Abstract

The head in an instruction assumes a vital part to accomplish the ideal instructive objectives, should truly dominate authoritative administration, what procedures will be utilized to propel the establishment held, should have the option to turn into a top chief who is prepared to contend with different schools, become a main thrust the interaction of instructive change in giving trust and power to all training work force. As a school head, he should be a good example in the school organization, from that the chief should have a reliable mentality, obligation, have solid and savvy standards so he isn't self-assertive and just uses his situation to subordinates, along these lines making the main an individual who can be regarded and appreciated and furthermore be a good example in completing all exercises. The accomplishment of the chief can likewise be seen from how the techniques utilized in driving and building responsibility, joining the right vision and mission, and furthermore overseeing assets that help and accomplish objectives. In fostering the nature of school training, directors should have ideas and have experience that they are really equipped for doing their obligations as propelling the school. The reason for this examination is to depict how the nature of training at SMA An-Nur Bululawang and the school's coconut administration procedure in working on the nature of instruction at SMA An-Nur Bululawang. Abstract

The implementation of the home visit method in Islamic education learning is a new challenge experienced by teachers and students at MTs Negeri 5 Malang. The focus of this research is to discuss the planning, implementation and supporting and inhibiting factors of the home visit method in learning Islamic education. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses a qualitative approach based on phenomenology by using case study research. Researchers found the results of this study include planning the implementation of one-sheet learning, face-to-face and home visits. The implementation of this research includes indicators of teacher introduction to student life, ensuring a meeting schedule between teachers and parents, preparing teaching materials for students, and evaluation materials during home visit learning. While the supporting factor for home visit learning is the high willingness of students to learn even in a pandemic. For the inhibiting factor is the selection of time that is  still not appropriate and the geographical conditions of the students' homes. Kata Kunci: Implementation, Home Visit, Islamic Education

Abstract

Abstract

In the midst of an instantaneous and increasingly popular modernization era, Muslims are now more focused on getting worldly pleasures rather than promoting the value of Islam as the power of faith to receive the grace of Allah SWT. Not infrequently, as we know, the life of the Muslim youth today shows as if morals and good behavior are not important. Although in terms of educational facilities, print and electronic media, clothing, mosques, the quality of religious experts and even da'wah activities that are increasingly advanced and developing, this development is largely influenced by the modernization of Western-style Science and Technology. Kata Kunci: Moral Development, learning PAI

Abstract

This article explains how student are able to memorize thousands of hadiths and turn them into a tradition. This study uses qualitative research through a phenomenological approach to understand the phenomenon, especially the attitudes and experiences of the Islamic boarding school community related to the research and memorization of hadith. In collecting data, this research uses interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews were used to collect data about the process, and objectives of memorizing hadith at the Al-Fatah Islamic boarding school, Temboro, Magetan, East Java. Interviews were conducted with teachers, and students involved in the hadith memorization program. Observations were made by observing directly in the learning process of hadith studies including memorizing hadith. Then the documentation is used to collect data and documents related to the memorization of the hadith. This findings show how enthusiastic the students are in memorizing and how the teachers continue to motivate the students to remain consistent in memorizing. With this memorization policy, scientific traditions can be maintained and a strong religious atmosphere can be created, both in the environment and even when students return home. This is in accordance with the goals of the vision and mission of the boarding school, teachers and parents of students. Kata Kunci: Motivation, Students, Memorize, Hadith

Abstract

Online learning will not be realized without the participation of parents as guardians of the students. The purpose of this study was to describe the readiness of parents in dealing with the implementation of online learning for Islamic Religious Education subjects, the forms of parental participation and the supporting and inhibiting factors for parental participation in the implementation of online learning for Islamic Religious Education subjects. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques was in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, PAI teacher and 4 parents of class VII A students. The results showed that: (1) The readiness of the parents in terms of mental and facilities was seen in a ready condition; (2) The forms of parental participation include providing motivation, providing guidance and giving attention; (3) The factors behind the emergence of parental participation were parental occupation and income, education, parents' busyness, parental awareness, parents who are technologically stuttering, family structure, and children's characteristics. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Orang Tua, Pembelajaran Daring, Pendidikan Agama Islam

Abstract

Since the government's policy during the Covid-19 pandemic that started conventional learning to learning (online), schools have made various efforts so that learning runs optimally. One of them is online and offline learning with an odd-even system. The iimplementation of learning  still carried out in acordance the 2013 curriculum which uses a scientific approach which contains five aspects of the learning process, namely observing, asking questions, gatering information, asociating and comunicating. Some of the obstacles that occur when implementing a scientific approach during a pandemic. Both come from educators, students, learning facilities and media. Base on the resutls of research in the fieeld, it was found that student tend to be active in the aspect of asking questions,and gathering information during a pandemic is dominated by online sources such as those from websites and blogs. Kata Kunci: saintifik, PAI, Pembelajaran Daring

Abstract

Interest in bsecoming a teacher is a desire to become a teacher. However, not all student who majored in Islamic education only grounded by self wiliingness of its own, but there are many factors that can effect a person’s interest to become educators. Including family environment and self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the family environment and self-efficacy on the interest in becoming a teacher for students majoring in PAI, Islamic University of Malang. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (T) and simultaneous test (F). The results of the research that has been done declare that: (1) family environment had significant effect on the interent to be a teacher with a value tcount 2,480> ttable 1,97377. (2) self-efficacy had no significant effect on the interent to be a teacher with a value tcount 0,234> ttable 1,97377. (3) family environment and self-efficacy simultaneously had significant effect on the interent to be a teacher with a calculated Fcount og 3,448> Ftable 3,05. Keywords : Family Environment, Self-Efficacy, Interest to be a Teacher.

Abstract

Education is something essential for each person. Guardians are the principal madrasa who assume a vital part during the time spent person working in youngsters. Because children are the ultimate imitators and imitators, they will imitate what their parents do, and will also apply what their parents have taught them. The school environment also plays a role in the life and development of children's learning. Schools as spots of instruction should have the option to add to the arrangement of strict person in youngsters. In this examination, the scientist goes about as a key instrument, and the strategy utilized is the technique for perception, meetings and documentation. Also, the aftereffects of the examination acquired on the job of schools and families in molding the strict person of understudies are as teachers, good examples, directors, and counsels. Abstract

The efforts of Islamic religious education teachers have a very influential role in improving the religious character of students, therefore teachers do not only learn in learning but also in improving the religious character of students. Teachers are needed so that in conveying or instilling a good understanding of students, the religious values accepted by students and carried out well in their daily lives and students are aware that the position of religious education makes them believe and fear God Allah SWT.
