Abstract

American writer wrote a book, dubbing the island of Bali "The Last Paradise". Bali does not have natural resources, but when the Dutch ruled Bali, this culture was exploited for profit. During the era of independence and the New Order's development, it was planned to develop Bali as a tourism destination. Then Nusa Dua developed as mass tourism, and Kuta from ecotourism developed into mass tourism so that tourism capitalism drives the tourism business sector in Kuta. North Badung is now being developed into an ecotourism and/or tourism village. North Badung, especially Abiansemal Village, is a village in the Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, Bali Province. Abiansemal Village is one of the villages in the Abiansemal sub-district, which is located 1.5 Kilometers from the District Capital, and 10 Kilometers from the Regency City. At present the Abiansemal Village is led by Mr. Perbekel Ida Bagus Bhisma Wiratma S.H. The boundaries of the Abiansemal Village area are to the north by the Setra/Kembengan Cemetery, to the south by the Tukad / Campuhan Gerih River, to the west by the Tukad / Bangiang River, and to the east by the Tukad / Ayung River.

Abstract

Conflicts over agricultural land in Karawang Regency often occur between communities cultivating rice fields and companies. This conflict was triggered because Karawang Regency is one of the areas in West Java that is an investment destination, so the need for land is getting more significant for developing investment, especially in the industrial sector. This need then has implications for the transfer of land functions and the occupation of land owned by rice cultivators in Karawang Regency. This condition then creates an unavoidable conflict between sharecropper communities and companies that invest in the Karawang district. One ideal option for resolving conflicts between the community and the company is mediation. The choice places the parties in a balanced way to secure the interests of each, which can provide guarantees of legal certainty for the parties.

Abstract

Law is a set of rules that bind and compel society. The implementation process must be enforced by imposing sanctions so that the objectives of the law can be achieved. The purpose of the law is to provide universal benefits, namely how to create peace and tranquility in the community that can be felt concretely by all levels of society. Indonesia already has original law as a regulator of life that is born from the soul of the community which is called customary law. Customary law cannot be separated from the formation and development of national law, including criminal law. The criminal law of the Dutch colonial heritage which is not in accordance with the values of the life of the Indonesian people needs to be renewed by constructing the values of customary law so that it can apply effectively and ideally, which is known as customary criminal law because in customary law there are regulations on customary criminal law. In the legal system, especially those related to legal substance or legal products, both written and unwritten, as well as decisions from judicial institutions, can be extracted from legal sources in the form of local wisdom, especially those in Bali. One of them comes from the lontar which is then explored the values, principles and legal concepts. Regarding Law, Politics and Institutions, it is also contained in Balinese Hindu lontars which are spread in almost all corners of the region in Bali. This is important in the development and renewal of customary law and criminal law in synergy as a legal reconstruction based on Balinese Hindu local wisdom.

Abstract

Bhayangkari is an organization of police wives where all members who are members of it have various roles not only as wives but also as role models for their families and their environment. Therefore, the participation of Bhayangkari mothers apart from supporting their husband’s activities and career as a police officer, is also required to always develop their knowledge, and one of them is knowledge about the importance of an integrated family and the importance of understanding the dangers of drugs that are currently rife among children. -children and youth. The main problem in this PKM is the high number of cases of drug abuse among teenagers in the jurisdiction of the Manggala Police, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. Based on data obtained from Basic Education Data of the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education, Basic Education and Secondary Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture, in the Manggala sub-district there are 42 Elementary Schools, 20 Junior High Schools, 13 Senior High Schools, 7 Vocational High Schools, and 3 SLB.[1] The busyness and lack of understanding and supervision of parents at home, the busyness of teachers in schools providing materials related to the education curriculum, and the limited cadres of BNN South Sulawesi Province as narcotics extension agents, has encouraged the determination of the proposing team to activate Bhayangkari Ranting Manggala women to participate active as new anti-drug ambassadors who will be scattered in various schools in Manggala District to save young people from an early age. The solution offered is to provide training for Bhayangkari Ranting Manggala mothers by bringing in experts and resource persons not only in the field of narcotics but also psychiatrists who understand growth and development as well as problems and special approaches for children and adolescents. The Makassar Police Narcotics Research Unit and representatives of the South Sulawesi Province National Narcotics Agency (BNN) will also actively participate by providing outreach or counseling on P4GN (Prevention of Eradication of Drug Abuse and Circulation). The target achievements of this PKM activity are: 1) Bhayangkari members of the Manggala branch are ready to go directly to become integrated family ambassadors and anti-drug ambassadors to schools in the Manggala sub-district, at recitations, at mosque youth, and church youth, and in various youth organizations which is in the Manggala sub-district environment. The motto of this activity is: “If not us, then who will? If not now when?” 2) The existence of an annual Work Program of the Manggala Polsek related to anti-narcotics counseling, and 3) the election of Manggala as an integrated and anti-drug family driving sub-district by the government and authorized agencies. 4) Reducing the number of cases of drug abuse in the jurisdiction of the Manggala Police.
