Journal of Engineering and Information Technology for Community Service (JEIT-CS) is a journal published by the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science at the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. The JEIT-CS Journal accommodates the publication of the results of Community Service activities carried out by Lecturers as a manifestation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. JEIT-CS Journal is an electronic journal that is professionally managed using the Open Journal System, published 4 times a year, in July, October, January, and April. Abstract

A teacher is a professional educator who educates, teaches a knowledge, guides, trains, provides assessments, and evaluates students. Teachers not only teach formal education, but also other education and can be an exemplary figure by their students. Teacher competencies as referred to in the law include pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence obtained through professional education. Google Sheets is a web-based software developed by Google, for creating tables, simple calculations, or data processing. Google spreadsheets have a shape and appearance that is not much different from Microsoft Excel. The conclusion that can be drawn from the implementation of the PKM of the Assisted Schools is that training activities in the form of using Google Sheets for financial statement management for teachers majoring in Accounting on April 14, 2022 were carried out well and the result was that teachers became more understanding of making financial reports using Google spreadsheets, so as to be able to provide knowledge and improve their ability to make financial reports.

Abstract

PTPN VII Unit Tulung Buyut is one of the businesses engaged in rubber plantations. Income tax data processing is currently using Microsoft Excel and making reports is still simple by utilizing the forms that have been made previously. so that existing problems will result in inaccurate income tax data reports so that it can result in disputes for each income tax data report. The purpose of making this application is to obtain a more advanced application program by utilizing programming languages in its development. Data collection methods used are interviews, observations, documentation and literature review. The approach used is object-oriented and uses the Extreme Programming method as a system development process. System development tools are in the form of Document Flowcharts (BAD), and Unified Modeling Language (UML), namely use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams that can help to design a pPph 21 taxation system. The software on this system uses the Java programming language to speed up the process of paying employee income taxes and the MySQL database is used to store employee report data and income tax payments

Abstract

Dokumen pengelolaan perpustakaan dalam bentuk kertas menyebabkan tingginya resiko kehilangan data seperti rusaknya data. Selain itu juga membutuhkan ruang penyimpanan yang aman sehingga dokumen dapat diakses dengan mudah. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu perangkat lunak yang dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan data perpustakaan. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah membantu SMAN 1 Gadingrejo Kabupaten Pringsewu dalam mengatasi masalah dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah aplikasi SLiMS. Aplikasi SLiMS diketahui banyak digunakan diberbagai perpustakaan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pegawai perpustakaan dalam penggunaan aplikasi SLiMS

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung is an educational institution located on Jl. Morotai Island Jl. Morotai Island No. 33, Jagabaya III, Sukarame, Bandar Lampung City, Lampung 35122, Indonesia. SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung has expertise programs, namely Dressing, Catering, Information and Communication Technology, Animation and Business and Management. As for the SPP payment system at SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung it is still done manually, where the Administrative Officer still uses a book to record SPP payment data. This causes SPP data storage is still in the form of archives, where data storage media like this are easy to damage or lose, and archives that accumulate make the performance of school staff not good. From this problem, the idea emerged to create a desktop-based application and an sms gateway, in which it can manage payment transaction data and provide information to parents related to tuition transactions. The methodology used in making this application is the Waterfall method. The programming language used is Java Neatbeans, the database uses MySQL and Gammu as a tool to connect the SMS Gateway. Supported by the existence of a computer at the institution. With the application of the desktop-based tuition payment information system and SMS Gateway, it is hoped that it will make it easier to manage transactions and provide information to parents

Abstract

Mitra program PKM skema sekolah binaan ini adalah SMK Minhadlul Ulum yang termasuk dalam Kecamatan Tegineneng, Kabupaten Pesawaran. Informasi profil sekolah di SMK Minhadlul Ulum Tegineneng, Kabupaten Pesawaran masih menggunakan profil biasa yang tidak ada versi websitenya. Masyarakat harus mengunjungi sekolah itu sendiri untuk mengetahui informasi pendaftaran, prestasi siswa dan berita terbaru, dimana hal tersebut mengakibatkan kerumunan yang memenuhi kantor SMK. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi profil berbasis web untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mencari dan menemukan informasi terbaru sekolah. Selain itu, dilakukan juga pendampingan penggunaan sistem kepada staf tata usaha SMK dengan kegiatan pelatihan yang mencakup pemaparan dan praktik fungsionalitas sistem. Sistem yang dikembangkan menyediakan informasi pendaftaran, prestasi siswa dan berita SMK terbaru agar dapat dikonsumsi oleh publik tidak hanya warga sekitar sekolah, namun bisa diakses oleh siapapun sehingga dapat menambah citra baik sekolah. Sebagai hasil akhir pengabdian ini, pihak SMK Minhadlul Ulum Tegineneng mengucapkan terimakasih serta merasa sangat terbantu dengan adanya penerapan sistem informasi profil, sehingga memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi secara cepat dan akurat

Abstract

The process of registering goods is very important because we need to know when goods enter and leave, and when checking, we need to know the existing stock. The current system running at Jabat stores has many shortcomings and weaknesses, including the recording of receipts and problems at Jabat stores is not yet fully electronic, so inventory management is slow and often incomplete. Common errors such as number typos or missing data. Reports that are still manual greatly affect the company's performance and have not been able to meet all company needs. The application is expected to help and facilitate the work of the Administration in managing the list of goods reports, incoming goods reports, outgoing goods reports, and inventory reports as well as minimizing errors in processing these reports

Abstract

The teaching and learning process is very important in the teaching and learning process. Learning objectives or instructional objectives are learning outcome behaviors that are expected to occur, be owned, or be mastered by students after participating in certain learning activities. Previously, teachers found it difficult to develop learning video editing. This is due to the limitations of human resources who understand the use of information technology devices, especially video editing. From the results of the questionnaire distributed, 92.5% of respondents said they were satisfied with the video editing training that had been made. Thus, the learning video editing training that has been made by the teachers can be declared feasible and can be used as learning material.

Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) are the country's largest foreign exchange earner. Often dubbed as foreign exchange heroes, it does not make them free from problems while working abroad. Often PMIs are victims of violence and other crimes, especially illegal PMIs. PMI's lack of understanding of the law is one of the factors causing the high number of legal cases experienced by PMI. The form of protection for Indonesian citizens who are abroad should be socialized to PMI Candidates. Kenshusei are basically apprentices stationed in Japan, one of the fields that sends kenshusei a lot is fisheries. For this reason, this activity aims to provide insight to PMIs regarding the rights and obligations as well as protection related to the Rogatory System. The Rogatory System is run by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Supreme Court. The target of this service is PMI/PMI candidates to be able to understand the Rogatory System as a means of protection for PMIs working abroad. The methods used in this service are counseling and focus group discussions (FGD).

Abstract

PTPN VIIĀ  membutuhkan sebuah sistem di departemen IT yang dapat memonitor informasi barang dengan baik. Monitoring dilakukan oleh staf untuk mengontrol semua data, baikĀ  data inventaris di PTPN VII Kedaton Bandar Lampung maupun area lainnya. Sistem informasi monitoring data inventori di PTPN VII Kedaton membutuhkan tampilan visual yang baik, agar data yang telah diolah dapat mudah dimengerti oleh Manajer dan Staff . Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi monitoring data inventori ini menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan secara akurat. Dengan adanya perancangan sistem monitoring inventoris barang ini, proses pencatatan inventaris lebih cepat dan efisien dibandingkan dengan pencatatan inventarisasi barang secara manual

Abstract

SMK Minhadlul Ulum merupakan salah satu SMK swasta yang berada di kecamatan Tegineneng Kabupaten Pesawaran. SMK Minhadulu Ulum memiliki 3 jurusan yaitu Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga, Teknik Komputer Jaringan dan Teknik Bisnis Sepeda Motor. Hingga saat pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), pertemuan tatap muka untuk pembelajaran telah dapat dilaksanakan, namun masih dilakukan secara terbatas. Kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan secara offline secara bergantian dimana tidak semua siswa hadir ke sekolah. Hal tersebut tentunya dapat menghambat proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Hadirnya teknologi internet dan elearning sangat memungkinkan untuk dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Berdasarkan kunjungan yang telah dilakukan ke SMK Minhadlul Ulum bahwasannya SMK telah memanfaatkan google classroom dan aplikasi chatting whatsapp untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan menggunakan teknologi WA dinilai memiliki kelemahan karena informasi yang dishare bercampur dengan pesan lainnya sehingga mempersulit pencarian materi yang disampaikan. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk melakukan implementasi sistem pembelajaran secara online di SMK Minhadlul Ulum melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan
