Abstract

The aims of study were to describe the effectiveness of employee work, the delegation of authority that has been running and to analyze the effect of the delegation of authority with the work effectiveness of the Hotel, Lebong Regency. This research was conducted at the Hotel, Lebong Bengkulu Regency. This research is analytical research with quantitative method using cross sectional approach. The populations were all employees of the Hotel, Lebong Bengkulu Regency as many as 50 people. The analysis method used the results of descriptive analysis, bivariate analysis and simple linear regression. The results showed that the work effectiveness described on all indicators of work effectiveness showed a good category. The delegation of authority that has been running at the Hotel, Lebong Regency, shows a good category. The delegation of authority has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of the Hotel, Lebong Regency. Based on linear regression analysis, the hypothesis which states that the delegation of authority has a significant effect on work effectiveness is accepted. The conclusion of the study is that the delegation of authority affects the effectiveness of employees' work. Abstract

Human Resources have a big role in determining the progress or development of the organization. The higher the quality of the human resources owned by the organization, the better the work motivation generated by HR at work. This study aims: To determine the effect of training, compensation, and work discipline on employees' work motivation Bengkulu) both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all 31 employees of the Al-Fida Syariah Berkah Cooperative, Bengkulu City. Based on the results of research on the Effect of Training, Compensation, and Work Discipline on Employee Work Motivation (Study on the Al-Fida Berkah Syariah Cooperative, Bengkulu City, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1). The training has a positive effect on the work motivation of the employees of the Alfida Syariah Berkah Cooperative. 2). Compensation has a positive effect on the work motivation of the employees of the Alfida Syariah Berkah Cooperative. 3). Work discipline has a positive effect on the work motivation of employees of the Alfida Syariah Berkah Cooperative. 4). Training, compensation and work discipline together show the effect on employee work motivation at the Alfida Berkah Syariah Cooperative. Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Ability on Employee Performance at The Muda Jaya Building Shop, Bukittinggi city either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will examined in this study, including Ablility (X1), Compensation (X2). The object of research this time were all employess of The Muda Jaya Building Shop consisting of 37 people. In this study the authors used the data collection method by means of observation and distributing questionners. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondent’s responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant ceofficients and hypothesis testing. From the result of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation is : Y = 22.808 + 0.511 (X1) + 0.069 (X2) . The result of the t test on the capability variable (X1) show tcount>ttable (2.529>1.687) , and on the compensation variabele (X2) show tcount<ttable (0.357<1.687) . The results of the f test on the ability variable (X1) and the compensation variable (X2) show fcount>ftable (3.285>3.28). So from the results of the test that have been done it can be concluded that the Capability Variable (X1) and the Compensation Variable (X2) have an effect on Employee performance at The Muda Jaya Building Shop. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of price discount and store atmosphere on customers’ loyalty to increase purchasing decision at Hypermart Lippo in Lubuk Linggau. This study used total sampling based on predetermined criteria with totaling 157 respondents. The data collection techniques used observation, documentation and questionnaire. The results showed that The price discount (Xl) has an effect on customers’ loyalty (Y) in using products with a path coefficient of I.306. The store admosphere (X2) has effect on customers’ loyalty (Y) in using products by 1.109. The customers’ loyalty (Y) has effect on purchasing decision (YI) in using the product with a coefficient of 0.410. The price discount (Xl) has an indirect effect on purchasing decision (Z) in using the product with a coefficient of 0.870. The store atmosphere (X2) has an indirect effect on purchasing decision (Z) in using products with a coefficient of 0.468. The customers’ loyalty (Y) has effect on consumers’ purchasing decision (Y1) of daily necessities products in Lubuk Linggau with a coefficient ß of 0.371 or 37.1% and there is a positive and significant effect on price discount on consumers’ purchasing decision. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Fashion Trends, Service, and Prices on Purchasing Decisions at the Affika Collection Clothing Store in the D1 Ketahun Market, North Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 85 respondents, by using the NonProbability Sampling technique, data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression test with SPSS 24, namely Y = 3.497 + 0.743 (X1) + 0.094 (X2) + 0.147 (X3). From the hypothesis test, it is known that Fashion Trend influences purchasing decisions at Affika Collection clothing stores in the Ketahun D1 market, with the results of the T test showing a significance value of 0.000 <0.050. Service influences purchasing decisions at the Affika Collection clothing store in the Ketahun D1 market, with the results of the T test showing a significance value of 0.028 <0.050. Prices affect purchasing decisions at the Affika Collection clothing store in the Ketahun D1 market, with the results of the T test showing a significance value of 0.001 <0.050. Testing the hypothesis T test and F test shows that service quality, taste and store atmosphere together have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention with a significance level of 0.000 <0.050, this means that Ha is accepted. In other words, Fashion Trend, Service, and Price have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Affika Collection clothing store in the D1 Ketahun Benegkulu Utara market. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at J&T Express Companies in Bengkulu City. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. With the number of samples in this study as many as 80 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. With data analysis techniques using a simple linear regression analysis test, the coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing, namely the t test. The results of this study can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J&T Express companies in Bengkulu City. This means that if the quality of service increases, customer satisfaction will also increase. Based on the test results of simple linear regression analysis, the formulation Y = 17.047 + 0.175 (X) was obtained. coefficient of determination R2 = 0.067 or 6.7% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. And the results of the t test hypothesis variable service quality (X) with a significance level of 95% (α = 0.05). Significance figure (P Value) of 0.011 <0.05. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Telkom Access Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the customers of PT. Telkom Access Bengkulu City, which is precisely located on Jl. Lt. Gen. Suprapto, No. 132, Kec. Ratu Samban, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses a non probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 150 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test. The results of this study can be concluded that the atmosphere variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and atmosphere and service quality together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, and the influence of leadership style, work motivation, work discipline simultaneously on the performance of BPBD employees at Empat Lawang Regency. This research method is associative and data collection by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were 38 employees, the data analysis method was "validation test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis, f-test, and t-test, and hypothesis testing. "The results showed multiple linear regression of Y=.335(x1)=.324(x2)+.497(X3)+e, where the constant value (a)=.410 . While the -F test (simultaneous) where the significant value is 0.000 <0.05, which means that leadership style, work discipline, work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPBD employees in Empat Lawang Regency. In the (partial) t-test of the leadership style variable (X1), t count (3.088) > (3.001954) means that it has an effect on employee performance variables, a significant level of 0.004 < 0.005 indicates leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance, and work discipline (X2) partially t count (3.559) > (3.001954) and a significant level of 0.001 < 0.005 indicating that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable. While work motivation (X3) (6,343) > (3.001954) and significant 0.000 > 0.005 which means that the variable of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. It can be concluded that leadership style (x1) work discipline (x2) and work motivation (X3) simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance (Y) of BPBD employees in Empat Lawang Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics, organizational climate, and promotion on the performance of employees at PT. North Bengkulu Agriculture. Several factors will be discussed in this study, including the influence of individual characteristics, organizational climate and employee performance. The objects in this study are employees at PT Agricinal Bengkulu Utara. The objects in this study were 171 employees at PT Agricinal Bengkulu. Data collection techniques in research are observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: Individual characteristics (X1) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y) PT. North Bengkulu Agricinal means that if individual characteristics increase, employee performance also increases. Organizational climate (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y) PT. North Bengkulu Agricinal means that if the organizational climate is good then the employee performance is also good. Promotion (X3) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y) PT. North Bengkulu Agricinal means that if the promotion increases, the employee's performance also increases. Abstract

This research is based on the importance of a sense of employee performance in achieving company goals. Factors that can affect employee performance include work placement, work environment, and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work placement, work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Laras Prima Sakti, Seluma branch. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research method is research that is systematic, structured, and composed from the beginning to the end of the research. The population in this study are employees of PT. Laras Prima Sakti Seluma branch and sampling using the Saturated Sample method. Based on multiple linear regression, we get the form of the regression equation Y=49.021+0.301X1+0.462X2+0.285X3 and the magnitude of this effect can be seen from the coefficient of determination or R Square (R2) = 0.532, which is 53.2% while the remaining is 46.8%. influenced by other variables outside the research. Furthermore, work placement has a significant effect on employee performance. This is supported by the results of Multiple Linear Regression of 0.301, and the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. This is supported by the results of Multiple Linear Regression of 0.462, and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. This is supported by the results of Multiple Linear Regression of 0.285. with a probability (sig) of 0.000 <alpha 0.05 has a value of Fcount Fcount > Ftable (0.000 > 3.14). As well as work placement, work environment and work motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance with a probability value (sig) of each variable, namely work placement (X1) with probability (sig) 0.011 <alpha 0.05 has a value of tcount> ttable (2.648 >1.999), work environment variable (X2) with probability (sig) 0.041 <alpha 0.05 has a tcount > ttable (2.095 >1.999), work motivation variable (X3) with probability (sig) 0.020 <alpha 0.05 has tcount > ttable (2.401 > 1.999).
