Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation on academic achievement in students undergoing online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of quantitative research using a cross-sectional design and the sample used in this study amounted to 85 respondents, with a simple random sampling method used as a sampling technique in the population. The data was distributed to respondents using a questionnaire distributed via google form to facilitate access during the pandemic period, the data analysis used is the Spearman test. The results of the correlation test showed that there was no significant effect between learning motivation on academic achievement of students who were undergoing online learning during the covid-19 pandemic, with p=0.288. Achievement in this academic field cannot be influenced by motivation alone, but there are several supporting factors as well as the background. So efforts are needed to improve the quality of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of employee’s job satisfaction, employee’s commitment to the employee’s performance at PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura I Juanda International Airport. The population consisted of 78 employees as a respondent and using a survey research method with proportional cluster random sampling as a technique to choose the sample size, also simple random sampling to choose the respondent, and using the path analysis tests the hypothesis. The result showed that employee’s job satisfaction has a direct significant and indirectly significant effect on performance through employee’s commitment. Also, an employee’s commitment has a significant direct effect on an employee’s performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of Human Resource Management (HRM) in recruiting employees to improve performance, analysis of HRM in efforts to develop human resources to improve employee performance, HRM analysis has an impact on recruitment and efforts in HR development to improve employee performance in the start-up sector Cool Kids at Ambon City Centre Mall. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research approach was carried out at Cool Kids in Ambon City Centre Mall with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation and accommodation methods. The results of this study are expected that the recruitment system carried out is not fully maximized, so using the human resource management recruitment model can be carried out effectively. In an effort to develop of human resources, this has been carried out in accordance with the procedures for implementing employee education and training programs, but this has not yet been implemented informally. HR development and recruitment have an impact on improving employee performance which has not been fully implemented, this is due to the knowledge, abilities and skills of employees not all of them can master them effectively.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze financial performance with analytical tools using Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, and Profitability Ratios. The population in this study is PT Usaha Loka. The data used are quantitative data (primary data) obtained from PT Usaha Loka. The study focused on examining liquidity, solvency and profitability in the 2018 to 2020 PT Usaha Loka Financial Statements which have been determined by purposive sampling. The results of the Liquidity Ratio analysis show that the average Current Ratio is 637.65% in good condition (200% standard) and the Quick Ratio is 96.30% in unfavorable conditions (150% standard). The Solvability Ratio analysis shows that the average Debt to Asset Ratio is 52.51% and the Debt to Equity Ratio is 1302.48%, in a bad condition because the value is above the industry standard (standard DAR 35%, DER 80%). Profitability ratios also show an average Net Margin Profit of -19.53%, Return On Assets of 2.31%, and Return On Equity of -58.24% in unfavorable condition because it is below industry standards (NPM standard 20%. , ROA 30%, ROE 40%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of service quality and customer satisfaction in increasing consumer loyalty in influence photography. The method approach used is quantitative multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 100 people who used Insfluence Photography services in the city of Malang. The results of this study indicate that service quality plays an important role in increasing consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction also plays an important role in increasing consumer loyalty. An important implication of the results of this research is that efforts can be made to increase consumer loyalty in business in the field of photography services, namely by continuing to provide the best service to consumers and supported by continuing to evaluate consumer satisfaction to see negative aspects that make consumers feel dissatisfied.

Abstract

As a form of digital transformation for businesses that can survive for MSMEs during this pandemic, MSMEs in East Java are considered to also adapt to this digital transformation. The concept of the National Economic Recovery is that the government provides support incentives for MSMEs to be able to survive during the pandemic. This study will be researched and discussed using qualitative descriptive methods. The samples in this study used purposive sampling techniques with a total of 100 respondents, which matched the criteria in the study. Respondent criteria are MSME actors who have existed before the pandemic and continue to survive during the pandemic. This success shows that the majority of MSMEs in East Java has implemented a survival strategy for the industrial landscape so that it shows growth. The growth of MSMEs is derived from the concept of adaptability of this survival strategy and the implementation of the National Economic Recovery so that there is a stimulus from the government for MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and identify problems, obstacles, and efforts to overcome the quality of service at UPT Puskesmas Griya Antapani. Quality measurements in this study are responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, tangibles. The research method in this research is descriptive analysis. Snow ball technique. The data collection technique is done by interviews and observation. The results of the research on the quality of immunization services at the UPT Puskesmas Griya Antapani are quite good but need to be optimized because there are still deficiencies, such as additional human resources, conventional data processing that needs to be computerized. From the results of interviews with informants, they felt that the quality of immunization services was good enough. It is suggested that the quality of immunization services in terms of responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, tangibles needs to be looked at again for the progress of UPT Griya Antapani Health Center in terms of more optimal service.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the important role of the performance of educational institution operators in maintaining service quality. The method used is descriptive analytical research through a quantitative approach. The samples taken were 40 elementary school operator employees in Bandung city. The results of the study conclude that the performance of the elementary school operator employees in Bandung city is good and their work results can be relied upon. Performance plays an important role in improving the quality of service for employees of the elementary school operators in Bandung city. An important implication in this study is that employees have punctuality in completing work, the quality of work can be relied upon and accounted for, have a high ability to complete work, be able to communicate well between leaders and teachers, and have high initiative in completing work and solving problems.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work behavior, leadership style, and commitment to employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The samples used were 32 people who were employees of the Lumajang District Police Cooperative. The results of the study show that work behavior and commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. However, leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance. An important implication of this research is that it is very important for the organization to pay attention to the work behavior and commitment of its employees. Leadership style has no effect because it often changes leaders. So employees are familiar with various leadership styles in managing the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the extent to which the phenomenon of increasing restaurants and cafes in Lumajang has an impact on restaurant tax revenues. This research is a survey research with an interview method conducted with BPRD Lumajang and Restaurant/Cafe Owners who will be used as research samples where information or data is collected in a short time with several stages, namely determining interview questions, then the collected data will be identified and analyzed real-time. time. This research was carried out as an effort to optimize regional income through the local tax sector. The results of this study can be used as one illustration that in fact Lumajang still needs local tax socialization because the level of understanding and knowledge is lacking resulting in several potential taxes that should be able to increase regional income never reporting their tax obligations.
