Source data study This collected based on the information documents. The total population of the province have complaints health produced by the Central Bureau of National Statistics. The data used in this study are data for 2013-2017 which consists of 34 provinces. The method used in this research is K-means algorithm. The data will be processed by clustering in 3 clusters, namely level clusters high health complaints, clusters of moderate and low health complaints. Data center for clusters high population level 37.48, Centroid data for clusters of moderate population level 27.08, and Centroid data for low population level cluster 14.89. So that the acquisition of the assessment is based on the population index owned health complaints with 7 provinces with high levels of health complaints, namely Central Java, in Yogyakarta, Bali, Nusa Southeast West, Nusa Southeast East, Borneo South, Gorontalo, 18 province level complaint moderate health, and 9 other provinces including low levels of health complaints. Abstract

The National Health Insurance is a mechanism designed to protect individuals and families in providing health services to their citizens, especially the poor, in order to reduce financial barriers to obtaining health services. It is known that Non-PBI Mandiri participants who have been late paying premiums for at least six months show that 70.5% of respondents register as BPJS participants on the grounds that they need health financing guarantees in the near future, either on their own or according to directions from doctors or paramedics. Therefore, the aim of this research is to look at the pattern of health financing utilization in the era of National Health Insurance (JKN) for non-PBI participants at H.Abdul Manap Hospital. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data were obtained from 9 informants by conducting in-depth interviews at H.Abdul Manap Hospital with qualitative data analysis. The results of this study (1) Psychological factors found a pattern of moral hazard phenomena with a tiered referral system, because there was a tendency to use BPJS membership benefits only to finance expensive or high-cost health services identified in research informants, (2) Personal factors found an alleatory pattern , because they feel they have benefited from the sustainability of the program and there are differences in understanding from the demand side.

Abstract

Minimum Service Standards (SPM) are contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2019 which regulates the type and quality of basic services required by regional affairs and are entitled to be obtained by everyone at least. The annual target of SPM requires inputs and processes as a performance plan for puskesmas activities within a certain time span. Data on program performance achievements at the Sengeti Health Center for the maternal and child health and family planning Program in 2021 and 2022 are still below target on average. Pemerintah daerah harus menyusun dan menghitung besaran anggaran untuk pemenuhan kewajiban tersebut agar melaksanakan tugas wajib sesuai dengan standar pelayanan minimal. The purpose of this study is to identify the planning and budgeting process of the Kia-Kb program related to the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in the health sector at the Sengeti Health Center. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach with 9 informants. Data was collected by conducting in-depth interviews and observations at the Sengeti Health Center from January to March. The results of this research in the aspect of input consisting of human resources, funds, and infrastructure facilities were obtained, namely in quantity and quality according to standards, but training held by the Health Office was only required for program holders. Facilities and infrastructure in the maternal and child health and family planning program are fairly incomplete. Obstacles in terms of funds are often late disbursement of funds. Aspects of the budget planning process have been carried out with 5 stages. Output aspects in the form of RUK and RPK preparation are carried out at the end of each year. The outcome aspect of the Kia-Kb Program has not reached the SPM target where the desired target is 100%.

Abstract

Performance is the work of an employee qualitatively and quantitatively in carrying out his duties in accordance with the obligations imposed on him. The purpose of this study was to see how burnout affects the performance of employees at RSU Aliyah I Kendari City in 2023. Using complete sampling, the population consists of 42 permanent nurses. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. Chisquare is the analytical approach used. Based on the research findings, 11 (68.3%) of the 16 respondents who experienced burnout in the low group performed well in the good category. Furthermore, 17 (65.4%) of the 26 respondents in the high burnout category were satisfied with patient satisfaction. On the other hand, the value of ρ<1. We get α = 0.031 < 0.05 and Ho is discarded. Therefore, at Aliyah I General Hospital in Kendari City in 2023, burnout can be interpreted as affecting nurse performance. Efforts to improve performance must pay attention to the comfort of nurses' work, need to pay attention to the skills and workload of nurses, and foster a sense of responsibility.

Abstract

The house is a place of residence or shelter for individuals or groups. In general, the house has ventilation, ventilation functions as a rotation or exchange of air in the room. The existence of ventilation is very important for air exchange, but the existing air pollution, including microbes, causes air exchange through ventilation into the house which is not safe for health. So there is a need for filtration so that the polluted air can be filtered. . The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of ventilation carbon filters in controlling microorganisms in room air. This type of research is experimental research with a research design using the Pre and Post Test Only Design .The results showed 1) There was an average decrease in the number of germs in the room by 1412 CFU/m3 or 62%. 2) There is an average decrease in the number of fungi in the room by 17 CFU/m3 or 44%. 3) there is a significant difference in reducing the number of germs in the room air before and after being given a carbon filter ventilation with p-Value = 0.000. 4) There is a significant difference in the reduction of mold numbers in room air before and after being given a carbon filter ventilation p-Value = 0.035. The recommendations given are that it is hoped that the community can use carbon filters as adsorbents for air pollutants that enter the room. Carbon filter ventilation that has been used needs to be washed and activated so that it can adsorb air pollutants more optimally. The room still has to be cleaned regularly to reduce air pollution which poses a risk to the health of occupants.
