Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as the intervening variable. The object of this research is the staff of general administration and finance of Islam Hospital, Banjannasin. In accordance with the above objectives, in this study four hypotheses have been formulated. The sampling of this research used saturated sample method by using the entire population as the samples. This study used 50 respondents, and all respondents were the staff of general administration and finance of Islam Hospital, Banjarmasin. To facilitate the problem solving, this research was conducted by using regression analysis, path analysis and Sobel Test with the help ofSPSS V.23 The results of this study indicated that leadership style had a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect onjob satisfaction. Organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive and significant effect as the intervening variable/mediation between leadership style and job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) disclosure on corporate value and the influence of financial performance in moderating the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) on corporate value through media annual report. This research is expected to increase the repertoire of science in the field of financial management, especially about the influence of Islamic social responsibility disclosure to corporate value and financial performance in moderating the influence of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) on corporate value. This study was conducted on the annual report of 25 sharia issuers incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the period 2013-2016. Hypothesis testing used regression techniques with moderating variable. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) affect the corporate value. Listed Sharia issuers in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) are able to provide information on corporate social responsibility disclosure in annual report to increase stakeholders' trust in the sharia system applied in the company in order to increase the corporate value in the eyes of stakeholders, although none of the companies disclose information completely. Financial performance may not be able to moderate the influence of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) on corporate value. It is alleged that Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) is able to moderate the influence of financial performance on the corporate value

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of organizational commitment and compensation simultaneously on the performance of personnel BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the influence of organizational commitment and partial compensation to personnel performance BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the dominant variable of organizational commitment and compensation affecting BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin performance. The research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population of this research was 52 people with purposive sampling sampling technique with 52 samples. data collection was done by using questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test. The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824> 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 <0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931> 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 <0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study produces constant of 0354 stating that if there is no work Morivasi ( x1 ) and job satisfaction ( x2 ) then job satisfaction is equal to 0.354 . Regression coefficient of work motivation ( x1 ) of 0.396 states that any additions ( as a positive sign ) 1 point will increase the job satisfaction of job satisfaction on job satisfaction assuming 0.396 ( x2 ) fixed . Job satisfaction regression coefficient ( x2 ) of 0.688 states that any additions ( as a positive sign ) 1 point of work motivation will increase employee job satisfaction in 0688 with the notion of work motivation ( x1 ) remains.Significant test simultaneously / together ( test statistic F ) result in calculated F value of 78 145. At Kalsel Bank Syariah Kandangan or it can be said that the work motivation ( x1 ) and job satisfaction ( x2 ) jointly affect the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Kandangan South Kalimantan. Calculations using the t -test, concluded that motivation is a significant effect on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Kandangan Kalsel zero hypothesis ( Ho ) is rejected and Ha accepted, so this hypothesis has been tested empirically

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the role of interaction in job satisfaction (Z) and its influence on exogenous variables: the organizational culture (X1) and competence (X2) for endogenous variables: employee performance (Y) of the Theological College Evangelical Protestant Church in Banjarmasin. This study is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Primary data have been collected using questionnaires. Research respondents used saturated sample with 31 employees of STT GKE. Data analysis technique to find out the role of interaction on the influence of exogenous variables X1 & X2 on endogenous variables (Y) used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique with Smart PLS 3.0. software. The result of this research concludes that there is an influence of organizational culture (X1) on employee performance (Y) and there is job satisfaction (Z) interaction on the competence of the employee performance (Y). Another finding is that there is no influence of competence variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) and there is no job satisfaction (Z) interaction on organizational culture (X1) influence towards employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of performance appraisal and workmotivation towardthe job satisfaction of employees in the BKD of Tanah Laut District.The population of this research is 41 people by using Multiple Regression Analysis Method. It is performed to determine whether the independent variable (performance appraisal and work motivation) partially influence the dependent variable (job satisfaction).The results on the BKD of Tanah Laut District indicate the absence of significant influence partially between the independent variables of performance appraisal toward the dependent variable of job satisfaction as well as the independent variable of work motivation which shows positive and significant influence on the dependent variable of job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of relationship marketing in the form of understanding customer expectations, building service partnership and trust simultaneously and partially to customer satisfaction on choosing banking products, a case study of priority customers on public Banks in Banjarmasin. The study was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis to find the influence of the independent variable (X) to the dependent variable (Y), simultaneously and partially. The results showed that simultaneously relationship marketing variables significantly influenced customer. Partially, understanding customer expectations has no significant effects to customer satisfaction. Building service partnership and trust significanly influence customer satisfaction and trust is a dominant variable in achieving customer satisfaction. Public Bank in Banjarmasin should be able to increase trust its customers with all efforts.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effectiveness of automation factors, system control of sales and satisfaction of sales area which affect the sales’ performance to sales’ organization effectiveness (large pharmacy) in Banjarmasin. The sampling technique was divided into three phases, namely stratified, proportional, and purposive sampling. There were 120 subjects involved in the study. They are the head of branch, sales supervisors, sales personnel from pharmaceutical distribution company whose products are categorized as medicinal products and consumer goods. The analysis for the study used Structural Equation Model (SEM) in AMOS 20 program. The results of data analysis shows that the study supports five hypotheses and rejects two other hypotheses. The study also confirms a statistically significant relationship of the effectiveness of automation, system control of sales and satisfaction of sales area to the sales’ performance, as well as significant influence of sales’ performance and system control of sales to the effectiveness of sales’ organization. In addition, it is statistically found that the effectiveness of sales automation and satisfaction of sales area do not affect the sales’ organization effectiveness. The implication of this research to prepare personal in charge as coordinator of sales automation effectiveness and key performance indicator as guidance to measure the control which has been done and the discussion of sales territory alignment between sales supervisor and sales force.

Abstract

This research as “Effect Fundamental Factors toward stock return of Transportation’s Company”. Aims analyzed fundamental factors to haven influence stock return of transportation company at Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Fundamental factors such as Earning Per Share (EPS), Book Value Per Share (BVS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Asset (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE). Methodology research used purposed sampling with criteria as 1. Stock of Transportation company which listed fm th. 2009-2013. 2.Stocked was trade at Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). Sample totally 13 and data analysis with multiple regression of ordinary least square and hypothesis test used F statistics and t statistic at level significance 5%. Analysis result is fm totally 6 (six) of fundamental factors, only Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Asset (ROA) significance influance stock return of 13 (thirteen) transportation company at BEI, while others are not significance. The future result suggested to expand other fundamental factors and suggested to add more variabels so can get better result

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of lifestyle variables (X1), money attitude (X2), personal values (X3), marketing stimulation (X4) on purchase decisions (Y). Methods This study uses qualitative research by distributing questionnaires to students stikes muhammadiyah Banjarmasin ever using smartphones as much as 157 respondents. Using variable measurement technique kiteria interval scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree, with weights from 1 - 10. To determine the effect of variable X to variable Y using multiple linear regression analysis technique. Results of this study conclude that (1) There is a significant difference between lifestyle variables to variable purchase decision. (2) There is a significant relationship between the variables attitude toward money purchase decision variables. (3) There is a significant relationship between the variables of personal values to the variable purchase decision. (4) There is no significant relationship between the variables of marketing stimulation to variable purchase decision.
