Abstract

Background: Scoliosis is a spinal problem. If scoliosis is not corrected immediately, the curvature will get worse, which can cause discomfort, an asymmetrical body appearance, and obvious changes in posture. This can also cause the quality of life to decrease. One of the public health services, namely physiotherapy, can help restore body posture by reducing the curve of the spine. Objective: To determine the quality of life of individuals with scoliosis before and after physiotherapy intervention. Method: This research design uses a case study and analytical descriptive qualitative research type. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling technique where the inclusion and exclusion criteria have been determined and are by the research objectives. After grouping respondents, the next step was a pre-test, physiotherapy intervention and then evaluation. Results: There was an improvement in the quality of life in scoliosis patients after providing physiotherapy intervention.

Abstract

Introduction: Dental fracture is a condition of fracture or partial loss of intact tooth structure caused by trauma or impact, usually occurring in the maxillary incisors. This restorative technique is a minimally invasive treatment for grade IV composite resin restorations that show a good color result. Composite resin can make restorations look worse over time, due to its color instability. The purpose of this article is to know how to make restorations on anterior teeth using composite resin materials. Case report: A 20 years old male visited RSGM Soelastri complaining of a fracture of his tooth, a diagnosis of ellis class II fracture and a treatment plan with a class IV composite resin restoration. Treatment was completed over several visits due to the use of additional mock-up. Control in a month showed that the color was aesthetically acceptable, no discoloration occurred, and the tooth did not fracture. Conclusion: The clinical effectiveness and the associated low failure rates with the composite resin freehand resurfacing technique with mock-ups makes it a great option for restoration of large class IV fractures.

Abstract

The terms lafadz, which means "zauj," and "imra'ah," which means "wife," are two examples from the Qur'an that illustrate the metaphorical meaning of women. The term "mutaradif" in the Qur'an refers to a phrase that, although having the same meaning, is not quite the same because each of the Qur'anic lafadz-which have individual meanings-contains parts of balaghah. The study of the terms zauj and imra'ah, as well as synonymity (Mutaradif) in the Qur'an, will be covered in this paper. With the help of these word pairings, it is anticipated that this study would be able to identify instances of synonymy in the Qur'an as well as their absence. What do the terms "imra'ah" and "zauj" imply in the Qur'an? How is the semantic field used to view the link between the words "zauj" and "imra'ah"? What does the Qur'anic term "zauj" and "imra'ah" mean in context? Researchers employ the Qur'anic lexicon and important concepts through semantic analysis, a method first introduced by Toshihiko Izutsu in an effort to address the Qur'anic worldview (weltanschauung). There are six connotations associated with the term Zauj: spouse, companion, animal, plant, and group. And prior to Islam, it meant a mattress that offered weather protection. There are two ways to write the word Imra'ah: إمرأة and إمرأت. إمرأة is the term used to refer to women in general. In surahs al-Nisa:12, al-Ahzab:50, al-Naml:23, and AN-Nisa:128 are a few examples.

Abstract

The discussion of ants in the Qur'an is found in surah an-Naml verse 18. This critical study of ants is found in the context of language discussion and laboratory research. The beginning of the spirit of rise in this discussion was a critical study of the translation of the meaning of Namlatun which translates to "an ant". Though lafadz namlatun should mean a female ant. The purpose of this research is to explore the meaning of language and match it with field research conducted in biological laboratories. Research on this discussion begins by departing from the study of texts that refer to the words Qaalat, Namlatun, an-Naml, and Udkhuluu. The results of the discussion of this article are expected to contribute knowledge that explains the world of ants as a balancer of forest ecosystems and the earth in general, because the presence of ants is a benchmark for the health of a food chain system in a forest.
