Abstract

This study examines the marketing mix strategy in the bosara handicraft product business in South Bontonompo, Gowa Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing mix strategy for the bosara handicraft product business in South Bontonompo, Gowa Regency, to determine the factors that influence the marketing strategy for the bosara handicraft product business in South Bontonompo, Gowa Regency. This research approach is quantitative. This research was carried outinSubdistrictSouth Bontonompo, Gowa Regency. Source of data in research isboss craftsmanin October to December 2022. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data editing, data reduction, categorization, interpretation, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the marketing mix strategy for bosara handicrafts in South Bontonompo, Gowa Regency found that there were two types of bosara products produced, namely modern bosara products and traditional bosara products. The price for Bosara products is with the lowest price range of Rp. 200,000 up to the highest price of Rp. 1,000,000 which is the principal in determining the price is the raw material for production. Promotions carried out by craftsmen on average use offline and online sales on social media. The location of the craftsmen in the production and marketing of Bosara products is very strategic because the place for production and marketing is known by customers and easy to find. The factors of the marketing strategy for bosara handicrafts based on SWOT analysis in South Bontonompo, Gowa Regency found that the inhibiting factors resulted in thatthe production process carried out in the manufacture of bosara products and also the production tools used are still limited in their manufacture so that the production of making bosara products is limited. Supporting factors in the process of making a Bosara product business are family and environmental support which makes craftsmen more active in production and marketing in the field.

Abstract

The cultural impact of the organization's performance on the employees' performance in maiwa artha promosindo makassar. Thesis the science administration study program. Majoring in administrative science. Faculty of social and law studies. Makassar state university. (Risma niswaty and Andi aslinda). The study aims to find out how the organizational culture affects the performance of employees in malwa artha promosindo makassar became the object of his research. It USES the kind of quantitative research. The data-gathering technique used is through primary data collection (observation and questionnaire) and secondary data collection (library study and documentation). The sample used was the sample that was calculated using sugiono's total sampling technique as many as 30 people surveyed. Data is obtained from research processed using data analysis and using the help of a 25 version of SPSS software program consisting of valiance tests and diagnostic tests of research instruments and descriptive analytic and inferential analysis of the data obtained. The results showed that the organizational culture and employee performance variables at PT. Maiwa Artha Promosindo Makassar has a significant influence. This was proven based on the results of a simple linear regression test and a correlation coefficient test of 0.675, which means that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance is strong/high. The determinant coefficient obtained is 0.437 which means that the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Maiwa Artha Promosindo Makassar obtained a score of 43.7% which is included in the moderate category interval.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the objectives of the Health education program, the success of the education program, and increase public knowledge regarding health issues through the education program at the Ballaparang Community Health Center. At the Ballaparang Community Health Center, online health education has been running for one year since 2024. The location of this research was at the Ballaparang Community Health Center, Rappocini District, Makassar City, taking into account that the Ballaparang Community Health Center has been conducting health education. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, meaning that the data collected are not in the form of numbers, but rather the data comes from the results of interviews, field notes, and documentation. The results of the research conducted at the Community Health Center are that the objectives of implementing the health education program at the Ballaparang Community Health Center have been quite achieved, seen from the community response to educational stories and the number of people who have watched health education material videos on the Community Health Center's social media. The health education program at the Community Health Center has also been quite successful, just as the program's objectives have been. This success has also had good results seen from the community who have participated in watching educational videos via the queue TV at the Ballaparang Community Health Center. Through the health education program at the Community Health Center, it has also provided additional knowledge to the community around the Ballaparang Community Health Center's work area, where the community has gained additional knowledge regarding diseases such as dengue fever, low blood pressure, and other diseases by watching health education videos at the Ballaparang Community Health Center both through social media and via the Community Health Center queue TV.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at Syekh Yusuf Hospital, Gowa Regency. To achieve this goal, researchers use indicators to measure these variables. In the motivation variable, the indicators used are physiological needs, security needs, social needs, self-esteem needs and self-actualization needs. In the work environment variables, the indicators used are lighting/light in the workplace, temperature in the workplace, safety in the workplace and cleanliness. As for the job satisfaction variable, the indicators used are job, wages, promotions, supervisors and co-workers. In this research, the research method used is quantitative research, with data collection techniques carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sample used in this research was 87 respondents. Data obtained from research results were processed using data analysis and using the SPSS version 25 software program which consists of validity test, reality test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research indicate that motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Partially, motivation has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction, and the work environment partially has a significant influence on employee morale at Syekh Yusuf Hospital, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of NTPD 112 public services in supporting the implementation of Sombere' Smart City in Makassar City, using the theory of service responsiveness. NTPD 112 is an emergency service provided to respond to public reports quickly and effectively. In this study, various indicators of service responsiveness were analyzed, including response time, speed of resolution, quality of interaction, level of problem solving, service accessibility, and customer satisfaction. Qualitative research methods were used through a library research approach and literature studies combined with field data analysis through interviews and surveys of respondents who use the NTPD 112 service. The results showed that NTPD 112 performed quite well in responding to emergency reports with an average response time of 7 minutes. However, there were several obstacles in handling non-emergency reports, especially in terms of coordination between agencies and service accessibility in certain areas. Public satisfaction with NTPD 112 services reached 75%, reflecting a positive response even though there were several areas of improvement, such as improving officer communication skills and developing a more accessible reporting system. Recommendations are provided to optimize response time and quality of interaction through the use of information technology and officer training. Overall,

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy carried out at Toko mulia baruga Bantaeng Regency by explaining the marketing mix to increase sales turnover. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive, which is an analysis used to describe or solve problems systematically with the SWOT analysis method. To achieve the objectives of the study, data collection techniques were used, namely observation / observation, interviews and documentation with 7 information people from store owners, employees, and consumers. The validity of the data is checked using the source triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the strategy that can be applied by noble Baruga shop owners is a diversification strategy. By carrying out a diversification strategy, Toko mulia baruga can develop and improve products, distribution processes, prices and promotions for consumers. The supporting factors of Toko mulia baruga are that the goods sold are quite varied in their strategy, have good quality goods, store locations that are easily accessible, for customers outside the area can make direct purchases easily. While the inhibiting factors of Toko mulia baruga are not yet having branches, promotions that are not optimal, the problem of price differences that can only slightly reduce customers.Keywords: Strategy, marketing, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic agenda for local governments to improve the quality of effective, efficient, and transparent public services. One technology that has great potential in supporting this agenda is Artificial Intelligence (AI). The application of AI in public services enables faster, more accurate, and more responsive service processes to community needs, while minimizing maladministration practices. This study aims to analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence in improving the effectiveness and transparency of public services in Makassar City, as well as identifying opportunities and challenges for its implementation in the context of local government. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with local government officials, digital service system managers, and public service users, and supported by documentation studies of policies, performance reports, and digital-based public service application systems implemented in Makassar City. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and systematic conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the use of Artificial Intelligence in public services in Makassar City plays a significant role in increasing service effectiveness, especially in aspects of service speed, decision-making accuracy, and improving the quality of interaction between the government and the community. In addition, AI also contributes to increasing service transparency through service tracking systems, information automation, and more accountable and real-time data management. However, this study also found several challenges in AI implementation, including limited human resource capacity, digital infrastructure readiness, data integration between agencies, and issues of ethics and personal data protection. This study concluded that Artificial Intelligence has a strategic role in supporting bureaucratic reform and good governance in Makassar City. Therefore, a comprehensive policy strategy, strengthening the capacity of the apparatus, and multi-stakeholder collaboration are needed to ensure the implementation of AI is sustainable, inclusive, and oriented towards the public interest.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a letter management information system at a higher education institution in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, known as Campus Y. The institution currently relies on manual procedures for managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, which causes inefficiencies and delays in information flow. Using a Research and Development (R&D) approach, the study applies the ADDIE model and focuses specifically on the analysis and design phases. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, field observations, and documentation, and were analysed qualitatively. The results of the needs analysis indicate that incoming and outgoing mail is still managed using physical books and disposition sheets, leading to time-consuming processes and dependence on the physical presence of administrators. Although letter drafting utilizes basic digital tools such as Microsoft Word, the institution lacks an integrated archival system. In response, a system flow was designed using flowcharts, covering processes from mail input and disposition to outgoing letter creation, correction, and storage. The system is expected to streamline correspondence workflows, reduce reliance on manual methods, and enhance the efficiency, traceability, and responsiveness of academic administration. This study is limited to the system design stage and recommends further development and evaluation in subsequent phases. Keyword: system information; letter management; research and development

Abstract

Servicescape and Customer Satisfaction at Perum Bulog Makassar Branch Office. Thesis. Business Administration Study Program. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. Makassar public university. Supervised by Nur Yamin and Maya Kasmita.This study aims to determine how the influence of Servicescape and Customer Satisfaction at Perum Bulog Makassar Branch Office. To achieve this goal, researchers use indicators to measure these variables. In the Servicescape variable, the indicators used are environmental cleanliness, facility temperature, proper lighting, attractive architecture, interior, physical facilities, a good place to rest, work together, and be friendly. As for the Customer Satisfaction variable, the indicators used are suitability of expectations, interest in revisiting, Willingness to recommend. In this study the research methods used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents. The data were obtained from the results of the research which were processed using data analysis and using the help of the SPSS version 25 software program which consisted of validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, simple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination.The results of the study show that the indicators used for each of these variables indicate that the Servicescape variable has a significant influence on customer satisfaction at the Perum Bulog Makassar Branch Office. This is evidenced by the test of the coefficient of determination using the data that has been obtained.
