Abstract

The development of science and technology today leaves several issues that need attention. It is undeniable that modern society has succeeded in developing science and technology to become an alternative to solving problems of daily life, but in other conditions, advanced science and technology is less able to cultivate noble morality. In overcoming this problem, Smp Islam Al-ma'arif 01 singosari carries out the process of internalizing spiritual values the formation of a student's personality through religious activities. This study uses a qualitative phenomenology-based approach in case study type studies. The results of this study show that the internalization process carried out through religious activities makes good changes to develop mental values students. This is supported by the school's support factors, such as quality familiarity. while the obstacles in the process of internalizing spiritual values are the diverse backgrounds of students. Kata Kunci: Internalisation, Spiritual Values, Character Building

Abstract

The leadership of the principal of madrasah is one of the factors that can encourage schools to be able to realize the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the school through planned programs. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal’s strategy in empowering human resources during the covid-19 period, the leadership of the principal in empowering human resources during the covid-19 period, and the supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by the principal in empowering human resources during the covid-19 period at MA Al-Ma’arif Singosari. This study used descriptive methods, and the data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. Thus the subjects of this study were the principal, deputy head of curriculum, and MA Al-Ma’arif Singosari teachers. The data analysis was analyzed qualitatively. The result showed that: (1) The empowerment strategy includes giving encouragement, coaching and training activities, (2) leadership in empoerment includes fostering disclipine, leadership style, and responsiveness to environmental conditions, (3) The supprting factors for this study are adequate facilities and the environment, while the obstacle of this research is that the commitment of a teacher during the covid-19 period is still low. Kata Kunci: Principal Leadership, Empowering Human Resources, The Covid-19 Period

Abstract

In the strategy applied by educational institutions, empowerment is one way that is carried out by a process of giving proportional authority and responbility. Creating conditions of trust and involving teachers in completing tasks and making decisions. There is a focus research discussing the steps of the implementation process and the obstacles faced by PAI teachers in implementing Islamic religious learning strategies in the new normal era, the aim of this research is to use a phenomenological-based qualitative approach using case study research. The media determines the method of determining the teching materials and determining the material. The implementation of this research uses face-to-face and remote implantation. The obstacles to the law research are the lack of involvement og SIGNA, the inequality of students in accessing the media, learning that is limited by time. Kata Kunci: PAI Teacher Strategy, Islamic Religious Learning, New Normal.

Abstract

The moral aqidah teacher has a goal, namely to make students become human beings who are faithful, devoted, independent, creative and have noble character. In this modern era, many students wear tight clothes, wear revealing clothes, wear clothes but their nakedness is still visible. The position of the researcher here is as a key instrument that collects data by themselves though observation, interviews, and documentation. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach and the type of research is case study. The result of the research that has beeb carried out are that at MTs Al- Ma’arif 02 Singosari Malang, the planning of teachers of moral aqudah in fostering dress ethics is that the teacher prepares himself as a supporter in carrying out ethicas guidance to students, beside that the teacher only support the existing regulation by way of do crosschecks every morning. Then for the application of dress ethics for class VII students, many students use uniforms according to schedule, many students wear polite and polite clothes, then for the role of teachers of moral aqidah in fostering dress ethics for class VII students in this scholl, there are three roles that teachers have, including teachers as supervisors, teachers as educators, and teachers as models or role modelas. Abstract

The strategy of the teacher of moral aqidah in improving student learning discipline is one of the teacher's efforts towards students in educating students' learning discipline attitudes at MTsNU Ngantang school. The purpose of this study was to describe the condition of student learning discipline at MTs Nahdlatul Ulama' Ngantang, to describe the strategy of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving student discipline at MTs Nahdlatul Ulama' Ngantang, to find out the obstacles of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving student learning discipline at MTs Nahdlatul Ulama' Ngantang. The results of this study are (1) the condition of student learning discipline is reduced student interest in learning and the application of student sanctions in class. (2) the teacher's strategy of moral aqidah in improving student learning discipline at MTsNU Ngantang such as time discipline, enforcing rules, attitudes, and discipline in worship as well as reinforced by cooperative, affective and expository learning strategies by the teacher to students. (3) From the results of the research, researchers related to the obstacles of teachers' morals in improving student learning discipline as follows: students make noise in class and students are allowed to leave class without proper reasons. Kata Kunci: Strategy, Moral Creed Teacher, Student Learning Discipline

Abstract

The research in this thesis is based on the study of Fiqh in grade VII a MTs Al-Qudsiyah Klotok-Plumpang-Tuban where the results of student massage are still low. Researchers try to solve the problem by applying picture and picture models in fiqh learning so as to improve students' learning outcomes.The purpose of this study is to decipher in improving the learning outcomes of cognitive, affective and psychomotor realms using picture and picture models in the Fiqh.The type of research used in this study is class action research. The implementation process includes (1)The planning stage (2)the implementation stage (3)the Observation Stage and (4)the reflection stage.Data collection techniques use observations, tests and documentation. This can be seen from the percentage of students' learning completion in cycle II which reached 94%, originally during pre-test before the implementation of learning outcomes is 48%. Student learning outcomes in the affective realm also increasein the percentage of student activity, in cycle I reached 71% increased, cycle II which reached 91%.The results of psychomotor learning also increased, the percentage of students' group learning in cycle II by 82% while in cycle I is 45%. Thus it can be concluded that the application of picture and picture models can improve the results of learning in Fiqh subjects in class VIIa MTs Al-Qudsiyah Klotok-Plumpang-Tuban.Kata Kunci: Implementation, Picture and Picture, learning outcomes, Fiqih

Abstract

At this time at MTs Al-Qudsiyah Klotok Plumpang Tuban has implemented Blended Learning or better known at the school with the term combination, namely face-to-face or offline learning and online or online learning combined into one with face-to-face or online learning done twice in a week by implementing health protocols while online learning is carried out in a flexible way through online media. blended learning or this combination is applied because not all materials can be delivered online or online considering that not all students have the same access and ability to receive learning materials. Covid-19 or commonly referred to as corona is a very dangerous virus and its spread can develop rapidly so social distancing is needed to break the chain of spread of the covid-19 virus. implementation of blended learning during the covid-19 period, which is a learning process that has been planned during the covid-19 period by combining face-to-face learning (offline) with virtual learning (online). Kata Kunci: Implementation, Blended Learning, Covid-19

Abstract

Aswaja values are values to be applied and integrated into the life of a character that is tawasut, tawazun, tasamuh and ta'adul. Hasyim Asy'ari High School is a school under the auspices of Nahdlatul Ulama, which in the learning process teaches a lot of private values. This study will discuss the forms of activities, processes, and impacts of the internalization of Aswaja values at SMA Hasyim Asy'ari Batu City. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. In collecting data the researchers used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. From the results of the study, it was found that the form of internalization of Aswaja values at SMA Hasyim Asy'ari was divided into daily, weekly, and annual activities. The process is formed in an Aswaja-based learning system. And this has the impact of realizing a culture of tawassuth, tawazun, i'tidal among students..     Kata Kunci: Internalisasi, Nilai-Nilai, Keaswajaan.

Abstract

In this globalization or digital era, the existence of Islamic boarding schools is needed to realize the goals of national education that have not been maximally achieved by formal educational institutions. Schools as formal educational institutions are indeed able to supervise the activities of students during the teaching and learning process, but not with their association in social life. Activities that cannot be controlled by formal educational institutions include the use of gadgets, social media and the internet when students return to their family and community. Freedom to access unlimited information has a negative impact on changing mindsets, shifting cultural values, and eroding the nation's character. Riyadlul Qur'an Islamic boarding school which is located in Ngasem Village, Ngajum District, Malang Regency is a boarding school that is increasingly trusted by the community to educate and instill character education in their children. This is the background of the researchers conducting qualitative research with the methods of observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires and document studies to explore the forms, processes and constraints of character education in the pesantren. The resultsof this study indicate that the form of the educational character of PP Riyadlul Qur'an is a boarding school that combines salaf and modern education. The process of planting character education in this cottage is carried out completely and thoroughly through 5 aspects of educational activities. Several obstacles were also found in the cottage, including the number of educators and educational infrastructure, the participation of parents and individual students. However , these obstacles can be overcome because this institution develops the nature of simplicity and openness in cooperating and involving all stakeholders and always trying to improve its educational services . Keywords: Islamic Boarding School Education, Character, Santri
