Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a major public health problem because of its short-term and long-term complications. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a disease that involves pancreatic endocrine hormones, including insulin and glucagon. The main manifestations include disturbances of lipid, carbohydrate, and protein metabolism, which in turn stimulates hyperglycemia. This hyperglycemic condition will develop into diabetes mellitus with various forms of complications. Adherence is very important, especially in long-term treatment. In general, the level of compliance in each patient is described by the percentage of the number of drugs taken and the time of taking the drug within a certain period of time. This study aims to determine the relationship between controlled blood sugar in patients with diabetes mellitus with medication adherence at Balimbingan Hospital. The design of this study was cross sectional, with a quantitative approach with a sample of 56 patients. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and data on visits to patients with diabetes mellitus at Balimbingan Hospital.

The population in this study amounted to 10 respondents. The results of the study show that SIMR is very influential on patient care, HR can use the SIMRS application and there is management support in theuse of SIMRS at Royal Prima Hospital Medan. Based on the results of research on the analysis of the application of hospital management information systems (SIMRS) at Royal Prima Hospital, it can be concluded that the quality of the system is still not good in the quality of the system in the field because the internet network problem is not good, the quality of system information has been very helpful for service, the quality of service is very good. , HR is different, new employees are the same as the old ones, if new employees haven't, so new employees should want to learn with old employees, and old employees are proficient in using SIMRS, management supports it because this is indeed a program from management, SIMRS Royal Prima Medan is there The advantages are in patient care and the quality of information systems, all service data at RSU Royal Prima Medan can be stored properly and nicely. It is hoped that the hospital will pay more attention to and improve the quality of the SIMRS internet network at RSU Royal Prima and provide training to all employees, especially for new employees on how to use SIMRS so that services at RSU Royal Prima Medan runsmoothly and well.

Sampling points were carried out at 3 locations namely Station 1, Station 2, and Station 3. The results showed that water quality had decreased in quality where the Dissolved Oxygen (DO), fecal coli, and total coliform parameters did not meet the river water quality standards according to Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management. The statistical test showed that there was a relationship between the use of Babura River water and skin health complaints in the community in the watershed with a p-value of 0.000 (α<0.05). Of all respondents, 17 people experienced skin health complaints in the form of itching and dry, scaly, and peeling skin. Abstract

Emesis gravidarum results in a decrease in appetite, this situation can cause changes in electrolyte balance with potassium, calcium and sodium which result in changes in body metabolism. Therefore, in reducing nausea and vomiting pregnant women should use complementary therapies that can be done easily at home. Pharmacological function is antiemetic (anti-vomiting). Lime has flavonoids, the flavonoid content is known to neutralize acidic digestive fluids, releasing toxins in the body. This study was conducted to determine the differences in the effectiveness of giving a combination of boiled red ginger and mint leaves and a combination of lime and honey on the intensity of nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women. This study used a quasi-experimental research design with a pretest-posttest with control group design. Sampling by purposive sampling. The sample size was 28 pregnant women in the first trimester at the Cikande Public Health Center, Serang Regency. The research instrument is an observation sheet. Data analysis used Mann Whitney statistical test. The results of his research using the Mann Whitney statistical test showed a p-value of 0.498, this means that there is no significant difference in decreasing the intensity of nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women at the Cikande Health Center, Serang Regency between those given boiled red ginger and mint leaves and a combination of lime. and honey for 4 days of treatment. It is hoped that health workers will provide education to pregnant women in traditional medicine or local wisdom.

Abstract

Obesity is one of the health problems that exist among teenagers, the inability of students to manage your diet be one cause of obesity. Good nutritional status can only be achieved if based on diet on the principle of a balanced menu. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lifestyle on obesity in school. The type of research used is a cross-sectional survey with an explanatory research method approach. the number of population according to exclusion criteria is 40 people and the inclusion criteria are 70 people. The data were analyzed using chi square test and linear regression with dummy variables to assess the effect of the dependent variable through independent variables. the results showed that there was a statistically significant dietary pattern of obesity 0.001 (p = 0.005) and the dietary B constant value of 26, 56, 2.21, which means that if a person with a diet is not good as a single risk factor then the body's BMI will increase by 2.21 kg / m2 from the base value of 26.56 kg / m2. And there is a statistically significant relationship between physical activity towards obesity 0.032 (p = 0.05) and B value from the constant physical activity is 26.56, -1.77 means if the respondent has a risk factor in the form of mild physical activity which is also a factor the respondent's single risk of eating will experience an increase in body BMI of 1.77 kg / m2 from the base value of 26.56 kg / m2. while other risk factors such as sleep duration (p = 0.220), snacks (p = 0.1552), socioeconomic status (p = 0.060), school role (p = 0.721), and gadged usage duration (p = 0.274) has a value of p> 0.05, which means that the risk factors did not provide a statistically significant influence on the increase in BMI in the respondents in this study. It is hoped that the school will pay more attention to the nutritional state of the students in the school.

Abstract

Pain is a form of discomfort felt by the mother at the time of delivery. One way that can be used to overcome the problem of pain during labor is to apply massage techniques. Among them, the counter pressure massage technique can be done in the lumbar region using the heel of the hand or fist. And the kneading technique is massaging or squeezing using the palms of the hands or fingers to pinch some parts of the skin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of counter pressure and kneading techniques on reducing pain intensity in the first stage of normal delivery in primiparous mothers at BPM Evi Sriaayuningtyas. Method This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth vaginally at BPM Evi Sriaayuningtyas in March-April 2022, a sample of 30 people was obtained using purposive sampling technique. Research Results: Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon test, the value of < (0.000 < 0.05) stated that there was an effect of counter pressure techniques and kneading techniques on reducing pain intensity in the first stage. Conclusion The application of counter pressure techniques and kneading techniques can be used as a intervention in helping mothers in labor to cope with labor pain.

Data analysis was carried out using the Chi Square test. Research Results: From 40 samples of primiparous women who gave birth, more respondents in the experimental group did not experience perineal rupture, namely 17 (85%). Meanwhile, the control group respondents who experienced more tears were 16 (65%) and p-value = 0.000 (<0.05) with OR = 16.924. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between perineal massage in primigravida pregnant women and perineal rupture during delivery at the Bilal Medika clinic in 2022.
