy book. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and interviewas. Data analysis techniques used data collection, data reduction and conclusions. Data validity techniques in this study by triangulating, discussing with colleagues and comparing the results of observations, documentation and interviews. The indicator of success in this study is that if a student reaches 75 percent or more so the student gets minimum criteria. The results of this study indicates an increase in language skills by using media busy book. It can be proven based on the average of language the students’ ability at pre-cycle 50,58, the number of 9 students passed. In cycle 1 the average was 33,11 with the number of 11 students passed. The average of cycle 2 was 37,29 with the number of 15 students passed. The average of students from cycle 1 to cycle 2 has increased. The percentage of completeness of the children of group B1 RA Panglima Sudirman Sumbersekar Dau.

Abstract

The role of parents determines the development of children, especially their social emotional development. The of this study was to describe the social-emotional condition of RA Miftahul Huda's children,  describe the role of parents in children's social-emotional development and to identify the factors that influence children's social-emotional development. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the condition of children's social-emotional development developed as expected and some children had not yet developed. The role parents is very important in the social emotional development children, parents as the main and first educators for children. Factors that influence the social emotional development of children are from the environment, family, early social experiences of children.

Abstract

Play is the world of children. In play there is pleasure and satisfaction without coercion oriented to the process rather than the end result. Piaget (1962), suggested that learning while playing and playing while learning is an activity that must be presented so that children have readiness to enter further education. Educative games of pictorial media have an important role in developing all aspects of children’s intelligence, because in educational play activities, pictorial games of children become active in moving and thinking so that new ideas and experiences that will be important for their growth and development will emerge. Group A children are one of the times when children have to get a lot of positive stimulation in learning to develop their full potential, imagination and intelligence aspects so that they develop optimally. At this time it is often called a critical period or a golden age that whill not be repeated again. So that the role of parent, teacher and the environment becomes the main pillar for children’s growht and development, so that children grow intro tough generations who excel and are ready to face every challenge and all the changing times.

Abstract

Method is a method used in completing a job or problem. The learning method is a method used by a teacher in delivering learning. There are various methods, one of which is the role playing method. The role playing method is a method with the characteristics of playing a character or becoming an object. As stated by Santoso (2011), role playing is dramatizing and expressing one's behavior, expressions, and movements in social relationships. As a method of role playing method, it certainly has advantages and disadvantages as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. One of the supporting and inhibiting factors is of course the teacher's expertise and mastery in applying the role-playing method. Therefore, it takes understanding and creativity of teachers in the learning process with the role playing method.

Abstract

The ability of children in language is one of the important things because with that language, children can communicate with parents, friends and people around them. Early childhood has a great curiosity and likes to tell new experiences they experienced. In the delivery of stories, children more fluent in Indonesian than in Jawkarenaa even though they come from Javanese descent. The introduction of Javanese language is very necessary in early childhood because Javanese has a level of use as a sense of respect or respect for older people in communication. Speaking Javanese in Bustanul Athfal Baitul Makmur, Dau sub-district, Malang regency is applied by the method of storytelling in learning so that children do not get bored and understand better with media images. Through a qualitative approach and type of classroom action research carried out with 4 stages, namely: 1. The planning stage, 2. The implementation phase, 3. The observation phase, 4. Reflection. With the subject of research group A children in Bustanul Athfal Baitul Makmur, Dau district, Malang regency has difficulty speaking Javanese. From 11 children in one class, only 2 children can speak Javanese. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation. Researchers as planners, implementing class actions directly involved in it, analyzing, reporting research results. Based on observations of cycle 1 and cycle 11, it was concluded that the application of the method of storytelling using picture media could improve the ability of group A children in Bustanul Athfal Baitul Makmur, Dau district, Malang district. This can be seen from cycle I by 27% increasing in cycle II to 64% or from 2 children to 8 children who can speak Javanese, with a minimum completeness criterion the value obtained by children> 2 is developing as expected (BSH).
