Abstract

The purposes of this service activity are to improve financial information through the Point of Sales application, determine costs, and promote Rosaline Bolu and Cookies Tiwul partners. Rosaline Tiwul Bolu and Cookies is a micro business that sells Tiwul-based typical Jogja souvenirs such as cakes and cookies located on Jl. L. Adisucipto No. 7, Kec. Depok, Sleman Regency. The method used in this activity is divided into several stages: planning, implementation, process evaluation, and making a point of sales preparation module. Partners are expected to be able to independently enter data into the Soda Pos point of sales application. Furthermore, it is hoped that it can assist the practice of selling on marketplaces such as Shopee to expand the market share of the cookie’s products.

Abstract

Sapuangin an area located in the Klaten Regency, Central Java Region, has the natural resource of roses plant which are intercropped in the residents' yards. Most of the people sold it as sowing flowers, but the obstacle encountered is the decline in prices due to the seasonal nature of sowing flower sales, therefore knowledge about processing roses to other form of products is needed. To answer the obstacles, the UAJY service team consists of three faculties, created a program to train the residents to process roses into the form of bath soap, bath salts, hand sanitizer, aromatherapy candles, rose resin and rose water. Besides providing training on making rose, it is important to is trying to convey information from upstream to downstream where the marketing process needs to be socialized meanwhile conducting competitor analysis and consumer interest surveys. To deliver the marketing materials used lectured and group discussion forums by dividing the material into basic marketing, branding and digital marketing. Based on the material presented, it was found that residents needed more direction in carrying out the marketing process. Residents are quite familiar with the use of social media, but training is needed in making logo designs to create content on social media. From the results of a survey of competitors it was found that the more the main raw materials were added to the product, the selling price would increase. Found primarily in soap, salt, hand sanitizer and aromatherapy candles, consumers want a fragrance in the product. Bunga mawar yang tumbuh subur memiliki dapat dijual sebagai bunga tabur, namun kendala yang ditemui adalah turunnya harga dikarenakan penjualan bunga tabur bersifat seasonal, sehingga diperlukan adanya pengetahuan mengenai pengolahan bunga mawar. Untuk menjawab kendala yang terjadi pada masyaratak tim pengabdian UAJY yang tergabung dari tiga fakultas membuat program untuk melatih masyarakat mengolah bunga mawar ke dalam bentuk sabun mandi, garam mandi, handsanitaizer, lilin aromaterapi, resin mawar dan air mawar. Selain pelatihan pembuatan produk olahan, tim pengabdian berusaha untuk menyampaikan materi secara hulu ke hilir dimana proses pemasaran perlu disosialisasikan hingga melakukan analisis pesaing dan survei minat konsumen. Penyampaikan materi pemasaran dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan forum group discussion dengan membagi materi menjadi pemasaran dasar, branding dan pemasaran digital.  Berdasarkan materi yang telah disampaikam ditemukan bahwa warga membutuhkan lebih banyak arahan dalam melakukan proses pemasaran. Warga cukup familiar dengan penggunaan sosial media, namun diperlukan pelatihan dalam pembuatan desain logo untuk menciptakan konten pada sosial media. Dari hasil survei pesaing ditemukan bahwa semakin terdapat tambahan bahan baku utama pada produk maka akan meningkatkan harga jual. Ditemukan terutama pada produk sabun, garam, handsanitizer dan lilin aromaterapi konsumen menginginkan aroma wangi pada produk. Abstract

Abstract — The Integrated Business Service Center functions as a training ground for MSMEs who want to develop their business. Through this service center, MSMEs can be helped by being given training that complements the various skills needed to manage their business. The Integrated Business Service Center in Semarang said that currently MSMEs need practical training, especially training related to business governance and digital marketing. The method used as a solution to overcome this problem is in the form of management training, especially on the production floor using SCORE analysis and digital marketing training through social networks, as well as online assistance in 3 meetings. After training and mentoring, assisted MSMEs can manage production areas in a cleaner and more orderly manner for more efficient movement of workers. Meanwhile, efforts are starting to be seen in managing social media, separating social media between business marketing and social media for private owners and preparing attractive social media content plans. Keywords — MSME, business service center, kaizen, production, digital marketing Abstrak— Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu (PLUT) berfungsi sebagai tempat pelatihan bagi para pelaku UMKM yang ingin mengembangkan usahanya. Dengan adanya PLUT ini diharapkan para pelaku UMKM dapat terbantu dengan diberi pelatihan yang melengkapi berbagai keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk mengelola usahanya. PLUT Kabupaten Semarang menyampaikan bahwa saat ini UMKM membutuhkan pelatihan-pelatihan praktis, khususnya pelatihan terkait pengelolaan tata kelola usaha dan pemasaran digital. Metode yang digunakan sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut berupa pelatihan tata kelola khususnya di lantai produksi menggunakan analisis SCORE dan pelatihan pemasaran digital melalui jejaring sosial, serta pendampingan jarak jauh dalam 3 pertemuan. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan, UMKM binaan dapat mengelola area produksi dengan lebih bersih dan teratur untuk pergerakan pekerja yang lebih efisien. Sementara itu, upaya sudah mulai terlihat pada pengelolaan media sosial, memisahkan media sosial antara pemasaran usaha dan media sosial untuk pemilik serta menyiapkan rencana konten media sosial yang menarik. Abstract

Depok village is one of the villages that is located in Panjatan subdistrict, Kulon Progo district, this village has abundance of potency from water hyacinth handicraft. However, the farmers are still selling handcrafted bag from water hyacinth traditionally. This paper aims to educate and train the farmers of Depok Village on how to promote their water hyacinth handicraft products. This paper proposes to encourage every students to implement the knowledge obtained throughout their education for the purpose of granting knowledge and education to the people of Depok Village. With these KKN activities, the community becomes educated and could improve their economic level by utilizing the potential that exists in the village to be used as the source of income for the community in Depok Village. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this community service was conducted online, by collecting literature, collecting data online, developing discussions, and deciding on the results.

Abstract

Student Community Service is an activity in the form of community service that must be followed by every student at Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta. Student Community Service for the 2022 school year is conducted online with the theme Society 5.0. The group of 30 unit F Student Community Service Period 81 is located in Sambirejo Village, Ngawen District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. There is a lot of potential in Sambirejo village, one of which is the many banana tree plantations in Sambirejo village, and the bananas are used as processed foods in the form of banana chips. However, in marketing these products are less well known by the general public, therefore a work program is created which is implemented by making a branding on these processed foods and also conducting broader marketing using available electronic media so that these products can reach a wider range of consumers.

Abstract

Kelurahan Tepus merupakan salah satu daerah yang berada di Kabupaten Gunungkidul, dekat dengan kawasan Pantai Selatan. Kelurahan ini memiliki banyak potensi desa yang berasal dari sumber daya alam berupa hasil tanaman hingga berbagai kerajinan yang dibuat oleh masyarakatnya. Berbagai potensi desa yang dimiliki oleh Kelurahan Tepus perlu dikelola dengan baik agar dapat memiliki nilai yang lebih tinggi. Salah satu potensi desa yang dimiliki oleh Kelurahan Tepus yaitu tanaman bonsai. Tanaman bonsai memiliki harga jual yang cukup tinggi karena diminati oleh banyak orang. Oleh karena itu, Kelurahan Tepus yang memiliki banyak tanaman bonsai berpeluang untuk membuka desa agrowisata dengan menjadikan bonsai sebagai tanaman utama yang ditampilkan. Agrowisata ini bisa merangkap dari pameran tanaman bonsai hingga pelestarian bonsai.

Abstract

Community service activities to Girijati Village, Purwosari, Gunungkidul are carried out to make contributions that are expected to be useful. Researchers found the potential for accommodation business, namely the lodging business. There are 32 hotels or inns in Girijati Village. This potential can increase the number of tourists and make this village a tourist attraction, thereby increasing the source of income for the community and the Gunungkidul Regency Government. So, researchers In order to realize this, it is necessary to analyze the village potential and review the existing facilities and infrastructure in Girijati Village. The research data were collected through observation, documentation, and some literature. This community service is expected to provide counseling that can be implemented by Girijati Village in the future.

Abstract

Menyebarkan ataupun mempromosikan potensi desa merupakan langkah yang dapat memajukan ekonomi dari suatu desa. Pada Desa Purwodadi yang berletak di Kecamatan Tepus, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, kelompok KKN 67 Periode 81 membuat rancangan pemasaran dari potensi desa yang dimiliki oleh Desa Purwodadi. Dalam hal ini, kelompok 67 memilih tanaman jali sebagai potensi desa tersebut. Dipilihnya tanaman jali karena tanaman jali tergolong tanaman langka yang juga sulit untuk dibudidayakan, namun masyarakat Desa Tepus dapat menanam serta membudidayakannya. Selain itu, tanaman jali juga dapat berperan sebagai pengganti beras dan dapat diolah menjadi berbagai olahan makanan serta minuman. Kelompok 67 memilih bubur jali sebagai olahan dari tanaman jali. Proses penyebaran ataupun promosi yang dilakukan adalah melalui media sosial Instagram. Tujuan dari dilakukannya kegiatan ini ialah untuk dapat menyebarkan atau mempromosikan potensi desa yang dimiliki Desa Tepus, yang dalam hal ini ialah tanaman jali yang mana bisa diharapkan akan berdampak pada peningkatan penghasilan di desa tersebut.

Abstract

Community Service Activities carried out in areas that have been determined through Real Work Lectures. KKN 81 UAJY is carried out by conducting KKN activities directly in the designated area. Group 35 obtained a resettlement location in Sumberejo Village, Semin District, Gunungkidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The work program that will be carried out by the group is village potential and tourism pocketbooks in Mangunan village. The potential work program in Sumberejo Village is to provide information about developing village potential. Pocket book work program in Sumberejo village by utilizing E-commerce from the Tokopedia and Shopee applications. It is hoped that the work program compiled by the group can help the community's economy.

Abstract

Abstract — Pringombo Village is a village located in Rongkop District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This village has an area of ​​1,431.42 km2 and has a total population of 755,977 people. The distance from this village to the town of Wonosari is 27.3 km. Pringombo Village is located in Rongkop District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia. The origin of the name Pringombo Village comes from the Javanese ngoko language, namely Pringamba which means Broad Bamboo. This village has a variety of potential ranging from the potential for agricultural products, arts and others. However, apart from its potential, there are findings that most areas in Gunung Kidul are difficult to access water, including Pringombo village. Therefore, the people of Pringombo Village need a solution to be able to help meet their water needs for their daily needs.
