Abstract

This research is purposed to investigate the implementation of Tri Hita Karana values by the principal on the quality of relationships among school members at SD Negeri 1 Kenderan. The population of this study consists of the principal, teachers, educational staff, and students of SD Negeri 1 Kenderan. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling to ensure that the research subjects had sufficient knowledge or experience regarding the implementation of Tri Hita Karana. Proportionate stratified random sampling was applied to ensure the representation of each group in the sample, namely the principal, teachers, educational staff, and students. The total sample in this study was 70 participants, consisting of 1 principal, 8 teachers, 1 educational staff member, and 60 students. Data collection methods included surveys, observations, and document reviews of supporting evidence. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The data was collected would be analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis (simple linear regression). Based on the data analysis, the average score of each questionnaire item was 4, categorized as good. The result showed tobserved = 3.896 > ttable = 1.995 at the significance level 5%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of Tri Hita Karana values by the principal has a significant influence on the quality of relationships among school members at SD Negeri 1 Kenderan. The influence is positive, with a regression coefficient of 0.433. The contribution of the implementation of Tri Hita Karana values by the principal to the quality of relationships among school members at SD Negeri 1 Kenderan is 18.3%. This indicates that the application of these values can foster a sense of togetherness, mutual respect, and harmony in the interactions among school members.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the level of business actors' satisfaction with the role of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in law enforcement in the Republic of Indonesia. As a non-governmental entity, NGOs have an important function in supporting the creation of justice and legal certainty, which has an impact on the business environment. Data was collected through a survey of business actors from various sectors, which was evaluated based on their perceptions of the effectiveness, transparency, and contributions of NGOs in law enforcement. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and regression analysis to determine the factors that influence the satisfaction of business actors. The results of the study show that the level of business actor satisfaction varies, depending on the business sector and the involvement of NGOs in relevant legal advocacy. The factors of transparency and accountability of NGOs were found to have a significant influence on the level of satisfaction. The conclusions of this study provide insights for NGOs to enhance their role in creating a conducive business climate and strengthening collaboration with business actors. Recommendations are also made to improve communication and strengthen NGO accountability in the future.

Abstract

Mergers and acquisitions are a company's strategy to improve efficiency and competitiveness, but this process faces legal and regulatory challenges. In Indonesia, mergers and acquisitions are regulated in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies and Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition. In addition, the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (ICC) is tasked with supervising mergers so as not to harm the market. This study uses a literature study method by examining regulations related to mergers and acquisitions, including financial accounting standards such as PSAK 103 and PSAK 38. Data is collected from legal journals, academic articles, and official regulatory documents. The results of the study show that mergers must be carried out in accordance with the law to avoid monopoly and unfair business competition. Law Number 40 of 2007 regulates the merger process, starting from shareholder approval to notification to creditors and employees. Law Number 5 of 1999 prohibits mergers that have the potential to create monopolies, and ICC has the authority to assess and cancel mergers that are detrimental to the market. In conclusion, merger and acquisition regulations in Indonesia are quite comprehensive, but the main challenge lies in the effectiveness of supervision by ICC and legal certainty for business actors. It is necessary to increase the implementation of regulations so that mergers are carried out fairly and in accordance with the law.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the application of project-based learning (PJBL) methods in improving student mathematics learning outcomes. Project-based learning is considered effective for improving critical thinking skills, creativity, and a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts. This method involves students actively in the learning process through project activities designed to develop an in-depth and contextual understanding of mathematical concepts. The research method uses literature studies involving the procces of finding data or research information through reading scientific journals, reference books, and other published materials available in the library, after relevant sources are collected, a thorough analysis is carried out to understand the results of related research. Student mathematices involves analyzing and collecting data from various relevant literature sources. The results of the study indicate that the application of PJBL can significantly improve students’ mathematics learning outcomes. Project Based Learning/PJBL has proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes, especially in subjects such as mathematices. The method encourages students to understand concepts in depth directly and complete relevant projects.

Abstract

Sustainable public management transformation is a crucial issue in the era of globalization which is characterized by the complexity of the challenges faced by governments around the world. This study aims to explore best practices, obstacles, and driving factors in the transformation of public management in Purbalingga Regency, Indonesia. With a descriptive-exploratory qualitative approach, data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of official documents. The need to manage resources responsibly, improve the efficiency of public services, and meet public demands for transparency and accountability is increasingly urgent. Sustainable public management transformation is not only an option, but also a necessity to ensure the welfare of the community in the future. This research aims to identify approaches and strategies that can be applied in supporting the transformation and explore the driving factors and inhibitions in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-exploratory design. The results of the study show that the use of information technology such as e-government plays an important role in improving the efficiency and transparency of public services. Cross-sector collaboration between governments, civil society, and the private sector has proven to be a key strategy in achieving successful transformation. Community involvement in the planning and implementation of public policies increases the relevance of policies to local needs. However, challenges such as resistance to change and limited resources still hinder this transformation process. Therefore, a holistic and sustainability-oriented strategy is needed to overcome these obstacles. The transformation of sustainable public management in Purbalingga Regency is a strategic step in realizing inclusive, adaptive, and responsive governance to global dynamics and local needs.

Abstract

Sharia economics, which is based on the principles of Islamic law, has undergone significant transformations along with technological advancements. In recent decades, the development of digitalization, including blockchain technology and artificial intelligence (AI), has transformed the Islamic economic sector, especially in terms of transparency, security, and transaction efficiency. This technology supports the expansion of Islamic financial inclusion and accelerates the adoption of sharia-based financial services, such as Islamic digital banking. However, the main challenge faced is how to integrate sharia principles with rapidly developing technology. This research aims to analyze innovation, implementation, and the impact of technology in the sharia economy, as well as evaluate the challenges faced in its implementation. Using a qualitative approach and documentation studies, this study explores various technological innovations applied in the sharia economic sector and their impact on financial inclusion, community empowerment, and compliance with sharia principles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the critical reasoning dimension in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at Kindergarten Negeri Pembina 4 Palembang. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of the critical reasoning dimension in the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile at Pembina 4 Palembang State Kindergarten has been carried out in line with the learning objectives in the teaching module to foster early childhood critical reasoning skills. This is evidenced by exploration activities, such as making jumputan fabric, they not only learn but also understand the concept related to making jumputan fabric. There are supporting factors that contribute positively to the availability of adequate resources and infrastructure that facilitate the learning process, in addition to the enthusiasm and enthusiasm shown by the children during this exciting activity. The inhibiting factor is the lack of understanding of teachers about the Pancasila student profile. However, with module training that focuses on the Pancasila student profile by the principal, it can improve teachers' understanding.

Abstract

In an era characterized by rapid technological advances and continuously evolving consumer preferences, companies are required to continue to innovate and optimize their strategies to maintain relevance and competitiveness in the market. With this background, this research focuses on PT Kita Muda Bisa, a company that has an online learning platform in Indonesia, which is specifically involved in the world of pre-employment which facilitates online learning services to the community. By using a qualitative research approach, this study aims to gain in-depth insight into the current condition of the business model and strategic landscape of pre-employment training institutions in Indonesia. Through a comprehensive analysis using the BMC and SWOT frameworks, this research seeks to identify existing strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats related to training service products. By utilizing this analysis, this research seeks to develop an understanding of the complex interactions between internal capabilities and external market dynamics that shape the competitiveness of learning service products in Indonesia. The proposed strategy is designed to exploit strengths, mitigate weaknesses, exploit opportunities, and counter threats identified through the research process. Additionally, this research highlights the importance of strategic agility and adaptability in navigating the dynamic training industry landscape, emphasizing the need for continuous strategy reassessment and refinement. In Conclusion, this research contributes to existing knowledge by offering practical insights and recommendations to increase the competitiveness of online learning service products. By integrating the BMC and SWOT frameworks, this research provides a qualitative approach to strategic analysis and formulation, equipping PT Kita Muda Bisa's work plan with the tools and insights needed to thrive in an increasingly competitive market. Ultimately, the findings of this research aim to inform the strategic decision-making process in online learning services and inspire similar efforts in a broader business and innovation strategic context.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are an important aspect for students in facing academic and professional challenges, but there are still many students who have difficulty developing these skills. This study aims to analyze the relationship between learning independence and critical thinking skills in students. The novelty of this research lies in the exploration of the factor of learning independence as the main predictor of increasing critical thinking in the context of higher education. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The research sample consisted of 160 students who were selected through accidental sampling techniques. Data were collected using the learning independence scale and the critical thinking scale, which were analyzed using the Spearman Rho correlation test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between learning independence and critical thinking ability with a correlation value of 0.465 and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that the higher the student's learning independence, the higher the critical thinking ability. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for educational institutions in designing learning strategies that encourage learning independence to improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Character education plays a significant role in shaping students' noble personalities. One of the essential values to instill is politeness, which includes respect, courtesy, and ethics in social interactions. This study aims to examine the role of teachers in addressing the challenges of instilling the value of politeness at SMP Negeri 7 Palopo. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research was conducted through observations and interviews with the school principal, teachers, students, and staff. The findings show that teachers play an active role in instilling politeness through exemplary behavior in speech, actions, and dress. However, challenges such as lack of discipline, disrespect towards teachers, and dishonest behavior among students persist. Proposed solutions include reinforcing politeness through guidance, applying educational punishments, promoting good behavior habits, and enhancing supervision.
