Tujuan dari Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya adalah untuk mendorong penyebaran yang lebih luas hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah sistematis di bidang manajemen dan bisnis. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya dimaksudkan untuk menjadi jurnal penerbitan artikel hasil penelitian manajemen baik artikel penelitian maupun artikel konseptual (non penelitian). Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya mengundang artikel-artikel hasil penelitian di bidang : Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Strategis, Manajemen Pendidikan, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Kesehatan, e-Business Manajemen Kewirausahaan. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya menerima artikel-artikel yang sesuai dengan subjek penelitian manajemen dan metodologi penelitian yang sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan untuk dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ini. Yang utama, namun tidak eksklusif, adalah akademisi, mahasiswa program pascasarjana, praktisi dan pihak-pihak lain yang tertarik dengan penelitian manajemen. Kriteria utama untuk publikasi di Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra adalah pentingnya kontribusi sebuah artikel terhadap kekayaan literatur di bidang manajemen, ketelitian analisis dan penyajian artikel. Keputusan penerimaan artikel didasarkan pada proses review yang independen dengan evaluasi konstruktif dan cepat terhadap artikel yang diajukan oleh peneliti atau author. Frekuensi Publikasi Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya terbit dengan setiap tahun satu volume yang terdiri dari tiga kali terbitan, yakni setiap April, Agustus, dan Desember. Setiap terbitan mempublikasikan 7 artikel.

Abstract

Job satisfaction indicates a conformity between the expectations of a person arising with the rewards provided by the job. In the reality, the unity or object of research has provided or builds the motivation both financially and non-financially, building organizational culture through optimizing the enforcement of Trisila TNI AL to its soldiers optimally. This is done to increase the spirit and commitment and loyalty of soldiers to the duties and responsibilities of the unit. However, job satisfaction of soldiers has not been achieved optimally. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative research approach. As the location of research is Unit Amphibious Ship Command Eastern Region. The sample in this study as many as 90 soldiers. The results showed that organizational culture and career development have a significant effect on job satisfaction of Amphibious Warrior Unit of Koarmatim. In addition, organizational culture directly or indirectly can affect job satisfaction, and work motivation can be a mediator of organizational culture in affecting job satisfaction. Besides, career development directly or indirectly can affect job satisfaction, and work motivation can be a mediator of organizational culture in affecting job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to manifest empirically is there an effect of interest rates and exchange rates on stock returns with capital structure. This study employs mainly a quantitative approach to support in the data analysing. The research data is secondary data. The data collection is from documentation. The population of this study is food and beverage sub-sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014 - 2018 period with the sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, they are amount of 12 samples of the company. The data analysed is used analysis path. These results of this study were interest rates did not have effect on capital structure, the exchange rates did not have effect on capital structure. While, interest rates had a negative effect and significant on stock returns, the exchange rates had a negative effect and significant on stock returns, the capital structure had a positive effect and significant on stock returns. The results also got that interest rates did not have an indirect effect on stock returns with capital structure and exchange rates had a negative effect and significant on stock returns with capital structure.Keywords: interest rates, exchange rates, stock return, capital structure

Abstract

Competence is a basic characteristic consisting of skill, knowledge and other personal attributes that distinguish someone from performing and not performing and is used as a determining tool to predict the success of improving teacher performance at SMK Kartika V-1 Balikpapan. School principals are needed to bridge teachers in Vocational School Kartika V-1 Balikpapan who have direct and indirect links with foundations, education supervisors, structural schools and school committees. The performance of a teacher can be seen from the work results of quality and quantity achieved in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. HR Performance is the work performance (output) both carrying out their work duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. Communication of school principals with the structural ranks of schools, foundations, education supervisors, school committees and teachers themselves can improve teacher performance so as to create harmonious and pleasant working relationships in the school environment

Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance is the result of work that someone has achieved in carrying out work activities. High- performing employees are referred to as productive employees, whereas employees who do not reach the standards are said to be unproductive or low performing employees. The employee's ability to deliver the best results or performance for the company is strongly influenced by how he understands his job culture and strong ties with the company he works for. Employee engagement explains how much a person feels passionate and excited at working. Research conducted by CV Perjuangan Steel Surabaya find factors - factors that can affect employee performance, namely leadership, work environment, compensation and employee engagement which is the intervening variable in this study. The results obtained from this study is that the leadership variable does not affect the performance of employees in CV Perjuangan Steel, either directly or indirectly influence. Work environment and compensation variables have an influence on employee performance, either direct or indirect influence through employee engagement. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of a culture of caring and integrity on intrapreneurship attitudes in employees of PT. Pelindo III Surabaya and the sample used was 90 respondents from a population of 258 employees of PT. Pelindo III Surabaya. This research method uses quantitative methods and the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that intrapreneurship can be significantly influenced by a culture of caring and integrity. Caring culture partially influences intrapreneurship. Meanwhile, partial integrity also affects the attitude of intrapreneurship.

Abstract

The Indonesian naval education and training doctrine maintainance command (Kodiklatal) as one of the Indonesian navy education institution, has the task and responsibility to form the human resource as competence and respected soldiers. The education here are surely the poineers of one of certain factors in reaching the purpose and target. That is why the maintenece of educators must be always conducted continously to gain the professionalism of educators based on the motivation and task experience. Then the performance of Kodiklatal educators hopefully will be must better. The location of this study was conducted at the Indonesian naval education and training doctrine maintenance command (Kodiklatal) of Surabaya. Based on the result of study and hypothesis examination, it was found that the motivation variable on the performance variable trough the professionalism variable has significan result, whereas the task experience variable on the performance variable trough the professionalism variable can be stated as very significan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of the Bromo Exotica Festival in improving the performance of regional artists in the cultural sector program ProPharmaru District, the positive response of artists in the area and also the extent of the performance of regional artists in developing local cultural wisdom. This needs to be done by researchers to be able to analyze the description of the implementation of the bromo exotica festival and know the structure of cultural programs in the Probolinggo Disporaparbud, as well as to know the extent of positive responses from local artists and what are the efforts of artists in order to develop local cultural wisdom in each region. In this research there are 8 (eight) people as resources who will be expected to provide valid and accountable supporting data. The research was carried out in the tourism objects of the Sand Bromo Sea, the Probolinggo Disporaparbud office, and several areas where artists live. The results of this study indicate that there is an inseparable link between Disporaparbud's cultural programs and the performance of artists in their efforts to develop local cultural wisdom, especially in the Probolinggo district.Keywords: bromo exotic festival, performance of local artists

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service, patient satisfaction, obstacles faced byClinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo in realizing patient satisfaction. This research is a qualitative research toanalyze patient satisfaction in Clinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo. Primary data were obtained from in-depthinterviews of patients, doctors, nurses, administrators, and owners Clinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo. Basedon the results of the research can be known that first, the overall service quality is good enough thisassessment is based on the five indicators of service quality is only one indicator that gets poor penalaian,while the rest get good penilain, good enough, and very good. Second, patient satisfaction in receivinghealth services at Clinic Hj.Tarpiane also considered satisfactory. This conclusion is based on 3indicators of patient satisfaction. The three obstacles that are possessed by the Clinic are as follows: (1)The management is unable to fulfill the patient's wishes, (2) The services provided are not in accordancewith the competence specification (3) the human resources are still incomplete, (4) which does not matchthe patient's expectations. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran manajemen pendidikan Islam terpadu dalam membentuk siswa berakhlak mulia di SDIT Balikpapan Islamic School Balikpapan serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam terpadu di SDIT Balikpapan Islamic School Balikpapan terdiri dari beberapa point, yaitu: 1) Mendidik sesuai usia atau (base on fitrah) 2) mendidik sesuai dengan bakat dan potensi (multiple Intelligences) 3). Mendidik sesuai modalitas belajar (Visual, auditory dan Kinestetik) 4). Mendidik sesuai dengan konsep Fun Learning 5) Menyajikan pendidikan yang Integral (syamil/holistic). Faktor pendukung dalam membentuk siswa berkahlak mulia adalah : 1) Adanya Visi-misi sekolah islam terpadu; 2) Adanya kurikulum terpadu Dinas pendidikan dan kurikulum khas sekolah. 3) Proses Kegiatan Belajar mengajar yang baik; 4) Tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang memadai; 5) Metode dan Pendekatan Pendidikan (sekolah) Islam Terpadu 6) Budaya mutu sekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya, adalah 1) Sinergi orang tua dengan sekolah yang belum optimal. 2). Perkembangan Informasi dan tekhnologi yang kurang pengawasan dari orang tua. 3). Sistem full day school yang melelahkan 4). Sistem evaluasi dan kontrol dari dari guru dan manajemen yang kurang maksimal 5). Lingkungan rumah dan teman bermain yang kurang kondusif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan disiplin kerja guru pada SMK Nusantara Balikpapan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kualitatif, subjek peneltian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru-guru pada SMK Nusantara Balikpapan Propinsi Kalimantan Timur. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang mencakup tiga kegiatan yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru pada SMK Nusantara Balikpapan memiliki disiplin kerja yang baik dan terus meningkat, Dalam hal upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di lingkungan SMK Nusantara secara terstruktur dimana SMK Nusantara memiliki kemampuan pengelolaan Struktur Organisasi Sekolah SMK Nusantara Balikpapan dengan baik, memiliki tujuan diadakan peningkatan kedisiplinan guru kerja di SMK Nusantara Balikpapan, Memiliki dasar peningkatan kedisiplinan guru kerja di SMK Nusantara Balikpapan, Upaya Pelaksanaan peningkatan kedisiplinan kerja guru di SMK Nusantara Balikpapan, Mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi, Partisipasi Guru dalam membantu proses peningkatan kedisiplinan kerja guru di SMK Nusantara Balikpapan.
