Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effect of cake product variations and service quality on buying interest at the Tata Bakery Shop,Lingkar Barat Branch,Bengkulu City.This Study applied the type of quantiative descriptive research.The object of this study was the consumer at Tata Bakery wich is located on the lingkar barat,bengkulu city.the sampling method employed a non-probability technique,namely accidental sampling.The number ofrespondents in this study were 130 people.This study used a collection method in the form of a questionnaire.To analyze the data,this research uses multiple linear regression analysis test,and hypothesis testing,namely t-test and f-test.the results of the study conclude that the variabel cake product variations had a positive effect on buying interest,service quality contributed to a positive effect on buying interest,and cake product variations,and service quality together had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and compensation on employee performance at PT. Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch. Theresearch type used was the quantitative method. The object of the research was the employees of PT.Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch using the sampling method namely the total sampling technique. The respondents consisted of 42 people. The researcher used the data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data was analyzed using Instrument Tests. They were Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test namely Multicollinearity Test, Normality Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Hypothesis Testing namely t-test and f-test. The results show that the work stress variable has a negative and partially significant effect on the employee performance at PT. Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch. The compensation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the employee performance at PT. Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch, while the work stress and compensation have a significant effect simultaneously on the Employee Performance PT.Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at Honda Bintang Motor Bengkulu City, either partially or simultaneously. The objects in this study were the employees of Honda Bintang Motor in Bengkulu City, amounting to 56 people. In this study the authors used quantitative methods and data collection by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), and also hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = 11.324 + 0.326X1 + 0.257 (X2) +e. This equation can be explained by the positive influence of each independent variable, namely Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) from R Square is 0.609, this result shows that the variable Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 60.9% while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables that not investigated in this study. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with the t test showing the Reward variable (X1), the tsign value < 0.000, it can be concluded that the reward has a significant influence on employee performance (Y), the Work Discipline variable (X2) obtained the tsign value < 0.003, it can be concluded that the discipline work has a significant influence on employee performance (Y). Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the F test, the Fsign value is 0.000b < 0.05. This means that together Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Honda Bintang Motor Bengkulu City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on employee turnover intention at PT. Alno Agro Utama either partially or simultaneously. There are several independent variables (x) that will be discussed in this study, including job satisfaction and job insecurity which are the objects in this study are employees at PT. Alno Agro Utama, totaling 105 people. In this study, there are several data analysis techniques used, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is as follows: Y = 2.754 - 0.198 (X1) + 0.479 (X2). The results of the t-test on the job satisfaction variable (X1), show t count > t table, namely (-2.711 > 1.98472) and sig < a (0.010 < 0.050). Job Insecurity (X2), shows t count > t table, namely (2.891 > 1.98472) and sig < a (0.003 < 0.050). The results of the F test show that Fcount > Ftable, (96.918 > 3.088) and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Job Satisfaction and Job Insecurity have a partial or simultaneous effect on Employee Turnover Intention at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust, brand image, and perceived quality on customer loyalty for Yamaha NMax motorcycles in Gading Cempaka District Bengkulu City, either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Brand Trust, Brand Image, and Perceived Quality. The objects in this study were 60 Yamaha NMax customers in Gading Cempaka District Bengkulu City. In this research, the author uses data collection methods by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires and interviews. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Brand Trust, Brand Image, and Quality Perception have partial or simultaneous effect on Customer Loyalty of Yamaha NMax Motorcycles in Gading Cempaka District Bengkulu City. From the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is as follows: Y = 0.398 + 0.945 () + 0.330 (X2) + 0.315 (X3). Abstract

At the end of 2019, the emergence of Corona Virus Disease or Covid -19 in China (Wuhan) and entering Indonesia in March 2020. This virus attacks the respiratory tract in humans which ultimately requires people to wear masks to prevent transmission of COVID-19. This makes people always buy masks to prevent transmission of the virus, namely sensi masks because these masks are surgical masks. In choosing masks for repurchase intention, several factors are considered by consumers, including product quality, brand image, and comfort. Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The use of sensi masks in Bengkulu City. The data collection method was using a questionnaire. Sampling using purposive sampling method with a total of 180 respondents. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique to answer the hypothesis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Product Quality (X1) had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest (Y) on sensi masks during the covid-19 pandemic in University Management Study Program students. Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Brand Image (X2) has a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest (Y) on sensi masks during the covid-19 pandemic among students of the Management Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. Convenience (X3) has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest (Y) on sensi masks during the covid-19 pandemic among students of the Management Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. Abstract

This research presents the study of fund-raising strategy for managing the funds of Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah atMuhammadiyah Zakat, Infak, and Shodaqoh Institution (Lazismu)of Bengkulu Region. This study aims to determine the fund-raising strategy in managing Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah funds at Lazismu. This type of research was descriptive by using qualitative methods. The method of data collection technique were through observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this study indicated that the strategies of Lazismu generally used dialogue fund-raising, corporate, multi-channel and donor retention and development. There was no longer routinely for distributing ZIS, due to lack of public understanding in term of obligation to carry out ZIS. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to 1) determine the effect of green marketing on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa products. 2) Knowing the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions for sheren hijab products. 3) Knowing the effect of green marketing and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa products. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all consumers of Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa. The sample is 140 consumers of Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa. Based on the results of research on the effect of green marketing and lifestyle on purchasing decisions at Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa. 1) The tSig value for the Green marketing variable (X1) is 0.002. So it can be concluded that tSig<Sig (0.002<0.050 ) means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, that the Green marketing variable affects the purchasing decision of Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa .2) The tSig value for the Lifestyle variable (X2) is 0.001. So it can be concluded that tSig<Sig (0.001<0.050 ) means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, that the Lifestyle variable affects the purchasing decision of Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa. 3) The hypothesis test above can be seen for the Green marketing variable (X1), and Lifestyle (X2) Fsig value = 0.004. So it can be concluded that FSig < Sig (0.004 < 0.050 ) means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, that each variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) on Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa. Abstract

This study aims 1). To determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at PT.Semen Merah Putih, Bengkulu City. 2). To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT.Semen Merah Putih, Bengkulu City. 3). To determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT.Semen Merah Putih, Bengkulu City. 4). To determine the effect of supervision, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Semen Merah Putih, Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative approach. With descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees at PT.Semen Merah Putih, Bengkulu City, amounting to 47 people. A good total sampling technique is used if the total population < 100. So the number of samples from this study is 47 customers. Based on the results of research on the influence of supervision, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Red and White Cement Bengkulu City. The following conclusions can be drawn: 1). Supervision has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Merah Putih thus the higher the supervision it will improve the performance of employees at PT. Red and White Cement. 2). Work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Merah Putih thus the higher the work discipline it will improve the performance of employees at PT. Red and White Cement. 3). Organizational Culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Merah Putih thus the higher the Organizational Culture it will improve the performance of employees at PT. Red and White Cement. 4). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, personality type and leadership style on employee loyalty at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari. This type of research is a type of quantitative research, the object of this research is all permanent employees in the factory office area of ​​PT Sandabi Indah Lestari. Sampling method using total sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 126 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and F-test. The results of this study can be concluded that the work environment variable has a positive effect on employee work loyalty, personality type has a positive effect on employee work loyalty, and leadership style has a positive effect on employee work loyalty.
