Tujuan dari Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya adalah untuk mendorong penyebaran yang lebih luas hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah sistematis di bidang manajemen dan bisnis. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya dimaksudkan untuk menjadi jurnal penerbitan artikel hasil penelitian manajemen baik artikel penelitian maupun artikel konseptual (non penelitian). Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya mengundang artikel-artikel hasil penelitian di bidang : Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Strategis, Manajemen Pendidikan, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Kesehatan, e-Business Manajemen Kewirausahaan. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya menerima artikel-artikel yang sesuai dengan subjek penelitian manajemen dan metodologi penelitian yang sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan untuk dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ini. Yang utama, namun tidak eksklusif, adalah akademisi, mahasiswa program pascasarjana, praktisi dan pihak-pihak lain yang tertarik dengan penelitian manajemen. Kriteria utama untuk publikasi di Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra adalah pentingnya kontribusi sebuah artikel terhadap kekayaan literatur di bidang manajemen, ketelitian analisis dan penyajian artikel. Keputusan penerimaan artikel didasarkan pada proses review yang independen dengan evaluasi konstruktif dan cepat terhadap artikel yang diajukan oleh peneliti atau author. Frekuensi Publikasi Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya terbit dengan setiap tahun satu volume yang terdiri dari tiga kali terbitan, yakni setiap April, Agustus, dan Desember. Setiap terbitan mempublikasikan 7 artikel.

Abstract

PT. Bank Sinarmas Tbk Surabaya Branch is one of the subsidiaries of PT. Sinarmas Bank which operates in Surabaya city area has the number of employees 128 people. In the era of banking competition is quite tight, companies can not deny the performance of employees. It is possible situational leadership style and compensation have effect on employee job satisfaction through performance appraisal indicator. The purpose of this study is to know, describe and analyze the relationship of situational leadership style, compensation, employee performance and employee job satisfaction. This research is an exsplanatory. This research uses quantitative approach, with statistical method of path analysis. The result of the research shows that leadership style has significant effect on employee job satisfaction, compensation has significant effect to job satisfaction, performance has significant effect to job satisfaction, situational leadership style influences the employee performance, compensation has significant effect on performance, situational leadership style influences the job satisfaction, compensation through employee performance has a significant effect to job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of each variable, DER (debt to equity ratio), ROE (Return On Equity), EPS (Earning Per Share ), ROA (Return On Asset), PBV (Price to Book Value), and PER (Price Earning Ratio) to Share Price entered in LQ 45.Population in this research is all shares of company that entered in LQ 45 period 2014 - 2016 as many as 55 company. While the sample selection technique in this study using purposive sampling method so that obtained 36 research samples of the company. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis found that simultaneously DER, ROE, EPS, ROA, PBV and PER positive and significant to stock price, the result is known through Test F. While partially DER, EPS, ROA, and PBV have positive and significant influence to stock price while ROE have negative and significant effect to stock price but PER variable have positive but not significant stock price. Adjusted R square number of 0.989 indicates that 98.9% share price can be explained by the six independent variables used in the regression equation, while the remaining 1.1% is explained by other variables beyond the six variables used in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the contribution of compensation, morale and the environment to the performance of employees at the Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School Foundation. In addition to analyzing the independent variables (compensation, spirit of work and work environment) on the agreed variables (employee performance). The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling design, namely by using purposive sampling, from the participation of 102 permanent employees, the sample used was 76 employees with at least a bachelor's degree. The results showed partial compensation, spirit of work and work environment had a significant positive effect on employee performance, and stated compensation, spirit of work and work environment together had a significant influence on employee performance. Compensation decisions that greatly affect employees are benefits / bonuses or other incentives (if any) obtained in accordance with the applicable provisions. Based on the results of the study, morale and the environment have a positive significance for performance. As a test score t the work environment is greater than compensation and spirit of work, so the work environment is more dominant on performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational communication, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction through employee performance as intervening variable. The sample of this research is employees of PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia amounted to 150 respondents. Data analysis technique used is analysis with path analysis method with the help of software SPSS version 19. The result of research shows that there is influence between communication variable to employee performance. Leadership style variables have a significant effect on employee performance. organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. variable Organizational communication has no significant effect on job satisfaction. The leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and organizational culture has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic, education and work experience on the work productivity of YPP Sabilal Muhtadin Balikpapan teachers. This type of research is research with quantitative methods. The research sample was all teachers, totaling 42 respondents. The results showed that the teacher's work ethic had a significant effect on the work productivity of YPP YPP Sabilal Muhtadin Balikpapan teachers. Education has a significant effect on the work productivity of YPP YPP teachers Sabilal Muhtadin Balikpapan. Work experience has a significant effect on the work productivity of YPP YPP teacher Sabilal Muhtadin Balikpapan. Simultaneously work ethic, education and work experience have a significant effect on the work productivity of YPP Sabilal Muhtadin Balikpapan teachers.

Abstract

PENDAHULUAN Peranan sumberdaya manusia sangat penting pada organisasi, karena sumberdaya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor penggerak utama atas jalannya organisasi. Sumberdaya manusia merupakan input terpenting menjaga kelangsungan hidup suatu organisasi. Organisasi yang sudah memiliki kuantitas dan kualitas 2006). Menurut William PA. et al (2006), faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai antara lain : 1) ability (kemampuan yang dapat dikembangkan), 2) vapacity (kapasitas yang sudah tertentu), 3) help (bantuan untuk terwujudnya kinerja), 4) incentive (insentif material maupun nonmaterial), 5) environment (lingkungan tempat kerja), 6) validity (validitas), 7) evaluation The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the condition of employee ability, employee motivation, infrastructure and employee performance at Health Office Indargiri Hulu District. Furthermore, to analyze the effect of employee's capability, employee motivation and partial and/or simultaneous infrastructure to the performance of the employees at Health Office of Indargiri Hulu Regency. This research type is explanatory survey. The number of employees who made the sample of research as many as 95 people. The statistical technique to be used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows the variables ability, motivation, facilities and infrastructure and performance of health officer of Indargiri Hulu Regency Regency are all good enough category. Ability, motivation and facilities and infrastructure simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of health personnel of Indargiri Hulu Regency. Ability, motivation and facilities and infrastructure partially have a significant influence on the performance of health personnel of Indargiri Hulu Regency.

Abstract

This study is to determine and analyze the effect of both partially and simultaneously job satisfaction, competence, work discipline and have a significant and simultaneous effect on the work performance of the employees of the Sharia People's Financing Bank (PBRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. In addition, to analyze which variables among job satisfaction, competence, work discipline has a dominant effect on the work performance of the employees of the Sharia People's Financing Bank (PBRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. The approach in this research is quantitative by involving 150 employees as respondents. The results show that simultaneously, job satisfaction, competence and work discipline have a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Sharia People's Financing Bank (PBRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. Partially job satisfaction, competence and work discipline have a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep Islamic People's Financing Bank (PBRS). Competence has a dominant influence on the work performance of the employees of the Sharia People's Financing Bank (PBRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. Abstract

This study aims to analyze transformational leadership style, organizational culture on employee performance with work motivation which is moderated by PT Tirta Investama Pandaan. The population in this study were employees who worked in Manufacturing Area 2 of PT Tirta Ivestama Pandaan. The number of samples taken by 58 respondents with the sampling method was simple random sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with SPSS and hypothesis testing. The results showed that transformational leadership style was not significant to employee performance, organizational culture was not significant to employee performance, transformational leadership style had a significant effect on employee work motivation, organizational culture significantly influenced work motivation; Transformational leadership style and organizational culture increase motivation towards performance, transformational leadership style and organizational culture improve performance with work motivation as a moderating variable. Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of principal supervision on teacher performance and the effect of pedagogic competence on teacher performance. In addition, to determine the simultaneous effect of principal supervision and pedagogic competence on teacher performance. The population of this study was 80 teachers of SMKN 2 Balikpapan as a sample taken according to the number of teachers in SMKN 2 Balikpapan. The results showed (1) there was a positive and significant effect of principal's supervision on performance (2) there was a positive and significant influence of teacher pedagogical competence on teacher performance (3) there was a positive and significant influence of principal's supervision and teacher's pedagogic competence on teacher performance. This shows that all the variables of the principal's supervision and the teacher's pedagogic competence have a significant simultaneous effect on the teacher's performance at SMKN 2 Balikpapan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of promotion mix which is Advertising, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Public Relations, Direct Marketing on Regestration decision of English Centre of International Language Foundation (ILF) Lamongan. The population of the research was the parents of English Centre of International Language Foundation (ILF) Lamongan. The number of sample was 57 parents. The number of the questionnaire was 31 and used Likert scale. The research was conducted on February 2018 until Mey 2019. The research used multiple regression analysis and also used validity ÔÇô reliability in each statement. Hypothesis testing was performed using F test, t test, correlation coefficient of determintation and partial determination coefficient. The research used classicial assumption test, which consisted of multiconlinearity test, heteroskedasity test, normality test and liniearity test. The result was the Sales Promotion was having a significant effect to Regestration Decision. However, the Advertising, Personal Selling, Publilc and Direct Marketin had no significant effect to Buying Decision.
