Abstract

Background:The family planning program in Indonesia has been started since 1957, but it was merely part of health issues. With the increasing population of Indonesian people, the high maternal mortality rate, and the need for reproductive health, family planning programs are then used as a way to suppress population growth and improve maternal and child health. According to the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN), the primary problem in actualizing the target of family planning programs is the low participation of couples of childbearing age (EFA). Another problem currently emerging is the increasing number of family planning dropouts as a direct impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Purpose: This study aimed to scrutinize the implementation of family planning programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: The method in this research was scoping review. The literature search in this study used 3 health journal databases, namely PubMed, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, and 1 search engine: Google Scholar. Articles were selected using inclusion criteria, which were Articles published in national and international journals from 2019 to 2021. The total search results were 274 articles, and 9 articles were found that met the inclusion criteria in the author's review. The instruments used to assess the quality of articles was The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal Tools. Results:The impact of family planning services in the COVID-19 pandemic era is a decrease in family planning participants in March 2020 when compared to February 2020 throughout Indonesia. Factors that affect family planning program services during the COVID-19 pandemic include : knowledge, Husband’s support, Support from health professionals. Conclusions:The conclusion from the nine articles is that several countries have experienced changes in the system of maternal and child health services and family planning services. Many countries encountered a decrease in family planning participants and the presence of unwanted pregnancies.

Abstract

Jengkol leaf (Archidendron Pauciflorum (Benth.) I.C.Nielsen) contains alkaloids, tannins, saponins, flavonoids, steroids/triterpenoids. The objective of this research was to determine the class of chemical compounds contained in simplisia and jengkol leaf extract as well as the antioxidant activity of jengkol leaf extract. The research stages include the collection and processing of simplicia, the manufacture of extracts by maceration with 96% ethanol solvent. Phytochemical screening of jengkol leaf powders and extracts includes examination of alkaloid compounds, tannins, saponins, flavonoids, and steroids. Examination of the characteristics of simplicia powder. The antioxidant and extract activity test of jengkol leaf extract was carried out using the DPPH method (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrilhydrazyl), where DPPH absorption was measured using a Vis spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 516 nm. The results of phytochemical screening, powders and simplician extracts contain alkaloid compounds, tannins, saponins, flavonoids, steroids / triterpenoids. The results of the examination of the characteristics of simplicia powder obtained a moisture content of 6.66%, a water-soluble juice content of 16.66%, an ethanol soluble juice content of 26.66%, a total ash content of 1.3%, an acid insoluble ash content of 0.42%. The results of measuring the antioxidant activity of jengkol leaf extract showed the strength of the "very strong" category with an IC50 value of 2.4807 ppm.

Abstract

The Qur'an is the revealed word of Allah SWT, which is regarded as a miracle. It was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Qur'an is a book that is believed to be true, and its recital is considered an act of worship. Al-Murotal is a recitation of the verses of the Qur'an, the purpose of which is to preserve the Qur'an by recording the reading of the Qur'an. It is a well-established fact that there are specific laws of reading (tajweed) that must be adhered to when reciting the Qur'an. Accordingly, the objective of utilizing recording media is to reinforce the preservation of the Qur'an. The recitation of the Qur'an has been demonstrated to have a beneficial effect on a range of ailments, including those affecting the heart and the body, as well as those pertaining to the afterlife. Furthermore, the Qur'an serves as a remedy for a multitude of human afflictions, acting as both a medicine and an antidote to ailments of the mind and body. Listening to Murotal Qur'an has been demonstrated to have a significant impact on a range of ailments, largely due to the influence of perfect harmony in the repetition of words and letters, the impact of balanced rhythm on the verses of the Qur'an, the impact of information on each verse, and the beautiful harmonization. The pregnant women at the Syahruddin Clinic who are suffering from high blood pressure are unaware that there are alternative treatments available to them besides medication. They are not informed that listening to Murotal Al-Qur'an can help to reduce their high blood pressure. This information has been obtained from interviews with pregnant women who are afraid of taking drugs to reduce their high blood pressure during pregnancy.
