<![CDATA[Effect of Return On Investment and Debt To Equity Ratio on stock prices at PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia, Tbk. This study aims to determine the effect of Return on investment and debt to equity ratio on stock prices at PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia,Tbk. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary. The analytical method used at PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia in the 2022 period is a multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study, the results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained Y = 5.043 0.067X1 0.003X2. Correlation analysis correlation (R) of 0.911. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.955. The results of the F test are Fcount 10.249 < Ftable 19.00 thus ROI and DER have a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Partially the ROI value is tcount (2.752 <4.303) while the DER value is tcount (3.753 <4.303) which means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Therefore ROI and DER have a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices.Keywords: Return on investment, debt to equity ratio, stock price]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of safety, occupational health on employee performance at PT.Raihan Cipta Abadi. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT.Raihan Cipta Abadi. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where the entire population is a sample of 57 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The collected data is processed using SPSS. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the security variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially as evidenced by a sig value of 0.026 <0.05. And the variable health (X2) is the variable that has the most significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially as evidenced by a significance value of 0.030 <0.05. Therefore, in this study hypotheses 1, 2 and 3 are accepted. It is recommended that companies provide encouragement to employees and pay attention to the safety and health of their employees.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the involvement of women in parliament, the role of women as managers, professionals, admins and technicians as well as the role of women in increasing family income in Banggai Regency in 2010 – 2020. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression with 3 predictors. The results of the study show that women's involvement in parliament and women's involvement as managers, professionals, admins and technicians have no effect on women's work productivity, meanwhile women's participation in the world of work and increasing women's access in the utilization of economic resources against household income. The role of women in politics, professional staff and sources of income can be provided by educational opportunities for women that are affordable and of good quality as well as women's empowerment in the economic field.]]>

<![CDATA[Comfort in the company is related to the success of the company. A good work environment needs to be considered to create quality of work life so as to help foster the desire of each employee to remain in the company and achieve company goals. Factors of quality of work life (quality of work life) become a supporter or obstacle that can affect employee engagement (employee engagement) in the company. This research was conducted at one of the current HONDA Car Dealers in Makassar, which is engaged in Sales, Spare Parts and Service (3S), namely PT. Honda of the South Sea Studio, Palopo City Branch. When the research was conducted February - March 2023 with a questionnaire collection technique on 30 respondent from employees of PT. Honda Palopo Branch of the South Sea Studio. The sample selection method used is saturated sampling. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on data processing, the result can be obtained that the quality of work life has a significant effect on employee engagement.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the value of imports in Indonesia, the description of Indonesia's foreign debt, the description of economic growth in Indonesia, and the effect of imports and foreign debt on economic growth either simultaneously or partially. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis to find out the description of each variable, product moment correlation analysis, and will be continued in multiple linear regression analysis if there is a significant relationship to determine the relationship between variables either simultaneously or partially. The data sources used in this study are: secondary data in this study were obtained from Indonesia's macroeconomic data for 2018-2022. Data on import values were obtained from the publication of data from the Ministry of Trade, data on foreign debt were obtained from publications by Bank Indonesia, and economic growth was obtained from publications from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results of the study show that the picture of imports in Indonesia in the 2018-2022 period is in the moderate category. The description of foreign debt in the 2018-2022 period is in the moderate category. The description of Indonesia's economic growth in the 2018-2022 period is in the high category. The results of data processing show that there is a positive relationship between imports and economic growth, but it is not significant. Foreign debt has a negative relationship with economic growth but not significant.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted in Wajo district using knowledge sharing as an effort to increase income for seaweed farming farmers, while the sample in this study was 39 people as objects as well as being the population of Tolebeng village, after testing the hypothesis and accepting it, it was continued with validity and reliability.The results of this study indicate that knowledge sharing has an effect on the level of income of the Tolebeng village community which has a significance below 0.5, which means that knowledge sharing has an effect on the income of the Tolebeng community.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the loan to deposit ratio and operational costs of operating income on Return On Assets at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Source of data used in this research is secondary. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, r, r, t test and F test. From the results of the research that has been done, the results of the equation are Y = 5.93 + 0.03 X1 - 0.089 X2. <![CDATA[The reality that exists in today's society shows a consumptive lifestyle that is not in accordance with the income received, financial conditions and a lack of knowledge and perspectives on financial conditions which can eventually lead to financial failure. The financial behavior of the Indonesian people who tend to be consumptive then gives rise to various other irresponsible financial behaviors such as a lack of saving, investing, emergency fund planning and budgeting for the future. This study aims to look at the determinants between the love of money, locus of control, income on ethical perceptions and financial behavior of small and medium enterprises in the city of Makassar and also from a religious perspective. In order to achieve the research objectives and provide answers to the problems posed, this research uses quantitative methods by taking cross-sectional data in the form of responses from employees. These responses will be obtained through surveys both online and non-online using the purposive sampling method, namely the method of giving questionnaires to UKM members who are willing to respond when contacted or visited. The questionnaire proposed was compiled based on questions that have been commonly used in analyzing love of money, locus of control, income, gender and moderating religiosity on ethical perceptions and financial behavior of members. To see the relationship between the variables of this study using multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the income variable had a positive and significant effect and the religiosity variable had a negative and significant effect on ethical perceptions and financial behavior.]]>
