Abstract

National social security exists to provide welfare for the people of Indonesia. The many occupational risks that occur have led to the establishment of the Employment Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) as a form of social security provided by the state to protect workers. The lack of public knowledge raises understanding and makes people not want to enjoy it, even though the benefits provided are enormous. The owners of the rights to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan benefits are not only formal workers, but informal workers are also entitled to receive them; even apprentices and community service program participants also have the right to this protection. So that it is necessary to increase the brand knowledge of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in the community so that there are no misunderstandings. By optimizing the socialization of the benefits of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program, we can accelerate brand knowledge and grow brand awareness.

Abstract

Empowerment of the wholesale business "Jaya Mandiri" through training and mentoring for digitalization of MSMEs is a form of student support for Indonesian MSMEs which was learned and applied while participating in the MSIB "Digitalization of MSMEs" activities held by Resource Persons.id. In the current digital era, technology has a very important role in helping MSMEs to optimize their market and business potential. However, implementing digitization is not an easy thing for some MSMEs, there are still many people who have limited knowledge and access to technology. One solution that can be done is by providing training and assistance to MSMEs as held by Resource Persons.id. With the aim of expanding market share and increasing the ability of MSME owners regarding the use of digital technology.

Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat di Desa Gedangan, Kabupaten Jombang dengan memanfaatkan tanaman tradisional yang berkhasiat sebagai obat. Tanaman obat keluarga merupakan tanaman obat pilihan yang ditanam di pekarangan atau di lingkungan rumah. Di Desa Gedangan tanaman TOGA di tanam di pekarangan Puskesmas Pembantu Desa Gedangan. Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) dalam pemanfaatan budidaya tanaman TOGA belum banyak diaplikasikan pada kehidupan masyarakat. Perkembangan zaman menuntut manusia menciptakan sebuah alat atau teknologi yang dapat membantu pekerjaan manusia, sehingga teknologi menjadi kebutuhan bagi manusia. Metode dalam penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna dimulai dari pengumpulan data dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu dalam perawatan taman TOGA dengan menggunakan alat penyiram otomatis berdasarkan alat kelembaban tanah.

Abstract

Rutong Village, located on the South Leitimur Peninsula, Ambon City, has many mangrove plants scattered along the coast. Mangroves have high species diversity and great benefits for the community. The introduction of mangrove socialization aims to introduce the types and benefits of mangroves to the community from an early age. The target of this activity was Elementary School of Negeri Rutong students in grades IV, V, and VI, totaling 30 people. The socialization results were evaluated with a question and answer session to determine students' knowledge after attending the socialization. The results show that the students have recognized several types of mangroves based on the potential in Rutong Village. In addition, the students also became aware of the benefits and importance of protecting the mangrove ecosystem for the life of the aquatic biota in the vicinity.

Abstract

Oluhuta Village, including villages in the Tomini Bay area. Oluhuta village is the eighth village of nine villages in the Kabila Bone sub-district, Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province. Servants bring the KKN MBKM program as a form of the tri dharma of Higher Education to educate the nation's life. The problem faced by the village of Oluhuta is that MSMEs in Oluhuta Village still have deficiencies in designing the packaging logo for the products they produce, namely skipjack tuna, so they are less attractive to buyers for transactions. The methods used in this community service program are 1) location observation surveys, 2) interviews, 3) coaching. The results of the dedication to the Oluhuta village community Helping creative, innovative and more modern Oluhuta villagers who become entrepreneurs to improve the economy of the village community, especially MSME actors

The majority of these issues are brought on by the apparatus's lack of knowledge and skill as well as the sparse availability of computers. The sub-district office does not have adequate data storage, and data management and display are not supported by technology. Implementation strategy using coaching and training. The instruction offered takes the form of fundamental knowledge on how to show district population data using Smart PLS. Its operations include instruction and support for using the Smart PLS application in the Cipadung Village to present and process data. To determine how well the trainees understood how to use the Smart PLS program, interviews and questionnaires were administered as part of the service. The customer assistance team provides clear and comprehensive explanations of the data display. The use of this Smart PLS software aids Kelurahan staff in comprehending and processing data. It is beneficial to sub-district authorities in their work with the taught apps.

Abstract

the purpose of this service is to provide knowledge about Product Branding and Marketing Digitalization of Tofu, Tempe Toge Products to the Gunung Kendang Community. So far, product packaging has not provided maximum hygiene and marketing, especially in the previous product packaging which still used plastic bags which were not good for health. So that assistance is needed for development in product packaging, and digitalization of marketing in an effort to increase the economy and product marketing. The methods for implementing the community partnership program service activities include; Methods of interviews, questionnaires, site condition surveys and area analysis, communication with the head of the RT Gunung Kendang and discussions with people who produce Toge, Tempe and Toge in identifying needs and supporting facilities in the production process, and determining digital marketing concepts. Through this mentoring activity produced several achievements, namely; Tofu, tempe and bean sprout business actors in Gunung Kendang Village can provide products with more attractive packaging designs, are more durable and more hygienic.

Abstract

The use of IT in the learning process can provide great benefits, but awareness and understanding of the use of IT in the educational context still needs to be improved at MTs Negeri 6 Klaten. The aim of this workshop will be to provide opportunities for participants to understand and practice various IT applications that are relevant to the educational context. The PKM activity method is carried out in stages: observation & needs analysis, communication & dialogue, workshops, and evaluation. The results of this workshop activity can create a space for collaboration and exchange of ideas between teachers and staff, the material presented can be well understood by the majority of participants, namely 92%, and 96% of participants feel interested in the workshop material. So that it becomes a strategic step in improving the quality of education in MTs and providing better preparation for students in facing future challenges.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pelatihan dan Pertunjukan Tari Minangkabau bagi Mahasiswi Bersuku Jawa adalah untuk mengenalkan budaya Minangkabau kepada mahasiswi yang beretnis Jawa sehingga bisa meningkatkan toleransi terhadap budaya lokal lain. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini awalnya diikuti oleh Sembilan orang mahasiswi yang kemudian berkurang menjadi lima orang, dan pada akhirnya diikuti oleh tujuh orang mahasiswi Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Al-Akbar Surabaya. Adapun alasan pemilihan topik ini adalah untuk mengurangi narsisme terhadap budaya leluhur yang sering terjadi akhir-akhir ini dimana budaya lain dipandang sebelah mata dan dianggap tidak lebih baik dari budaya lokal sendiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, praktik, evaluasi dan diskusi, serta pertunjukan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan dalam hal motivasi diri, kepemimpinan, kepedulian, kesadaran bertoleransi, Kesehatan, kepercayaan diri, konsentrasi, sosialisasi, dan peneriman terhadap kesalahan sendiri maupun orang lain. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap penghargaan terhadap budaya lain dan meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap keberadaan budaya lain.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of Human Resources for the main actors/SMEs business actors in the form of changes in behavior both knowledge, attitudes and skills, cannot be done in an instant, but are long life education. Changes in the position of the main actors from message recipients and users technology becomes an active partner in Devotion activities for the development of its technology and business dissemination network. To answer the above problems, professional and competent extension workers are needed in their fields who are able to provide excellent service, one of which is through a model extension pilot unit at the field level based on recommended technology as an entrepreneurial activity for extension groups. In this regard, it is very necessary to conduct counseling on the Development of Processing, Packaging, Branding and Marketing of Tempe Products in the framework of Pilot Technology Development/Entrepreneurship Development of processed tempe products in Dibal Ngemplak Boyolali Village.
