Tujuan dari Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya adalah untuk mendorong penyebaran yang lebih luas hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah sistematis di bidang manajemen dan bisnis. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya dimaksudkan untuk menjadi jurnal penerbitan artikel hasil penelitian manajemen baik artikel penelitian maupun artikel konseptual (non penelitian). Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya mengundang artikel-artikel hasil penelitian di bidang : Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Strategis, Manajemen Pendidikan, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Kesehatan, e-Business Manajemen Kewirausahaan. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya menerima artikel-artikel yang sesuai dengan subjek penelitian manajemen dan metodologi penelitian yang sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan untuk dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ini. Yang utama, namun tidak eksklusif, adalah akademisi, mahasiswa program pascasarjana, praktisi dan pihak-pihak lain yang tertarik dengan penelitian manajemen. Kriteria utama untuk publikasi di Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra adalah pentingnya kontribusi sebuah artikel terhadap kekayaan literatur di bidang manajemen, ketelitian analisis dan penyajian artikel. Keputusan penerimaan artikel didasarkan pada proses review yang independen dengan evaluasi konstruktif dan cepat terhadap artikel yang diajukan oleh peneliti atau author. Frekuensi Publikasi Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya terbit dengan setiap tahun satu volume yang terdiri dari tiga kali terbitan, yakni setiap April, Agustus, dan Desember. Setiap terbitan mempublikasikan 7 artikel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social responsibility, knowledge management, management of employee work systems, corporate governance on employee performance in the field of medical supplies and equipment at RSUD Dr. Soetomo. The sample selection technique in this study was a census, namely all employees were taken as a sample of 45 employees. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of the study show that social responsibility has a significant effect on governance, knowledge management has a significant effect on governance, management of employee work systems has a significant effect on governance in the Medical Supplies and Equipment Sector of RSUD Dr. Soetomo. Employee social responsibility has a significant effect on employee performance, employee knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance, employee knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance in the Medical Supplies and Equipment Division of RSUD Dr. Soetomo. Employee governance has a significant effect on employee performance in the Medical Supplies and Equipment Division of RSUD Dr. Soetomo.

Abstract

The hospital is an integral part of the overall healthcare system serving patients with different types of services that had the task of implementing the health effort in succeeded to by giving priority to curative and rehabilitative efforts undertaken in harmony and integrated with promotif and preventive efforts. The method of the research is an explanatory research, and the approach used is quantitative. The scope of human resource management is about the influence of training control system on behavior and its impact on employees performance. The sample in this study is 100 employees Darmo Hospital Surabaya. Based on the description of the respondents against the research questionnaire, that there are 35,66 % of Darmo Hospital Surabaya employee performance is still bellow standard. The training and system control influence the behavior of employees, the employees behavoir have an effect on e is significantly to employees performance, the training and system control have on significant effect to the employees performance. The training and system control are through employee behavoir have an significantly effect to employees performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return on Assets through Capital Adequacy Ratio in banking listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. The criteria for sampling in this study are banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which publish bank annual financial reports for 2014-2018 as many as 80. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square with the WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results showed thatNon Performing Loan has a negative and significant effect on the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio has a negative and significant effect on the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan has a negative and significant effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, Non Performing Loan has no effect on Return on Assets through the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on the Return on Assets through the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio.Keywords: non performing loan, loan to deposit ratio, capital adequacy ratio, return on asset.

Abstract

This study is rto determine the effect of the work environment and work commitments on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 4 Probolinggo. The respondents of this study were 35 public junior high school teachers in Probolinggo City. Using saturated sampling techniques because the number of respondents under 100. Analysis of the data used in this study are: multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) aims to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment and work commitment on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 4 Probolinggo. This type of research is explanatory research with a research approach using a quantitative approach supplemented by descriptive methods. The results showed that the work environment and work commitment had a positive and significant influence on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 4 Probolinggo. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the service management process, the factors that support and inhibit service management, and the management strategy of HIV/AIDS prevention services in the screening effort conducted by Temayang Health Center of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a qualitative research to analyze the quality of HIV/AIDS prevention services conducted by Puskesmas Temayang Bojonegoro District. Primary data were obtained from interviews with doctors, laboratory officers, village midwives, village nurses, and DHO officers. The result of the research stated that first, the form of management functions that have been done by Puskesmas Temayang in tackling HIV/AIDS disease as a screening effort are: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Control (supervision). Secondly, the factors that support and obstruct the program are: Internal factors include, lack of extension media, insufficient funding resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure; External factors, including misunderstanding among the public about screening HIV / AIDS, reluctant people are present in extension activities and health checks related to HIV / AIDS, the provision of a limited examination room. Third, management strategy is done by doing cross-sectoral cooperation which involves three main element that is element of Government, Community element, and element of youth. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the motivation, commitment and leadership style on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Al Kautsar teachers partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all teachers with a total of 31 respondents, and was a census sampling study. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously the variables of motivation, commitment and leadership style had a significant influence on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Al Kautsar Pandaan teachers. In an effort to improve the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Al Kautsar teachers, it is by increasing motivation, commitment and leadership style, as well as evaluating performance results and providing awards for teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengatasi masalah pemahaman akutansi terapan yang berkembang dan memberikan opsi dalam penyelesaian sejumlah permasalahan yang terkait penyelesaian masalah-masalah ekonomi pada umumnya. Dalam dunia manajemen kata proyek sudah tidak asing lagi di masyarakat. Proyek merupakan usaha sementara yang memiliki sasaran khusus dengan waktu pelaksanaan yang jelas. Dalam bidang ekonomi, proyek Capstone ini juga biasa di buat sebagai nama kursus keuangan terapan di America dan negara maju lainnya. Kurikulum bisnis yang diterapkan pada universitas-universitas ternama pada saat ini termasuk kursus pembelajaran Capstone yang mengintegrasikan topik atau materi dari semua area bisnis. Dengan adanya manfaat yang besar dari Capstone tersebut, akhirnya di jadikan sebagai nama kursus. Kursus baru pada penjuru ini dirancang untuk mengajarkan keterampilan berpikir dan analisis strategis, daripada sekadar fakta atau konsep. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang mengkaji di bidang studi literatur. Laporan penghasilan memiliki susunan yang Informasinya dapat digunakan untuk mengajarkan konsep bisnis dari setiap disiplin bisnis - akuntansi, ekonomi,keuangan, manajemen sumber daya manusia, bisnis internasional, atau pemasaran. Melalui penghasilan terperinci laporan menghadapkan mahasiswa pada dunia nyata, mengajari mereka cara membaca di antara garis, dan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka pada proses berpikir kritis dan strategis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Marketing and Marketing Experiences on consumer loyalty through Toyota customer satisfaction in West Surabaya. This research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The results of observations on 96 respondents were analyzed using path analys, and it can be concluded that Service Marketing and Experiential Marketing directly influence the Customer Loyalty of Toyota customers in West Surabaya. The other results show that Service Marketing and Experiential Marketing through Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on the customer loyalty of Toyota customers in West Surabaya.Keywords: service marketing, experiental marketing, customer loyality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of teachers in Cluster 06 of Bojonegoro Subdistrict in trainingand motivational teachers. The addition was to find out the training and teacher motivation thatinfluenced the teacher's ability in Cluster 06 of Bojonegoro District. The population in this study wereall teachers of Clusters 06 of Bojonegoro District as many as 35 people. This study uses a quantitativeapproach with an explanatory research type. The number of samples in this study proved to be 35teachers. In this study, researchers used hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing is done to determine therelationship and influence between variables and dependencies in the hypothesis. The steps taken are bydetermining the influence of the research variables and the price of the hypothesis formulated. The resultsof data analysis showed that the ability of the Cluster 06 District of Bojonegoro teachers in training andmotivational teachers was in good category. What influences the teacher in the education and trainingand teachers in Cluster 06, Bojonegoro District consists of the level of formal education, technicaltraining that has been followed, the ability to master and understand technical tasks.Keywords: education and training, teacher motivation, teacher ability

Abstract

This study aims to describe, knowing the simultaneous and partial effect of compensation, work motivation, work performance and teacher job satisfaction on SDN in Cluster 3 Balikpapan City through work performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers of SDN in Cluster 3 Balikpapan City. The sample of this study amounted to 55 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Data collection methods use questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study showed that compensation had a significant effect on the work performance of teachers at SDN in Cluster 3 Balikpapan City. Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher work performance. Compensation has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Work performance has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Compensation has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at SDN in Balikpapan City 3 through work performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at SDN in Cluster 3 Balikpapan City through work performance.
