Abstract

This study was designed to examine the effect of driving through the Samsat system, taxpayer knowledge, taxpayer awareness, and motor vehicle tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance with the PKB of the Medan City Tax and Correctional Authority. The type of data used in this study is raw data collected through a questionnaire to answer the researcher's questions. To test this hypothesis, the researcher used multiple linear regression model to find the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that the drive-thru system, taxpayer knowledge, taxpayer awareness, and motor vehicle tax sanctions had no significant effect on motor vehicle tax compliance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to influence service quality and facilities on loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Klinik Fast Medika Center. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study is 73 outpatients, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis and the Sobel test using SPSS 25.0. The results show that service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, facilities have a significant effect on patient satisfaction, there is an effect of patient satisfaction on loyalty, there is an influence of service quality on satisfaction, there is an influence of facilities on patient satisfaction, service quality influences loyalty through patient satisfaction and facilities influences loyalty through patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The number of capital market investors in Indonesia is very minimal, as of July 2022 there were 8.88 million accounts consisting of Stock investors, with 42% of them being stock investors and 60.29% dominated by millennials. Fundamental factors are represented by liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and performance ratios. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach, with a population of 24 oil palm plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample consisted of 5 oil palm plantation companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The statistical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate 1) the liquidity ratio expressed by Working Capital to Total Asset Ratio and the Quick Asset Ratio has no significant effect on stock market prices, 2) the solvency ratio expressed by the Debt to Asset Ratio has a significant effect on stock market prices, 3) the activity ratio which is expressed by Total Assets Turn Over has no significant effect on the Stock Market Price, and 4) Performance Ratios expressed by Earning Per Share, have a significant effect on Market price

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the strategic markets for the world's health and food supplement industry. And along with the increase in people's purchasing power, the consumption of health supplements is also becoming a trend. And currently, mangosteen fruit extract is processed and marketed in conventional forms, ranging from syrups to capsules and another inefficient packaging. The business model for making mangosteen fruit extract into an effervescent tablet product is currently not available on the market, so producing it can be a business opportunity. The system development method used in this research uses the lean canvas method as business analysis. By applying lean canvas, it can make it easier for makers to carry out the validation process because they can see the overall business model, reducing the risks of doing business. Abstract

Every business always tries to make a profit, so the financial health of the business needs to be maintained so that it runs well. However, companies must be able to foresee the possibility of bankruptcy. Bankruptcy analysis is carried out to get early warning of bankruptcy. One of the tools used to predict the potential for bankruptcy of a company is the Springate S-Score method. The purpose of this research is to find out the financial performance of PT. Garuda Tbk for the 2019-2022 period and if there is a potential for bankruptcy. This research method uses qualitative. Data collection techniques with documentation studies. The analysis technique uses the Springate model. The results obtained, especially from 2019 to 2022, will experience fluctuations. In 2019, the company PT. Garuda Tbk is included in the healthy category, in 2020 and 2021 it will be included in the type prone to bankruptcy. In 2022, the company will be better and can enter the healthy group.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Knowledge, Brand Image, and Celebrity endorsers on the Purchase Decision of SeruniAudio Microphone at PT. Indonesian Artwork. This study uses a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in this study was 100 respondents who had bought SeruniAudio microphones, using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate, among others: 1) Product Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 2) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 3) Celebrity Endorser has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a SeruniAudio microphone

Abstract

A lot of facts and data are mentioned about how significantly culinary business affect Indonesia. It is not simply the business related with human basic needs, more that culinerarypreneurficantly in term of economic. Among those culinerarypreneur, there is a humble restaurant, named Mie Ayam Ny Wong, in Gandaria, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Something that makes the restaurant unique is that, in term of size, it is very small; they use the veranda and garage as a dining area; they run the business conventionally without marketing activity. But the strange is, the restaurant is always full. This objective of the research is to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, word of mouth on the purchase decision. The subject of the study are all the consumers of the restaurant with purposive sampling size of 100 respondent who ordered chicken noodle and have dinning on site. The research is analysed by multiple linear regression The result of the study shows that the product qulaity has no effect on purchase decision. The other around, service quality and word of mouth has positive and significant effect to the purchase decision. In addition, product quality, service quality and word of mouth simultaniously give effect on purchase decision.

Abstract

Outpatient clinics in Indonesia, especially in Malang, continue to increase, one of the clinic services that is starting to develop is beauty. Looking beautiful and attractive is a need that always exists in every human being, especially women. The need to perform facial and body care to make it beautiful has had many positive impacts on the growth and development of clinics, one of which is RH Medica clinic in Malang. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality, facility, brand image on patient satisfaction at RH Medica clinic. The subjects in this study were patients who visited, bought and used products/treatments with a sample of 98 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used was descriptive analysis using non-probability techniques with purposive sampling, SPSS analysis method. using non-probability techniques with purposive sampling, SPSS analysis method. The results of this study show that service quality, facilities and brand image have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the RH Medica clinic. Simultaneously service quality, facilities and brand image have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at the RH Medica clinic, and patient satisfaction can be explained by the service quality, facilities and brand image variables of 68.4% while the rest is explained by other variables not present in this study.

Abstract

Teacher competence and maximum service are keys to the success of education. The maximum of teachers in developing the skills and limitations of the support literature in the learning process will affect the education and the brand of a school. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of teacher competence service and brand image, on a parent’s decision to send a student to school in SMAK Asmat Agats Seminary. The data used in the study are primary data divided from the distribution of questionnaires. This research data with sampling conducted using a sample with a total of 50 people. Research data is quantitatively treated description using technical retention and tested try using spss the study concluded that (1) teacher competence has a significant impact on the choice to send children to school, (2) service has a significant impact on the options education of children, (3) the brand image has a significant impact on the choice of children education

Abstract

Current technological developments make hotel business competition very tight, so the hotel manager must be able to provide the best service so that customer satisfaction can be achieved. Customer satisfaction is the difference between expectations and perceived performance or service. Imam Bonjol Hostel Semarang is a hotel that offers cheap prices with facilities that are not much different from its competitors. However, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic that has hit evenly to various countries, it has had a major impact on hotel visitors in recent years. Based on data, visitors to Imam Bonjol Hostel in 2020 decreased by around 10 to 20 consumers per week. The decline was caused by many factors, one of which was customer satisfaction which decreased drastically. In this study, the factors that influence customer satisfaction were analyzed through price, quality of service, and facilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of price, quality of service, and facilities on customer satisfaction at Imam Bonjol Hostel. The population in this study were customers of Imam Bonjol Hostel. The sample in this study was 100 customers. The sampling technique in this study was carried out with the Purposive Sampling technique. The data type is primary. Data collection methods using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis using SPSS show that: Competitive prices affect customer satisfaction. Service quality affects customer satisfaction. Facilities affect customer satisfaction
