Abstract

Sistem pengadaan barang operasional Hotel Bukit Kenari di Parepare merupakan fokus dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1). Menganalisa sistem pengadaan barang operasional pada Hotel Bukit Kenari di Parepare. 2). Menjelaskan prosedur administrasi pengadaan barang operasional pada Hotel Bukit Kenari di Parepare. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengadaan barang operasional pada Hotel Bukit Kenari di Parepare menggunakan beberapa sistem antara lain dengan menggunakan Sistem Kontrak untuk beberapa barang yang berjenis minuman, Sistem Harian untuk barang yang dibutuhkan secara reguler, terutama di bagian dapur, dan sistem pengadaan bulanan yang diadakan dengan pembelian secara kontan. Kemudian prosedur administrasi untuk pengadaan barang operasional di Hotel Bukit Kenari Di Parepare meliputi : pengisian formulir request, kemudian ditandatangani oleh kepala bagian (head office), selanjutnya ditandatangani oleh operational manager dan terakhir formulir tersebut diserahkan kepada bagian pengadaan sebagai dasar untuk membelik barang yang dibutuhkan oleh user.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menjabarkan dan menjawab tantangan yang dihadapi ­edu-Tourism di era revolusi industri 4.0. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian perpustakaan, yang difokuskan pada pembuatan proses desisi dan menganalisis hubungan fenomena yang dinamis dengan logis ilmiah. Hasil dari pembahasan ini adalaha 1) dalam pengembangan pariwisata, ada beberapa aspek yang diperlukan untuk mendukung pengembangan tersebut seperti aspek fisik, aspek daya tarik pariwisata, aspek aksesibilitas, aspek aktivitas dan fasilitas, serta aspek sosial ekonomi dan budaya, 2) konsep wisata pendidikan sengaja didisain khusus untuk memenuhi kapasitas ilmu pengetahuan para pelajar untuk mengisi wawasan kebangsaan dengan kegiatan perjalanan wisata mengenal wilayah dan potensi sumber daya lokal antardaerah, kabupaten, provinsi serta antarpulau di seluruh negeri ini, 3) implementasi industri 4.0 dapat menjadi salah satu strategi untuk menciptakan Ekonomi berbasis digital terutama dalam pengembangan pendidikan pariwisata yang sesuai dengan arah peta jalan Making Indonesia 4.0 dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja industri nasional dalam bidang pariwisata pendidikan, 4) ada lima keterampilan yang menjadi top dalam perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0. adapun skill tersebut adalah Cognitive Abilities, System Skills, Complex Problem Solving, Content Skills, dan Process Skills. Untuk merespon masa depan perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0, dibutuhkan komitmen yang kuat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of upselling techniques among waiters and waitresses at the Ticket’s Café in Hotel Horison Ultima Makassar. This analysis includes the answer to whether or not they use upselling techniques, how they use it, and what the result is. The data in this research are collected during observation and interview. This research studies the waiters and waitresses along with their superiors. The data are then analyzed with descriptive qualitative method which includes data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of this research is that the waiter and waitresses have been proven to use some upselling techniques; however the implementation is not as effective as expected because the number of waiters and waitresses is not enough to deliver the best impacts of the techniques and not all of them use the right upselling techniques.

Abstract

Agrotourism is a form of tourism activities that utilize agro business as a tourist attraction with the aim to expand knowledge, travel, recreation, and business relationships in the field of agriculture. Development of agro-tourism management especially in urban areas requires close cooperation between various sectors, namely transportation sector, tourism sector, agriculture sector, trade sector, regional development sector and so on. The presence of Taman Maccini Sombala in Makassar City becomes a place to fulfill the needs of green open space (public open space). In line with the development of this potential has not been fully utilized both for the fulfillment of food needs of society and the main function as a public space and tourist space. This role then developed into an agro-tourism area of ​​the city. Assessment in measuring MoI Park development program as one of agro-tourism in Makassar by looking at the existing condition, analyzing the suitability and feasibility of agrowisatanya and how the carrying capacity both physically and with the consideration of the manager and also the development concept that can be applied in Taman Maccini Sombala of Indonesia as object of agro tourism city.

Abstract

This research aims at 1) analyzing the tourism potential of Kampung Nelayan (Majene Regency) as tourism village; 2) recommending steps or mechanisms to implement Kampung Nelayan as tourism village. This paper employs a qualitative approach to answer research questions through research visit in July and September 2019. The authors collected research data through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The research reveals that Kampung Nelayan has the potential for tourism village based on community empowerment principles. Kampung Nelayan has potential of marine tourism and cultural tourism. The steps to implement Kampung Nelayan as tourism village including 1) identification of members of community under the categories of internal and external community groups; 2) involving the community members in tourism programs and 3) follow up of community collaboration by the internal and external groups of community.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of tourism with an anthropological approach to tourism in the Marina Pajujukang Bantaeng Beach, South Sulawesi. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Government efforts in developing marina beach tourism are trying to improve the human resources of the village of Baruga by conducting socialization and trying to complete facilities incomplete such as clean water filter (2) Community involvement in tourism development by supporting government programs for the advancement of marina beach tourism objects and participating directly in the development of Marina beach such as being a builder at the beginning of Marina beach construction until the Marina beach is like being security officer, janitor and waitress at a hotel in the Marina beach area. (3) The impacts felt by the community in developing the Marina beach are two, namely in the economic field for example increasing community income, opening new jobs and opening business opportunities for the Baruga village community while in the socio-cultural field there are two impacts namely positive and negative impacts. An example of the positive impact is the increasing public insight about tourist culture through the temporary negative impact that is starting to affect the local community on the culture of tourists who come to visit the Marina beach. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained is then processed using data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. And also the data validation using Member Check. From the results of research that has been found it seems that every development of tourism needs to be involved by all groups, especially the community, not just prioritizing investors. Because the essence of the success of the trip tour if the surrounding community enjoys economic results.

Abstract

Abstrak :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah metode pemasaran Online(Ecommerce) berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing Jenis Penelitian iniadalah deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan analasis data statistik, dimana populasi dansampel adalah seluruh industri kuliner tradisional di Sulawesi Selatan khusunyapada daerah Makassar, Pare-Pare, Bulukumba dan Bantaeng. Penelitian inidilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada 80 responden. Sampel diambildengan cara puposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakananalisa regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pengaruh Metode Online(Ecommerce) terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing secara parsial signifikan.Kata kunci: Pemasaran Online (Ecommerce),strategi diferensiasi produk,keunggulan bersaing,Abstract :This study aims to determine whether the method of Online marketing(Ecommerce) influences competitive advantage This type of research isquantitative descriptive with statistical data analysis, where the population andsample are all traditional culinary industries in South Sulawesi especially inMakassar, Pare-Pare, Bulukumba and Bantaeng. Abstract

As one of the provinces that widely in culinary diversity, South Sumatera is start to be one of tourism destination. This research was conducted in South Sumatera and selected by purposive sampling. The population in this study is tourists visiting South Sumatera. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and parametric inferential statistics for hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression through a SPSS 22 computer program. Based on the t test results obtained smaller t value t table (-4,811 <1,985), this shows that the price variable food (X1) does not significantly influence the level of selection (Y) of Restaurants in South Sumatra. Based on the t test results obtained by t count greater t table (3.570> 1.985), this shows that the service quality variable (X2) has a significant effect on purchase decision (Y) of Restaurants in South Sumatra. Based on the t test results obtained t value is smaller than t table (3,464 <1,985), this shows that the accessibility variable (X3) has a significant effect on the level of selection (Y) of Restaurants in South Sumatra. Based on the t test results obtained by t count greater t table (6.766> 1.985), this shows that the food quality variable (X4) has a significant effect on purchase decision (Y) of Restaurants in South Sumatra.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential of historical attractions in Sinjai Regency, the development of historical tourism in Sinjai Regency 2008-2016, and the impact of historical tourism on the communities around the site, the government and tourists. The method used in the research and writing of this thesis is a historical research method, which includes: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview and literature study techniques. The results of this study indicate that Sinjai as a Level II Region in South Sulawesi has tourism potential that is not inferior to other regions. The Batupake Gojeng Archaeological Park, the Karampuang Indigenous Area, and the Balangnipa Fort are one of the historical tourist destinations offered by Sinjai Regency. Although the Tourism and Culture Office of Sinjai Regency was only established in 2017, activities in the tourism sector will continue to be carried out in previous years. The three historical attractions have their respective developments both in terms of facilities and infrastructure to the number of visitors. The contribution of each element in the development of the historical tourism sector in Sinjai Regency is something that needs to be improved. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the historical attractions in Sinjai Regency have an impact on the socio-cultural, educational and economic sectors for the local government and the people who live around the site.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Analysis of the Management of Water Sports Events as a Sports Tourism Destination in Ranau Lake, South Oku Regency, South Sumatra Province. The focus of research is to discuss the formulation of the problem and the purpose of this study are: a) To study and analyze how to plan the implementation process and evaluation of the implementation of water sports events in Lake Ranau District. South OKU, South Sumatra Province. b) To study and analyze how the implementation of water sports events in the District. South OKU, South Sumatra Province. c) provide an alternative strategic policy that can be done to optimize the planning process to the implementation of water sports events in the Regency. South OKU, South Sumatra Province. With data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis model used is the SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats). This study population transferred 30 people consisting of the community and the organization in the Lake Ranau area. This research is expected to offer alternative strategies for optimizing, planning and implementing water sports events. KEY WORDS: Management, Water Sport Event (WSE), Destination Lake Ranau
