Abstract

Marriage has a broader and important scope, namely forming a happy family, physically and mentally prosperous (sakinah), harmonious, peaceful, prosperous, and most importantly to give birth to a new generation of quality for human survival. The government's step to make plans and restrictions as a balancer in a family is the Family Planning Program (KB) which has been included in the GBHN since 1973, implemented by all Indonesian people, with provisions for implementation on a voluntary basis and taking into account religious values. The Quran is the main source in Islamic teachings, related to family planning, in fact the Quran does not speak directly about family planning, but Islam only establishes an ethical framework for contemporary issues that arise. The hadith also explains that married couples should carefully consider household expenses while both are still alive, and lest their children become a burden to others, so that arrangements for the birth of children need to be considered together from the beginning of the marriage, for example by carrying out family planning program. Islam teaches the concept of a happy and prosperous family, as well as how to educate children and manage the family economy.

Abstract

The Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health stipulates the definition of health as a healthy condition, both physically, mentally, spiritually and socially that allows everyone to live socially and economically productive. Spiritual health can be in the form of a strong relationship with Allah (taqarrub ilallah), muraqabah, namely the belief that Allah always sees him and feels that Allah is always watching him, his willingness to share and provide benefits for others, strong worship, strong dhikr, and has a strong intention to carry out Allah’s law. In a healthy soul, will be born and a strong body will appear. If someone has a high sense of trust in God, has a very close relationship with God, is easy to receive guidance/guidance, has a very high sense of caring for others, then in this case a strong physique will also be born even though it is possible (physically) at first (considered) weak. Muraqabah is also defined as an earnest effort to live our life and mysticism in the best way through harmony between the content of the heart and appearance under the supervision of Allah SWT, by believing that Allah always sees all human conditions hear and know their words, their circumstances then determine their destiny, and always see the deeds they do and record them. Through murāqabah one watches over their heart (spiritual) and gains an understanding of the heart’s relationship with its creator and its environment.

Abstract

The environment provides various resources for humans and other living things that inhabit it. Soil, water and air are 3 important components that support life and life on the earth’s surface. In the Qur’an it is stated that the creation of the heavens and the earth as well as various natural resources such as wind (air), water, plants and animals is a mercy from Allah for humans. The environment is a gift given by Allah SWT. to all His creatures to be used, guarded and preserved properly. This is done as a form of concern to manifest a sense of love and affection for Allah’s creation. Islam teaches about environmental maintenance which must be implemented in human attitudes and behavior so as not to cause damage to the earth.Muslim scientists in the era of the Caliphate had paid so much attention to ecology and health. Islamic scholars at that time thought that ecological changes could have an impact on human health. Muslim doctors in the heyday of Islamic civilization have conducted studies on environmental pollution that causes various diseases. Some Muslim scientists in the golden age of Islam who have studied the relationship between Islam Habl min Allah, habl min an-nas, and habl min al-alam, are concepts of human relations regulated by the Qur’an. These three are the guidelines and demands given by God to humans in their life in the world. The role of the caliph given by Allah to humans must include all three. In the context of ecology, Islam offers the concepts of theocentrism and theocentrism of humanism simultaneously. Theocentrism is a view that places humans as God’s chosen creatures whose totality of life must be shown to servitude (habl min Allah). The position of the universe is as a support in the process of servitude. Internal factors are caused by the imbalance of the environment itself. Meanwhile, external factors are caused by human actions that do not maintain the balance of the environment. Both of these factors can cause damage that has an impact on human and environmental losses as well as other factors such as economy, development, education and so on. The damage caused by the environment itself can cause disaster for humans. Meanwhile, environmental damage caused by greedy human actions can be a punishment for humans. To overcome environmental damage, there are several solutions, namely faith and piety, environmental awareness and sustainable management of the natural environment.
