Abstract

The The main parameters that determine the axial capacity of a reinforce concrete column include the dimensions of the column, the the quality of the concrete, the quality of steel reinforcement, the size of steel reinforcement, the amount of steel used. In practice, these parameters generally have a certain value so that for certain spans also the details of a reinforced concrete column can be estimated by taking parameters that exist in the field as constraints. The process of drawing and estimating detailed columns in a studio of architecture usually also refers to practical needs in the field. So by providing limits on span, concrete quality, and steel quality we can estimate the details of the column under review. The process of calculating beam dimensions is done by estimating the cross section height of the column (h) and the width of the column (b) according to the limitation of low-rise building. Calculation of dimensions of main tensile reinforcement is done by taking into account the distance of reinforcement in one line and the reinforcement ratio ductility.

Abstract

Since ancient times, small-scale fishing communities have always attracted attention to study because small-scale fisheries have an important role in human well-being and sustainable development. To ensure the sustainability of small-scale fisheries, the development will be more effective if it focuses on strengthening livelihoods. The purpose of this study was to conduct a literature review on small-scale fisheries development through a sustainable livelihood approach. This research method is literature study through descriptive analysis by regularly describing various data that has been obtained and then synthesized so as to produce clear and easy to understand understandings and concepts. The research found that the sustainable livelihoods approach should basically be understood as a tool or checklist for understanding poverty, how the government responds to the poor, and how the poor perceive their own poverty. The core concepts of the sustainable livelihoods approach are; people-centered, holistic, dynamic, building on strengths, macro-micro links, sustainability. This study also found that there are ten main ideas that represent a sustainable livelihood framework, namely; the context of vulnerability, livelihood assets, human capital, social capital, natural capital, physical capital, financial capital, the transformation of structures and processes, livelihood strategies, and livelihood outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian terapan yang berjudul “Penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Terhadap Citra Perusahaan di Kabupaten Bengkayang” bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika penerapan program CSR sejak berlakunya Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 47 tahun 2012 sampai bulan Desember 2020. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tahapan persiapan, pelaksanan survei, tabulasi dan analisis data serta analisis dan pelaporan hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini memiliki prinsip dasar riset melalui observasi dan studi pustaka berkaitan dengan penerapan CSR di perusahaan perkebunan. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh variabel Environment Support, Community Support dan Employee Support terhadap Citra Perusahaan sebesar 61,8% sedangkan sisanya yakni sebesar 38,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model yang diteliti. Secara Simultan dan Parsial semua variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Usaha peningkatan program CSR adalah jati diri perusahaan dan bentuk kepedulian kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the hardness value (hardening) and changes in microstructure as well as changes in the properties of the material at a temperature variation of 600℃ to 900℃. The method used in this study is an experimental method, where the material used is ST.90 steel, and Jominy testing. 5 samples were made at each temperature 22℃, 600℃, 700℃, 800℃, and 900℃ with the type of heat treatment in the hardening process. The test results for Vickers hardness decreased by an average of 33.99 HV or 31% and the carbon content decreased by an average of 0.19. or 48% of the normalizing process is not done. Based on the data above, it shows that the results of the Vickers hardness test and chemical composition with the hardening process of ST.90 steel, which are heated at 600℃, 700℃, 800℃, and 900℃ respectively, each temperature is reached and stopped with 60 minutes. In order for phase transformation to occur in all parts of the material, then the cooling process is carried out using the Jominy test, showing the mechanical strength, namely the Vickers hardness test decreases by 23% and the carbon content decreases at 37%.

Abstract

The trade and service area in a city is the lifeblood of a city's growth and also as a tourist attraction in a city if it is well organized in terms of facilities and infrastructure because it provides convenience in transactions as well as a means of recreation. One of the main means of the trade area is the pedestrian path in the area. Likewise with the pedestrian path in the corridor area of ​​Jalan Gadjah Mada which is the main trading area of ​​Pontianak city where the condition of the pedestrian path does not seem to provide maximum hospitality and comfort or pedestrian friendly for the community. This is evidenced by the lack of people to use the pedestrian path. This research approach uses descriptive research methods that aim to provide a systematic, factual, quantitative and qualitative description of the facts and characteristics of a particular population or area. Based on the above, the results to be achieved from this research are to be able to describe how the attitude of the community, especially users of the pedestrian path on Jalan Gadjah Mada towards the pedestrian friendly path, which will be written in the form of a scientific journal and complete the teaching materials for the City Design Concept Theory course. At the same time, it is hoped that it can provide input for local governments and consultants in planning and designing pedestrian pathways for road corridors in the future.

Abstract

Mencuci tangan dengan cara dan bahan yang tepat merupakan langkah awal memutus penyebaran penyakit. Bahan yang digunakan bisa dalam bentuk sabun cairyang berasal dari tanaman yang ada disekitar seperti lidah buaya dan daun kesum. Senyawa aktif lidah buaya seperti kelompok fenol memiliki kemampuan dalam penghambatan mikroba. Begitu juga dengan daun kesum yang memiliki senyawa golongan fenolik, alkaloid, flavonoid, terpenoid, dan minyak atsiri serta aroma khas yang dimilikinya, sehingga gabungan keduanya di duga dapat menghasilkan produk antiseptik seperti sabun cair yang memiliki keunggulan perlindungan permukaan kulit. Tujuan penelitian yang diusulkan terkait penyediaan sabun cair sebagai antiseptik dengan penyajian formulasi lidah buaya dan daun kesum adalah untuk mengetahui efektifats sabun yang dihasilkan terhadap kulit. Metoda Penelitian yang akan diterapkan dalam pencapaian tujuan yang direncanakan adalah dengan melakukan penelitian dilaboratorium menggunakan tiga tahapan utama yaitu:1) melakukan pembuatan sabun cair dengan formulasi lidah buaya 20,25 dan 30%: daun kesum 10,15 dan 20%.2) Melakukan analisa kimia terkait uji kadar air dan uji asam lemak, analisa fisik meliputi uji rendemen, stabilitas busa, uji iritasi dan pH.3)Menentukan perlakuan terbaik dari produk yang dihasilkan berdasarkan data analisa yang diperoleh.Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menyimpulkan bahwa sabun cair yang dihasilkan dengan berbagai formulasi tidak memberikan efek negative terhadap kulit.

Abstract

Penggunaan metode pemodelan structural Interpretatif atau dikenal Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) sebagai alat analisis mampu menghasilkan strategi prioritas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program CSR dalam perencanaan pembangunan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan: mengetahui keterkaitan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program CSR dan menentukan strategi prioritas program CSR. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, langkah-langkah metode penelitian adalah; 1). mengidentifikasi faktor keberhasilan yang menjadi variabel penelitian berdasarkan tinjauan literatur, 2) Mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner, 3) membuat tingkat partisi, dan 4) membuat strategi grup berdasarkan Digraph. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan: empat tingkat pengaruh pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program CSR meliputi: sumber daya (sangat lemah); struktur birokrasi, komunikasi, kepemilikan, mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan (lemah); ukuran dan disposisi perusahaan (kuat); Kinerja lingkungan (sangat kuat). Strategi yang harus diterapkan adalah menjaga sumber daya dan mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan di sektor independen, menggerakkan kinerja lingkungan di sektor dependen dan struktur birokrasi, komunikasi, kepemilikan, disposisi dan ukuran perusahaan di sektor terkait.

Abstract

The residential areas on the banks of the Kapuas River have a poor domestic sewage system. Domestic waste that pollutes the Kapuas River needs to be filtered before entering the river. Constructed wetland is a solution for filtering hydrological waste by using water plants. Hydrological analysis related to tides and levels of river water quality as well as analysis of endemic water vegetation are the basis for determining the concept of a constructed wetland model which ecologically functions to filter waste, and also socially functions as a public space. With a suitable constructed wetland design, it is hoped that it can improve the ecology of the residential area on the banks of the Kapuas River and can also become a public space destination for people in residential areas on the banks of the Kapuas. This research produces a visual prototype of constructed wetlands in the area, and this research is also expected to produce outputs in the form of research reports, national journal publications and Appropriate Technology, which can be adopted by the government or society.

Abstract

Abstract: Housing, buildings and factories often fire, this can be caused by electric short circuits, explosions of gas stoves. Extinguishing fires can use river water or sea water. This research is expected to get an overview of data about tensile strength, hardness and mechanical properties due to changes in heat temperature and cooling with river water and sea water on steel construction materials with various operational conditions. The materials used are plain reinforcing steel (BJTP), deformed steel and profiled steel (IWF-400) heated in the heating kitchen with variations of 600 , 700 , 800 and 900 , cooled by river and sea water, carried out Vickers tensile strength and hardness test. The results of the tensile test of BJTP increased by 461.55 N/mm2, the highest cooling of river water was 9000C=345.15N/mm2(53.70%), the lowest was 600 =31.13 N/mm2 (4.84 %). The highest deformation was 900℃=345.15 N⁄mm2 (53.70 %), the lowest was 600 =31.13N/mm2 (4.84 %). The highest IWF-400 was 900 =101.32 N/mm2 (18.93 %), the lowest was 600 =10.85 N/mm2(2.03%). Vickers BJTP hardness test is the highest for cooling river water 900 =35.06 HV (41.32%), the lowest is 600 =2.16 HV (2.55%). Deform 900 = 47.28 HV (53.63%), the lowest 600 =3.88 HV (4.40%). IWF-400 900 =15.52 HV (18.89 %), the lowest 600 =1.66 HV (2.02%). As the temperature increases by cooling seawater and river water, the tensile strength and hardness of the vickers also increase
