Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to develop a Muzakki loyalty model through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Methodology: The SLR process was conducted using the PRISMA scheme to select relevant literature form the Scopus database. Out of 27 identified articles, 6 were selected for further analysis. Results: The findings show that service quality affects Muzakki satisfaction, while personal factors, such as sharia governance and transparency in zakat management influence trust and Muzakki loyalty. Islamic work ethics and trust, also play a significant role in increasing loyalty and the amount of zakat contributions. Applications/Originality/Value: This study highlights the importance of effective zakat management by considering the dimensions of Muzakki loyalty to enhance sustained participation in zakat payments. The findings contribute to the broader discourse on sustainable development and highlight the potential applicability of these principles to other sectors. By applying these insights, industries and organizations can adopt similar strategies to ensure longterm sustainability and stakeholder engagement.

Abstract

The integration of AI and natural language processing technologies has led to the development of chatbots, which offer sophisticated conversational experiences with users. The effectiveness of chatbots in providing emotional support and empathy to users is a topic of debate, with some studies suggesting that chatbots can provide emotional support to users, while others have indicated that chatbots may lack the ability to understand and respond appropriately to human emotions. This study aims to analyze emotional responses in human vs chatbot interactions using Parrot Theory, which classifies emotions into three groups or levels named as primary, secondary, and tertiary. The data collection process consists of two stages: a literature review and a dataset of human responses and chatbot responses to queries that the researcher has made. The dataset of human responses from 35 participants aged 18-34, with a distribution of 35%, 18-20; 65.7%, 21-29; and 2.9%, 30-34. The gender distribution comprises 25.7% male and 74.3% female respondents. The data analysis involves content analysis and comparison of human and chatbot responses. By annotating the collected data with emotional labels based on Parrot Theory, researchers can identify patterns and differences in emotional expressions between humans and chatbots. The findings indicate that chatbots and humans produce different types of emotions in responding to situations, with human responses often including personal touches, cultural references, and varied language complexity, while chatbot responses are more structured and formal. The reasons for these differences include the level of personalization, cultural references, language complexity, and the ability to express emotions.

Abstract

The equality of women's rights and obligations in politics is an issue that has long been debated, especially in the context of Islam. Surah An-Naml verses 23-24 tells the leadership of Queen Saba', which is one of the evidences in the Qur'an regarding the role of women in politics. This study aims to examine the rights, obligations, roles, and positions of women in politics through the analysis of the interpretation of Surah An-Naml verses 23-24. The method used is a thematic interpretation approach by referring to various classical and contemporary interpretations, such as Tafsir Al-Misbah, Tafsir Al-Azhar, and Tafsir Al-Maraghi. The results of the study show that Islam does not absolutely prohibit women from participating in politics, even in leadership, as long as they have the capacity and are able to carry out their mandate well. The story of Ratu Saba' illustrates how a woman can be a wise, democratic, and strategically minded leader in making decisions. This research is expected to provide an overview that Islam recognizes the role of women in politics, while still paying attention to the principles of justice, benefit, and moral responsibility. Therefore, a broader and contextual understanding of the verses of the Qur'an is needed so that there is no gender bias in interpreting the role of women in political life.

Abstract

Technological advances and the diversity of social media have become a trigger to see all the advantages that other people have, giving rise to feelings of being left behind and even blaming yourself for not having achieved what other people have achieved. This feeling arises because someone tends to compare themselves with other people, also known as social comparison, when viewing content on social media, such as Instagram. This research was written using the library research method, and data collection was obtained from various books, journals, and previous research. The research results show that being grateful and not belittling other people are commendable attitudes mentioned in the Qur’an Surah Ibrahim [14]: 34, Surah Saba [34]: 13, Surah al-Hujurat [49]: 11, dan Surah al-Ra’du [13]: 11, so these two attitudes can be used as solutions to avoid the negative effects of social comparison.

From the perspective of the Qur'an, the ethical principles include several key points: Justice in Usage – Ensuring AI is not misused or monopolized arbitrarily. Responsibility – Being accountable for activities involving AI to prevent unintended negative consequences. Avoiding Harm – Using AI appropriately while considering potential future impacts of misuse. Providing Benefit – Employing AI as a tool to ease human tasks and promote mutual assistance. Abstract

This research aims to explore the principles of life contained in Surah An-Nisa verse 36, especially in building fraternal ties as the foundation of community life. The main issue raised is how the values taught in the verse can be implemented in modern life, which is often colored by social conflicts and lack of solidarity. This verse underlines the importance of a harmonious relationship between humans and Allah (habl min Allah) and relationships between fellow humans (habl min al-nas), which are the core of life based on Islamic values. The research method used is library research which focuses on content analysis of Surah An-Nisa verse 36. This study analyzes relevant Qur'anic verses as well as the opinions of mufasirs, supported by other literature that discusses social relations and human values. The results of the study show that Surah An-Nisa verse 36 emphasizes four main principles: monotheism, kindness to parents, strengthening family relationships, and concern for vulnerable groups. The implementation of these principles can improve the quality of social relations and encourage the creation of a peaceful and prosperous society. This research is significant because it provides practical guidance for individuals and communities to build a harmonious life based on the teachings of the Qur'an, especially in the context of the challenges of modern life.
