Tujuan dari Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya adalah untuk mendorong penyebaran yang lebih luas hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah sistematis di bidang manajemen dan bisnis. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya dimaksudkan untuk menjadi jurnal penerbitan artikel hasil penelitian manajemen baik artikel penelitian maupun artikel konseptual (non penelitian). Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya mengundang artikel-artikel hasil penelitian di bidang : Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Strategis, Manajemen Pendidikan, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Kesehatan, e-Business Manajemen Kewirausahaan. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya menerima artikel-artikel yang sesuai dengan subjek penelitian manajemen dan metodologi penelitian yang sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan untuk dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ini. Yang utama, namun tidak eksklusif, adalah akademisi, mahasiswa program pascasarjana, praktisi dan pihak-pihak lain yang tertarik dengan penelitian manajemen. Kriteria utama untuk publikasi di Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra adalah pentingnya kontribusi sebuah artikel terhadap kekayaan literatur di bidang manajemen, ketelitian analisis dan penyajian artikel. Keputusan penerimaan artikel didasarkan pada proses review yang independen dengan evaluasi konstruktif dan cepat terhadap artikel yang diajukan oleh peneliti atau author. Frekuensi Publikasi Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya terbit dengan setiap tahun satu volume yang terdiri dari tiga kali terbitan, yakni setiap April, Agustus, dan Desember. Setiap terbitan mempublikasikan 7 artikel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of infrastructure management and work discipline on employee performance at Jember Islamic University. In addition to analyzing also partially or simultaneously the influence of infrastructure management and work discipline on employee performance at the Islamic University of Jember. This research uses quantitative descriptive. The number of respondents was 124 respondents. RESEARCH RESULT. Work discipline is partial to employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of incentives, school culture and teacher performance at SDN 013 South Balikpapan and to know the incentives and school culture simultaneously and partially influence the performance of teachers in SDN 013 South Balikpapan and to know among the incentives and school culture that has a dominant effect on Performance of teachers at SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. This research uses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. The population in this research is all teachers of SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. The sample of this study amounted to 30 teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the incentive teachers SDN 013 South Balikpapan in good category, school culture SDN 013 Southern Balikpapan is also in good category. There is a simultaneous influence between school incentives and culture on teacher performance SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. There is partial influence between school incentive and culture on teacher performance SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. Keywords: incentives, school culture, teacher performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the effect of both partially and simultaneously the principal's leadership style, teacher commitment, and teacher motivation, which had a dominant effect on teacher performance. The population in this study were all SD, SMP, and SMK teachers in the PPAY AlAmal Foundation environment in Surabaya with totaling 67 people. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the principal's leadership style, teacher commitment, teacher motivation, partially or simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance. Of the three independent variables, the teacher commitment variable has a dominant influence on teacher performance. Keywords: leadership style, commitment, motivation, performance

Abstract

The study aims to describe personal selling and advertising partially and simultaneously have effect onpurchase policy insurance of Chubb Life Surabaya. The population in this research is costumers of LifeAgency Chubb Life Surabaya who bought the policy from July to December 2017 totaling 141 people.Sampling in this study using probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified randomsampling is determined by the formula slovin so that the number of samples is 104 people hereinaftercalled respondent. Data analysis techniques using multiple and partial correlation analysis throughSPSS program tools and descriptive analysis techniques. The result of the analysis shows that personalselling and advertising simultaneously have effect on purchase policy insurance of Chubb Life Surabaya.personal selling and advertising partially effect on purchase policy insurance of Chubb Life Surabaya.The value of R2 = 0.372 which means that 37.2% purchase decision of Chubb Life insurance policy cabeaffected by personal selling and advertising, while the remaining 62.8% is influenced by other variablesoutside of personal selling and advertising.Keywords: purchase decision, personal selling, advertising

Abstract

The purpose ofthis research is to investigate and analyze the effect of Work Motivation, Competence, and Compensation affecting/giving impact on employee performance in PT Angler Biochemlab Surabaya. To analyze the effect of the independent variables (Work Motivation, Competence, and Compensation) on the dependent variable (performance), we use multiple regression analysis to know the most influential variables. The population is 124 people, using simple random technique (Simple Random Sampling), then take 91 samples. The Sampling that is used is Krecjie table. The results of this study illustrate that all the variables affect the employee performance. The results of simultaneous research all independent variables have significant effect on the dependent variable. Partially every variable of work motivation, competence and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance. And of the three independent variables are the most dominant effect on employee performance is a variable work motivation. This research could become a refernce for all parties to enhance the officialsÔÇÖ performances. Thus, there is a need of attention towards the motivation works valid within the organization. Conversely, there is a need to continuously conduct the officialsÔÇÖ development throught the Competation and Compensation activities the officials.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the level of service expected by customers from PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah and Haji Surabaya and the reality of customer service from PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah and Hajj Surabaya. Samples in the study amounted to 100 people of PT Yamasa Tour & Umroh and Hajj Travel Surabaya. Data Analysis in this study uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and testing using the Importance Performance Analysist (IPA) method. The results of the study: 1) Through the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the value of CSI PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah & Haji Surabaya was 80.8%which indicates that the customer satisfaction index of PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah & Hajj Surabaya on Very Satisfied criteria, 2) The results of the Peformance Analysis Importance calculation indicate that the attribute the main priority agenda for performance improvement is the dimension of Empathy, that is, employees establish good relationships with the congregation and on the Responsiveness dimension, which provides quick and precise information. Abstract

This research aims to find out competence, and training of teacher performance with motivation as an intervening variable in the Nahdlatul Ulama Vocational School Modern Islamic Boarding School Foundation Al-Muttaqien. This research is a quantitative study, using multiple linear regression analysis. The number of research samples is the same as the research population of 30 teachers. This research was conducted from April 2020 - May 2020. The results of this study are the competency variables have a positive and significant influence on teacher motivation. With good competence in accordance with the workload, it can increase teacher motivation and get better. Competency variables, training variables, and motivation variables together have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The competency and training variables together have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The training variable has a positive but not significant effect on teacher motivation.

Abstract

PENDAHULUAN Organisasi di zaman yang sangat kompetitif saat ini dituntut untuk memberdayakan dan mengoptimalkan seluruh sumber daya yang dimiliki, termasuk sumberdaya manusia/pegawai di dalamnya. Mengelola pegawai dengan berbagai ragam sifat, sikap, dan kemampuan individu sangat diperlukan supaya mereka dapat bekerja menuju satu memanajemen semua sumber daya yang dimiliki untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Satu unsur dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah menciptakan kerjasama dalam tim, akan menjadi kunci keberhasilan organisasi yang nantinya dapat mewujudkan kinerja pegawai tercapai lebih maksimal. Kontribusi studi perilaku organisasi The purpose of research is to know the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of independent variables include leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance in the Department of Population and Civil Records in Pamekasan District. This research is a quantitative study conducted in the Department of Population and Civil Records in Pamekasan District with a sample of 30 employees, using saturated sample method. The results showed that the leadership style and OCB simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees. Leadership and OCB style partially have significant influence on employee performance. Among the two independent variables, the leadership style has a dominant influence. Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is a significant relationship between Service Performance and Profitability in the Tongas District Probolinggo Hospital in 2013 - 2017. The population used in this study is the Inpatient Census Report taken from indicators of Hospital Service Performance and Financial Statements of the Tongas District Hospital in Probolinggo in the form of Semester reports from 2013-2017.The results showed that there was no significant effect between the variables X, namely Service Performance where in this study using the BOR (Bed Occupancy Ratio) indicator, ALOS (Average Length of Stay), TOI (Turn Over Interval), BTO (Bed Turn Over) , GDR (Gross Death Rate) and NDR (Net Death Rate) for Y variables, namely ROA, NPM and ROE (Profitability). This is because the RSUD Tongas Probolinggo Regency is a regional public hospital not a private hospital where the number of patients treated and the number of patients treated the majority use health insurance cards, namely BPJS Kesehatan. The director must immediately take a policy to raise the type of hospital from type D to type C so that the claim rates for BPJS patients will rise and make changes to the applicable rates at the Hospital. By increasing the type of automatic hospital also to have an impact on the increase in income which will affect profitability.Keywords: BOR, ALOS, TOI, BTO, GDR and NDR and ROA, NPM and ROE.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach because the symptoms of information or information from the observations during the research process indicate that this research occurs naturally and without any manipulation of existing circumstances and conditions. The focus and dimensions of research in this study are to describe the career development of SMK TI Labbaika Samarinda teachers, how the descriptions of SMK TI Labbaika Samarinda teachers, how the planning and constraints faced in the career development of IT Labbaika Samarinda Vocational School teachers. The results of the research after conducting interviews, observation and in-depth analysis.From the interview data presented with the informants, it shows that the planning and implementation of career development has been done in accordance with the guidance and career development of SMK TI Labbaika teachers, which are in accordance with the requirements of career planning, namely planning. it must suit organizational, individual and managerial.
