Abstract

Inventory management systems are an essential part of a company’s operational activities, serving as a control mechanism for product availability to ensure that business processes run efficiently and effectively. The rapid development of information technology has led companies to shift from manual to computerized inventory systems to enhance data accuracy, speed, and accessibility. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based inventory monitoring system for CV Murijaya Karya Teknik, a company that still relies on manual methods for managing product stock, recording incoming and outgoing goods, and generating reports. The research adopts the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which emphasizes fast system development with active user involvement throughout the process. The RAD approach consists of several stages: requirement planning, system design, construction and feedback, and implementation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to determine user needs and system functionality. The proposed system is developed using PHP and MySQL with a structured design that includes database architecture, user interfaces, and inventory monitoring modules. The implementation of this system helps users easily record, process, and monitor stock data in real time while reducing errors caused by manual data handling. The results indicate that the web-based inventory monitoring system significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management processes at CV Murijaya Karya Teknik. This study concludes that applying web-based technology and RAD methodology can be an effective solution for improving company performance and decision-making in inventory management.

Abstract

The rapid growth of fintech peer-to-peer lending in Indonesia has reached outstanding financing of IDR 80.94 trillion, but faces serious challenges in the form of illegal collection practices, including intimidation, threats, and the dissemination of personal data. This study aims to examine the legal relationship between creditors and third parties (debt collectors) related to the principle of legal certainty, as well as analyze the form of corporate criminal liability of online loan companies against debt collector service users in collecting online loans that have criminal implications. This study uses a normative juridical approach with primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Because it is normative legal research, it does not use population and samples statistically, but the object of research is in the form of legal materials related to corporate criminal liability and debt collection practices. Data analysis uses normative qualitative techniques, including description, interpretation, evaluation, argumentation, and systematization. The results of the study show that the legal relationship between the creditor and the debt collector has not fully met the principle of legal certainty, Gustav Radbruch, with the finding of a vertical in synchronization between Bank Indonesia Regulations and banking principles regulated in Banking Law No. 10/1998. The study concludes that the corporate criminal liability of online loan companies in employing debt collectors has not been fairly regulated in Indonesian laws and regulations, thus causing injustice, especially for debtors, although the theory of vicarious liability can be applied when debt collectors act within the scope of their duties.

Abstract

This study examines the patriarchal culture present in Riyana Rizki's collection of short stories, Jangan Pulang Jika Kamu Perempuan, through Sara Mills' approach. The purpose of this study is to find out the patriarchal culture that occurs in the merariq tradition in the tradition of the Lombok Sasak community. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a data blunt technique based on the results of readers' understanding of the collection of short stories and conducting interviews with the author and several readers. Data analysis was carried out by classifying data from short story excerpts based on the theme raised, and then analyzed using Sara Mills' theory, namely the position of subject-objects and the position of the reader. The results of the study show that the merariq tradition in the Sasak Lombok community, which is depicted in the short story "Jangan Pulang Jika Kamu Perempuan," represents the strong patriarchal culture that is still inherent in social life. In this short story, men and customs are portrayed as the dominant subjects who have full authority in determining women's way of life. On the contrary, women are placed in the position of objects who must submit and accept the consequences of decisions made by men and society. Based on Sara Mills' critical discourse theory, it was found that this short story not only positions women as objects who are always blamed but also puts readers in a critical position to review the legitimacy of gender-biased customs. Readers are directed to empathize with the suffering of female figures while being invited to reject the truth claims built by the dominant voices of the culture. Thus, the short story "Jangan Pulang Jika Kamu Perempuan" can be said to be a counter-discourse that not only records reality but also offers a sharp social critique of patriarchal culture and opens up a new space of awareness about the importance of gender equality.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Instagram as a medium for self-existence among Communication Science students of Mulawarman University class of 2021. Using a qualitative approach, this research examines how students utilize Instagram to build their identities, strengthen self-confidence, and obtain social recognition in the digital era. The findings indicate that Instagram features such as photo and video uploads, likes, and comments become the main instruments for expressing self-existence and constructing a desired self-image. Through these features, students can shape and present versions of themselves that reflect how they want to be viewed by others. Instagram allows them to share achievements, lifestyle choices, and personal interests as part of their identity performance. The study also finds that such activities often help students gain appreciation from peers, expand their social networks, and enhance their sense of belonging within online communities. However, the use of Instagram is not without negative implications, as it can generate social pressure to appear perfect, create anxiety due to constant comparison with others, and lead to dependence on validation from likes and comments. Despite these challenges, Instagram remains a significant platform for self-expression, creativity, and interaction. Overall, this study concludes that Instagram functions not only as a social networking site but also as a space for identity construction and digital self-affirmation in modern communication practices.

Abstract

This study examines the Terasering Panyaweuyan nature tourist management policy, which emphasizes sustainable tourism, in an attempt to promote local cultural preservation. The present study employed a qualitative methodology, gathering data through observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was demonstrated by considering community involvement, management strategies, and the effects on the environment and culture. Data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing were the three interactive phases of this process. The findings indicate that this location has a lot of potential as a rural tourism destination, as evidenced by the steadily rising trend in annual visits. However, this increase is not offset by infrastructural preparation, which leads to problems with comfort, cleanliness, and environmental concerns. Local communities embrace tourists because they provide economic opportunities, but there are worries that the monetization of traditions may cause cultural values to shift. The proliferation of homestays and the rise in traders' salaries demonstrate the economic impact, notwithstanding the fact that advantages have not been dispersed equally. However, there are serious environmental issues with erosion, land degradation, and growing garbage volumes. Since community involvement in tourism management is still restricted to the consultation phase, improvements in cooperation and shared control are required.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Corporate Risk, profitability, on Tax Avoidance on property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. This research is motivated by the unstable condition of the company, which sometimes has an increase and a decrease in the variable Corporate Risk and profitability. The method of data collection used in this study is the documentation method. The sample determination technique used in this study is a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study amounted to 92 property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The method of analysis used in this study is regression analysis of panel data at the significance level of 5%. The Program used in analyzing data is Eviews. The results of the study partially show that Corporate Risk (X1) has no effect on Tax Avoidance in property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Profitability (X2) affects Tax Avoidance in property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023, while simultaneously showing that Corporate Risk and profitability affect Tax Avoidance in property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis dengan prevalensi tinggi di Indonesia dan menjadi faktor risiko utama penyakit kardiovaskular. Rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi obat antihipertensi masih menjadi tantangan besar dalam upaya pengendalian hipertensi. Perkembangan teknologi digital, khususnya telemedicine, menawarkan solusi inovatif melalui fitur pengingat minum obat, pencatatan tekanan darah, serta komunikasi jarak jauh dengan tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi telemedicine terhadap perubahan kepatuhan minum obat dan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tambakaji. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan pendekatan pre–post test design without control. Sebanyak 20 pasien hipertensi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dilibatkan. Data kepatuhan obat dianalisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, sedangkan perubahan tekanan darah dianalisis dengan Paired Sample t-test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi telemedicine mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi obat (Z = -2,111 dengan p = 0,035). Sebanyak 7 responden mengalami peningkatan kepatuhan, 12 tetap, dan 1 menurun. Sementara itu, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada tekanan darah sistolik (p = 0,501) maupun diastolik (p = 0,278) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Penggunaan telemedicine meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertensi, tetapi belum berdampak signifikan terhadap perubahan tekanan darah dalam periode penelitian ini. Penelitian lebih lanjut dengan jumlah sampel lebih besar dan durasi intervensi lebih panjang diperlukan untuk memperkuat temuan ini.

Abstract

The egg-laying chicken business is a sector with high potential for environmental impacts, thus requiring the implementation of sustainable business practices. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Green Accounting and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation on the existence of egg-laying chicken businesses, as well as to examine the role of entrepreneur commitment as a moderating variable. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive verification method. The research sample consisted of 100 egg-laying chicken entrepreneurs in Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency, which were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the implementation of CSR had a significant positive effect on business existence, while Green Accounting had no significant effect. Entrepreneur commitment also had a positive effect on business existence, but did not moderate the relationship between Green Accounting and CSR on business existence. This finding confirms that the sustainability of egg-laying chicken businesses is more influenced by corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

Indonesia is at an important crossroads in the national energy transition. Increasing electricity demand, limited fossil energy sources, and commitments to the Paris Agreement and the Net Zero Emission (NZE) 2060 target demand more ambitious energy diversification. In the 2025–2034 Electricity Supply Business Plan (RUPTL), for the first time the government includes a Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) with a capacity of 500 MW into the national energy mix. The inclusion of nuclear power plants in the RUPTL has strategic significance, not only in terms of stable electricity supply, but also as a public policy instrument that provides legal certainty and policy signals for foreign investors. This study confirms that the RUPTL has a dual function: to strengthen the bankability of projects through market certainty and long-term contracts, while providing the regulatory certainty needed to attract Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the nuclear sector. Through a comparative study with practices in the UAE, South Korea, Japan, and China, it was found that key factors for the success of nuclear power plants include regulatory independence, technology standardization, fiscal support, and public engagement. In Indonesia, the FDI opportunities for nuclear power plants are wide open, but they are still faced with disharmonious regulatory challenges, social resistance, and financing constraints. Therefore, legal harmonization strategies, transparent public communication, and innovative financing schemes are the keys to strengthening the attractiveness of foreign investment in the nuclear power plant sector.

Abstract

The persistent problem of low literacy among Indonesian students, as highlighted by PISA 2018, underscores the urgency of innovative approaches to literacy education. Local and Islamic literature holds rich cultural and moral values that can contribute to character building and contextual learning, yet its transmission remains dominated by oral and printed forms that are less appealing to the digital native generation. This study aimed to explore the adaptation of local and Islamic narratives into a bilingual (Indonesian–English) digital storytelling application to enhance literacy skills in elementary school students. Employing a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model, the research focused on the Analysis and Design phases, with an initial step into Development. Data collection was carried out through literature review, interviews with cultural and religious figures, and participatory classroom and community observations. By the 80% stage of completion, the study produced a documented inventory of Lombok–Bima folk and Islamic stories, adaptive bilingual drafts of selected narratives (Cupak Gerantang, Tegodek Godek, and Prophet Ibrahim), and a mock-up design of the digital application featuring bilingual text, illustrations, and simple navigation. Preliminary validation from teachers, cultural experts, and literacy practitioners indicates that bilingual digital media rooted in local culture and Islamic values can effectively increase student engagement and support literacy growth. These findings highlight the novelty of integrating cultural heritage into modern bilingual digital platforms, offering a contextual solution to literacy challenges and contributing to sustainable character education in the digital era)
