Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT. Berkat Citra Lestari, 2) the effect of work stress on employee turnover intention at PT. Berkat Citra Lestari, and 3) the effect of work environment on employee turnover intention at PT. Berkat Citra Lestari. The population in this research was all operator employees of PT. Berkat Citra Lestari as 50 people with the total sample of 40 people collected using the random sampling method. The variables of this research consist of independent variables which are job satisfaction (X1), job stress (X2), and work environment (X3) and the dependent variable is employee turnover intention (Y). The data collection method used in this research are observation, interview, and questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression methods. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that: Job satisfaction has no effect on turnover intention, in the sense that the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the possibility of employees in terms of turnover intention.Job stress affects turnover intention, in the sense that the higher the job stress, the higher the possibility of employees in terms of turnover intention. Work environment has no effect on turnover intention, in the sense that the higher the acceptance of the work environment, the lower the possibility of employees in terms of turnover intention.

Abstract

HOKIbank is one of the many banks, especially the Rural Bank, which do business on the island of Bali. The phenomenon that occurred was during the Covid-19 pandemic, the economy in Bali in general and in particular the banking sector experienced a fairly drastic decline, and HOKIbank on the other hand experienced a very significant growth. This development is certainly influenced also by internal factors. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze 1) the influence of leadership on employee satisfaction, 2) the influence of organizational culture on employee satisfaction, 3) the influence of leadership on employee performance, 4) organizational culture on employee performance, 5) the effect of employee satisfaction on employee performance, 6) the influence of leadership on employee performance through employee satisfaction, 7) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through employee satisfaction. This research is categorized as causal associative research with a quantitative technique using a survey approach. This study was conducted on HOKIbank employees at its Denpasar head office and all Denpasar, Tabanan and Gianyar branch offices. The population in this study was all permanent employees at the beginning of November 2022 with a saturated sample of 103. The survey result was analyzed with SmartPLS 4.0.8.4 (2022). The results showed that 1) leadership directly affects employee satisfaction, 2) organizational culture directly affects employee satisfaction, 3) leadership does not directly affect employee performance, 4) organizational culture directly affects positive and significant affects employee performance or leadership employee performance, 5) employee satisfaction directly affects positive and significant employee performance, 6) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through full mediation, 7) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through partial mediation.

Abstract

In this era of digitalization, many Indonesians are using Instagram as their main choice of social media. Hence, many companies are using Instagram Ads as one of their marketing strategy. Lifestyle is also affected due to the COVID-19 Pancemic effect. Many more people are becoming aware of the importance of health and showing it by consuming vitamin C as their lifestyle. In choosing which vitamin C to consume, brand awareness holds an important role. Selkom-C is one of the brands of vitamin C that experience a sales increase after the pandemic COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the impact of Instagram advertisement on purchase intention, 2) the impact of lifestyle on purchase intention, 3) the impact of brand awareness on purchase intention. This study is a quantitative research that uses a questionnaire as the data collecting method. This study uses a purposive sampling technique towards the citizens of East Java who are above 17 years old and have seen Selkom-C’s Instagram advertisement. The sample population is 100 respondents and the data result was processed through the SPSS 20 software. The outcome of this study shows that: 1) there is a possitive and significance impact of Instagram Advertisement towards purchase intention. this is reflected in the current Hashtag (#vitaminmasakini) which is suitable for Selkom-C Instagram ads which are always current 2) there is a possitive and significance impact of Lifestyle towards purchase intention, this is reflected in the lifestyle of the respondents indicating that a healthy life is very important 3) there is a possitive and significance impact of Brand Awareness towards purchase intention, which is reflected in the Selkom-C brand that respondents have heard of

Abstract

The increasing number of products offered by stores makes consumers more observant in making purchases, so that consumers consider before making a purchase. This has an impact on Distro B Kuningan consumers, based on the survey results obtained several symptoms of consumer purchasing decisions, including a decrease in the number of sales and a decrease in the number of buyers in 2019 and 2020. This study aims to determine the effect of the store atmosphere on purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions, as well as knowing the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on purchasing decisions. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach and survey methods. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of service quality on purchasing decisions, there was a positive and significant influence of store atmosphere on purchasing decisions, and there was a positive and significant influence of store atmosphere and service quality on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the research, it was recommended that Distro B Kuningan pay attention to and improve the shop atmosphere to make it more attractive, and improve the quality of service delivered to customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, HR development, and motivation on employee work productivity at PT. Optimech Engineering Batam. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 100 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the training variable had a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Optimech Engineering is proven by the results of hypothesis testing where the t-count value is greater than the t-table value and the significant value is less than 0.05, the HR Development Variable has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of employees at PT. Optimech Engineering is proven by the results of hypothesis testing where the t-count value is greater than the t-table value and the significant value is less than 0.05. Furthermore, the motivational variable has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Optimech Engineering is proven by the results of hypothesis testing where the t-count value is greater than the t-table value and the significant value is less than 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the valuation of PT. Saliman Riyanto Group and determine the indication of the fair value of the share price to be released if the company makes an offer to potential investors either through an initial public offering (IPO) or closed offering using fundamental analysis, called the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method. As a private company, it is a difficulty for investors to know the value or valuation of PT. Saliman Riyanto Group and what is a reasonable price per share. This is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study used techniques of data analysis, called the calculation of financial ratios, using the DCF formula. The results of research used the DCF method show the value (valuation) of PT. Saliman Riyanto Group is Rp. 494,257,978,926.22, - and the fair share price to be released in the IPO is Rp. 7,776,365.94

Abstract

Health is an important part of everyone's primary needs. PT. Setia Andalan Sukses has an important role in the distribution chain of quality medical devices in assisting the right diagnosis for patients in need. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze: (1) the effect of price on customer loyalty in PT. Setia Andalan Sukses, (2) the effect of product quality on customer loyalty in PT. Setia Andalan Sukses, and (3) the influence of customer trust in customer loyalty PT. Setia Andalan Sukses, and (4) influence of price, product quality and customer trust simultaneously on customer loyalty in PT. Setia Andalan Sukses. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach to customers PT. Setia Andalan Sukses, namely hospitals located in East Java which have made purchases more than twice in the year 2021. Respondent population 55 Hospital using purposive sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed using research instrument testing and research hypothesis testing using multiple liner regression analysis. The research results show that (1) price has a significant effect on customer loyalty (2) product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty , (3) customer trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty, and (4) simultaneously price, product quality and customer trust have a significant effect on customer loyalty in PT. Abstract

Setiap individu memiliki karakteristik dan kecenderungan perilaku keuangan yang berbeda-beda, baik dari faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku keuangan ialah pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, literasi sedekah, sikap keuangan pribadi dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku keuangan generasi Y yang produktif di Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 96 orang, dengan aplikasi pengoalahan data menggunakan smart PLS. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Analisis Jalur, Partial Least Square (PLS) dan Analisis efek Mediasi. Hasill penelitian ini menunjukkan literasi keuangan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan (Y). Literasi sedekah (X2) berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan (Y). Sikap keuangan pribadi (X3) berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan (Y). Gaya hidup (X4) berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan (Y). Literasi keuangan, literasi sedekah, sikap keuangan pribadi dan gaya hidup secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan generasi Y yang produktif di Kota Medan. Each individual has different characteristics and tendencies in financial behavior, both internal and external factors. One of the factors that influence financial behavior is knowledge of financial literacy. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of financial literacy, alms literacy, personal financial attitudes and lifestyles on the productive financial behavior of Generation Y in Medan City. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample used was 96 people, with data processing applications using smart PLS. Data analysis techniques using Path Analysis, Partial Least Square (PLS) and Mediation effect analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy (X1) has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior (Y). Alms literacy (X2) influences financial behavior (Y). Personal financial attitudes (X3) influence financial behavior (Y). Lifestyle (X4) influences financial behavior (Y). Financial literacy, alms literacy, personal financial attitudes and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on productive Y generation financial behavior in Medan City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial conditions on corporate taxpayer compliance in paying taxes at KPP Pratama Medan Barat from 2018-2020. The type of research used in this research is associative research. The population in this study were all corporate taxpayers who were registered with KPP Pratama Medan Barat and 99 business entities were sampled. Data collection techniques using Simple Linear Regression testing. The research results obtained indicate that financial condition has a positive and significant effect on corporate taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian fashion di tiktok shop pada pengguna aplikasi tiktok di lingkungan Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian fashion di tiktok shop pada pengguna aplikasi tiktok pada seluruh Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Populasi penelitian pada seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara yang sudah pernah berbelanja di tiktok shop, sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket (kuesioner) dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda serta pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS versi 23.00. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian fashion di tiktok shop, ada pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian fashion di tiktok shop, tidak ada pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian fashion di tiktok shop. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,308 atau 30,8% menunjukkan kontribusi kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan keputusan pembelian fashion di tiktok shop dan sisanya 69,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Simpulan penelitian: secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian fashion di tiktok shop, promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan keputusan pembelian fashion di tiktok shop, harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan keputusan pembelian fashion di tiktok shop. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and promotion on fashion purchasing decisions at the tiktok shop on users of the tiktok application in the student environment, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra. The problem in this study is whether the quality of service, price and promotion affect fashion purchasing decisions at the tiktok shop for users of the tiktok application at students, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra. The population of this study was all students of the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra who had shopped at the tiktok shop, the sample of this study was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaires) and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS version 23.00 software. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there is an influence of service quality on fashion purchasing decisions at tiktok shop, there is an influence of price on fashion purchasing decisions at tiktok shop, there is no influence of promotion on fashion purchasing decisions at tiktok shop. The R-Square value of 0.308 or 30.8% shows the contribution of service quality, price and promotion to fashion purchasing decisions at tiktok shop and the remaining 69.2% is influenced by other variables not examined. Research conclusions: partially service quality has a significant effect on fashion purchasing decisions at tiktok shop, promotion has no significant effect on fashion purchasing decisions at tiktok shop, price has a significant effect on fashion purchasing decisions at tiktok shop.
