Tujuan dari Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya adalah untuk mendorong penyebaran yang lebih luas hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah sistematis di bidang manajemen dan bisnis. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya dimaksudkan untuk menjadi jurnal penerbitan artikel hasil penelitian manajemen baik artikel penelitian maupun artikel konseptual (non penelitian). Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya mengundang artikel-artikel hasil penelitian di bidang : Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Strategis, Manajemen Pendidikan, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Kesehatan, e-Business Manajemen Kewirausahaan. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya menerima artikel-artikel yang sesuai dengan subjek penelitian manajemen dan metodologi penelitian yang sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan untuk dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ini. Yang utama, namun tidak eksklusif, adalah akademisi, mahasiswa program pascasarjana, praktisi dan pihak-pihak lain yang tertarik dengan penelitian manajemen. Kriteria utama untuk publikasi di Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra adalah pentingnya kontribusi sebuah artikel terhadap kekayaan literatur di bidang manajemen, ketelitian analisis dan penyajian artikel. Keputusan penerimaan artikel didasarkan pada proses review yang independen dengan evaluasi konstruktif dan cepat terhadap artikel yang diajukan oleh peneliti atau author. Frekuensi Publikasi Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya terbit dengan setiap tahun satu volume yang terdiri dari tiga kali terbitan, yakni setiap April, Agustus, dan Desember. Setiap terbitan mempublikasikan 7 artikel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of work climate variables on employee performance, the effect of employee commitment to employee performance; the influence of the work climate on employee job satisfaction; influence of employee commitment to employee job satisfaction, influence of work climate, employee commitment and job satisfaction on performance. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using instruments in the form of questionnaires, research data were analyzed using simple and multiple correlation techniques, as well as using regression equations, multiple linear, F test and t test. The variables in this study are the work climate and employee commitment including independent variables, job satisfaction as a mediator variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. This study uses data obtained from questionnaires by respondents. The data analysis method used is Analysis Path. The results showed that the work climate and employee commitment significantly influence job satisfaction; work climate, employee commitment and job satisfaction significantly and positively influence the performance of the employees of SMK Negeri 1 Sumberasih.Keywords: work climate, employee commitment, job satisfaction, employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on performance in the SMP Taman Dewasa in Probolinggo City. This research uses quantitative and takes a sample of 39 respondents, data collection methods using questionnaires and sampling techniques using census techniques. The analytical tool used was a questionnaire test consisting of a validity and reliability test, a classic assumption test, a multiple regression test, a determination test, a hypothesis test consisting of an F test, a t test and a dominant test. The results of the validity test show all valid question items above 0.316 and the results of the reliability test show the reliable results are above 0.60. Normality Test shows normally distributed data. Multicollinearity test shows the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y) there is no correlation between the independent variables or the regression model free from multicollinearity. Heteroscedasticity test showed there was no heteroscedasticity. Autocorrelation test showed no autocorrelation. The t test showed that the work discipline variable (X1) had a partial effect.

Abstract

ABSTRACT National education aims to develop the ability and build the character and civilization of the nation, which is dignified in order to educate the life of the nation. The performance of a teacher is said good if the teacher has done the elements of professionalism that include a high commitment to teaching tasks, mastering and developing learning materials, discipline in teaching and other tasks as well as the need to develop themselves by improving the spirit of entrepreneurship through the development of creativity in the implementation of teaching, cooperation and communication with all the school member, the leadership of teachers who become role models of students, good personality, honest, and objective in guiding students, and responsibility for the task. The teacher performance cannot be separated from learning outcomes, because the teacher's performance is crucial to the success of an effective and efficient learning process. The goal of education can be achieved and materialized from student learning outcomes that ultimately quality graduates. The variables of professionalism and entrepreneurship together significantly affect the performance of teachers, the two independent variables can be used to estimate or predict teacher performance variables. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously on employee performance, and to find out which leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a dominant influence on employee performance in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance at the Lenteng District Office, Sumenep Regency. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Lenteng District Office, Sumenep Regency.

Abstract

Human resource management in the regional apparatus organization (OPD) plays a role in managing human resources as the subject of policy and activity implementers. The success of an organization to achieve its best performance level is influenced by leadership style. High employee satisfaction supports the smooth working process. Organizational culture has a significant impact on long-term performance. Self efficacy improves job satisfaction and employee performance. The type of research is a statement using a questionnaire as a tool to retrieve data. Using exsplanatory research with sample of 93 employees through path analysis method. Based on the results of model analysis, the empirical casual relationship between leadership style, organizational culture, self efficacy and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Surabaya.

Abstract

This study is to determine how the conditions of organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction and performance of soldiers in the Submarine Unit of Koarmada II Surabaya. Furthermore, to see and analyze both partially and simultaneously performance, work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational culture, work motivation on performance at the Koarmada II Submarine Unit Surabaya. This type of research is an explanatory study with a sample of 82 soldiers in the Koarmada II Submarine Unit in Surabaya. The results showed that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational culture and work motivation on achievement amounted to 0.648 or 64.8%, while the remaining 0.352 or 35.8% other variables were not included in this study. The direct effect of the variable job satisfaction on employees is obtained by the Beta Standard Coefficient value of 0.279 and the significance value is 0.014. The satisfaction level of the job satisfaction variable on the soldier's performance is 0.2792 = 0.078 or 7.8%. Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction at the Koarmada II Surabaya Submarine Unit.Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational culture, work motivation, soldier performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the significant influence on the finance of food andbeverage companies; to prove and analyze the significant influence on food and beverage companydividend policies; to prove and analyze the significant effect of dividends on the financial performanceof food and beverage companies. This type of research is causal. The population and sample in this studywere Food and beverage companies that produced 14 Indonesian Stock Exchanges in the 2012-2016period. Abstract

ABSTRACT Medium Customs and Excise Office Type A Pasuruan as a vertical institution within the Directorate General of Customs and Excise has problems related to organizational commitment which is suspected due to job discontent from employees related to performance appraisal and lack of employee motivation . This study aims to describe organizational commitment, job satisfaction, performance appraisal and employee motivation, to know and analyze the effect of performance appraisal and motivation on organizational commitment either directly or through job satisfaction, and to know whose influence is dominant over organizational commitment. This is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Sampling using the technique of Proporsionate Stratified Random Sampling, consisting of echelon IV officials, echelon V officials and stafs with a total sample of 87 people. Hypothesis test using path analysis with trimming, and Sobel test to test the significance of indirect effect. The results of this study indicate that performance appraisal and motivation influence to job satisfaction, motivation and job satisfaction influence to organizational commitment, performance appraisal and motivation indirectly influence organizational commitment through job satisfaction, while performance appraisal does not directly influence to organizational commitment. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out, describe and analyze the relationship of democratic leadership style, motivation and compensation to the work effectiveness of employees of PT. Pandaan Migas, East Java. This research is an explanatory research research. This research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Oil and Gas Pandaan totaling 53 people were also used as research samples. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously the variables of democratic leadership style, motivation and compensation had a significant influence on the work effectiveness of the employees of PT. Pandaan Migas in Pandaan.

Abstract

Pasar Modal Indonesia meruapakan pasar modal yang sangat berkembang beberapa tahun belakangan ini. Dengan semakin berkembangnya dunia investasi dan keuangan yang terjadi di negara lain, baik itu indeks sahamnya maupun indikator ekonominya akan berdampak ke perekonomian Indonesia, dan perekonomian suatu negara akan memengaruhi dampak terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat negara tersebut yang dapat dilihat melalui Indeks Pembangunan Manusianya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Model Struktural Pengaruh Kurs Rupiah, Inflasi, Suku Bunga SBI, Indeks Nikkei 225, dan Indeks Dow Jones terhadap IHSG, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat pada tahun 2006-2015. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kurs Rupiah, Inflasi, Suku Bunga SBI, dan Indeks Dow Jones berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat, sedangkan Indeks Nikkei 225 tidak mempunyai pengaruh. Namun jika variabel variabel tersebut juga dipengaruhi oleh IHSG dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, hanya variabel Indeks Nikkei 225 dan Indeks Dow Jones saja yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan untuk meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat, maka Kurs Rupiah terhadap Dollar Amerika, Inflasi, dan suku Bunga SBI harus dikendalikan oleh pemerintah sehingga penanaman modal para investor di Indonesia meningkat, produk ekspor perlu ditingkatkan untuk menekan produk impor karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap meningkatnya IHSG dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi yang secara langsung berdampak pada Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Indonesia. Kata kunci: kurs Rupiah, inflasi, suku bunga SBI, indeks Nikkei 225, indeks Dow Jones, IHSG, pertumbuhan ekonomi, kesejahteraan masyarakat.
