Tujuan dari Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya adalah untuk mendorong penyebaran yang lebih luas hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah sistematis di bidang manajemen dan bisnis. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya dimaksudkan untuk menjadi jurnal penerbitan artikel hasil penelitian manajemen baik artikel penelitian maupun artikel konseptual (non penelitian). Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya mengundang artikel-artikel hasil penelitian di bidang : Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Strategis, Manajemen Pendidikan, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Kesehatan, e-Business Manajemen Kewirausahaan. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya menerima artikel-artikel yang sesuai dengan subjek penelitian manajemen dan metodologi penelitian yang sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan untuk dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ini. Yang utama, namun tidak eksklusif, adalah akademisi, mahasiswa program pascasarjana, praktisi dan pihak-pihak lain yang tertarik dengan penelitian manajemen. Kriteria utama untuk publikasi di Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra adalah pentingnya kontribusi sebuah artikel terhadap kekayaan literatur di bidang manajemen, ketelitian analisis dan penyajian artikel. Keputusan penerimaan artikel didasarkan pada proses review yang independen dengan evaluasi konstruktif dan cepat terhadap artikel yang diajukan oleh peneliti atau author. Frekuensi Publikasi Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya terbit dengan setiap tahun satu volume yang terdiri dari tiga kali terbitan, yakni setiap April, Agustus, dan Desember. Setiap terbitan mempublikasikan 7 artikel.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of empowerment, self-efficacy and organizational culture on the teaching performance of teachers at SMK Negeri I Balikpapan, East Kalimantan Province, both separately and simultaneously. The research population was all teachers of SMK Negeri I Balikpapan, totaling 127 teachers and a sample of 82 people through purposive sampling technique. The research design is classified as ex-post-facto, with descriptive causal correlational research explanatory methods. Collecting data using a questionnaire instrument and study documentation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of empowerment, self-efficacy, and organizational culture on the teaching performance of teachers at SMK Negeri I Balikpapan, East Kalimantan Province with the results of the study: Teacher Empowerment, Self-Efficacy, and Organizational Culture at SMKN I Balikpapan, East Kalimantan in good category , there is a simultaneous influence between teacher empowerment, self-efficacy, and organizational culture on teacher performance at SMK Negeri I Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, and there is a partial influence between teacher empowerment, selfefficacy, and organizational culture on teacher performance at SMK Negeri I Balikpapan Kalimantan East.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the company's strategy to improve the welfare of workers using a system of premiums in the wage of day-scale workers of UMKM on Printing Business in West Surabaya. By describing how premium wages can improve the welfare of daily laborers in the printing business of West Surabaya, especially the areas of Petemon, Manukan and Sambikerep. The researcher focuses on printing business of UMKM scale, where their business capital is small and has a small number of workers. The type of research used is descriptive by using qualitative approach. The data sources used consist of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews. Data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique. The result of the research shows that printing company strategy of UMKM scale in West Surabaya especially in Petemon, Manukan and Sambikerep area in improving the welfare of daily worker using premium system besides daily wage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe, find out, and analyze the principal's leadership style and work motivation, on teacher performance and the work environment in Cluster 3 Menganti Gresik. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 47 respondents. Data analysis using PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results showed that the work environment, teacher performance, and leadership style of the principal were in very good criteria. Work motivation is in good criteria, the principal's leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, school leadership style has significant effect on teacher performance, work motivation has no effect on teacher performance, the work environment significant to teacher performance, the principal's leadership style has significant effect on teacher performance through the work environment, and work motivation has a negative and not significant effect on teacher performance through the work environment in Cluster 3 Menganti Gresik.Keywords: principal leadership style, work motivation, work environment, teacher performance

Abstract

Schools as educational institutions need principals who are able to lead and manage schools professionally. The purpose of this research is to describe the principal's leadership style, principal's supervision ability and teacher performance of Probolinggo High School 2 2019 and to know the significant influence of the principal's leadership style, principal's supervision ability, partially or simultaneously on teacher performance. The population in this study were all teachers of Probolinggo 2 Public High Schools, totaling 44 people. Sampling using census sampling method. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the chief leadership style the mean school of 3,950, the principal supervision ability of the mean 3,740 and the teacher's performance with a mean of 3,580 are already in very good condition (interval). Principal leadership style, principal supervision ability, partially or simultaneously significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to study participation and benefits partially on employee performance and for simultaneous performance benefits for employee performance at the Al-Asy'ariyyah Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School Education Foundation. This research includes the type of explanatory research, with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Al-asy'ariyyah Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School Education Foundation, originating from 31 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, namely the entire population into a sample. The results showed that the significant variables were not significant on employee performance and significant benefits variables on employee performance. The results of the F test show that the income and allowance variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of multiple linear regression test show that the regression regression coefficient has the greatest regression coefficient, so the variable allowance is the most dominant variable to improve employee performance compared to other variables. Abstract

This study was to determine the professionalism of teachers and work culture and teacher performance at SMP IT Al Azhar Boarding School. It also aims to find out the school's efforts in improving the professionalism of SMP IT Al Azhar Boarding School teachers and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the professionalism of SMP IT Al Azhar Boarding School teachers. In this study there were 29 people as informants consisting of the Principal, Deputy Principal and all teachers of SMP IT Al Azhar Boarding School. This research was conducted at SMP IT AL Azhar Pondok Pesantren Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The results of this study indicate that there are several supporting and inhibiting factors in efforts to increase teacher professionalism at SMP IT AL Azhar Balikpapan, all of which are part of the process towards an advanced school.

Abstract

The potential of the domestic shipyards market in serving the shipbuilding industry and also to contribute or supply marine transportation is very large market opened, it can be seen by high sea transport demand for domestic/local sea transportation and international as well. Competition between shipyards on shipbuilding industry is also tight increasingly, so it becomes a new challenge and demands for each shipyard to be able to keep loyal customers or seize the new market accordingly. Therefore, strategic steps are quite needed by each shipyard to survive and compete in the shipping business industry. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of variables to the customers loyalty of PT PAL Indonesia. This research uses explanatory research, quantitative approach with path analysis by using SPSS tool software. Population in this research is entire customer PT PAL Indonesia Persero Surabaya with total 60 companies/agencies. Results of analysis and hypothesis proved that direct or indirect was giving positive results which means it found significant influence accordingly.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the accounts receivable turnover, cash turnover and liquidity of the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative. Then to identify and analyze the effect of simultaneous accounts receivable turnover and cash turnover on Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative liquidity, to know and analyze the effects of partial accounts receivable and cash turnover to the liquidity of the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative and to declare receivable turnover has a dominant influence on the liquidity of the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative. The type of research used is an explanatory type of research. Explanatory research is a study aimed at testing a theory or hypothesis to strengthen or even reject the theory or hypothesis of the results of existing research.The results of this study is simultaneously accounts receivable turnover and cash turnover do not significantly affect the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative liquidity; and partially accounts receivable turnover and cash turnover do not significantly affect the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative liquidity, and the third influential receivable turnover dominant to the liquidity of the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative.Keywords: accounts receivable turnover, cash turnover, liquidity

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Surabaya Lantamal V Fasharkan Weapons Workshop which has a strategic function in an effort to support the maintenance and repair of weapons in the Navy. The type of research used is a descriptive approach and this research approach is a qualitative approach. The location of the study was Surabaya's Lantamal V Fasharkan Weapon Workshop. Data analysis techniques are qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Internal factors in the application of Samapta rumeksa's work culture include the limited number of personnel and the number of experts, limited spare parts. External factors include limited SOPs and manuals, limited list of personnel, limited facilities and infrastructure, limited personnel training, limited budgets, limited repairs. Then as an internal supporting factor which includes the level of formal education of members and members of the Weapons Workshop, the souls of officers, service experience, motivation of superiors, skills and training, as well as good cooperation and the availability of modern equipment. External supporting factors are site preparation, provision of facilities and infrastructure, provision of SOP and manual books. Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out and analyzes the influences of Cash Position, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets to Dividend Payout Ratio at manufactured industry period 2012 -2016. The data used in this research is from the yearly financial report in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample use is 7 industry of 149 listed manufactured industy at 2012 ÔÇô 2016. The analysis of method used in this research is the multiple linear regressions method, the hypothesize test used the stastistical of F-test and the stastistical of t-test. The results data analysis showed that all the independent variable, which Cash Position, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets simultaneously have an influence on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). At the determinant coefficient (R2) it shows that research independent variables able to explain 19,3% to Dividend Payout Ratio while the remaining of 80,7% explained by independent variables that were un-research. While partially (t-test), only the Return on Assets (ROA) which have an influence on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).
