The results of the study showed that there are various strengths that are potential for the Angke Mangrove Forest to be developed for ecotourism, such as the strategic location of tourist attractions, the presence of natural tourism objects, and the existence of interesting a variety of flora and fauna species of mangroves for visitors. However, the Angke Kapuk Mangrove Forest still has some weaknesses. Therefore, for the development of these natural tourism or ecotourism areas in the future, it is necessary to pay attention to the principles of ecotourism, such as tourism activities must minimize negative impacts on the environment, the need to increase the active participation of local residents.

Maintaining the quality of service also becomes one part of the strategy that companies do in the face of competition. The decision of prospective users of logistic services also has another factor as an indicator of the selection of logistics service providers, is price. In this study discussed three dependent variables that affect consumer decisions in using J&T express services consisting of Brand Ambassador, Service Quality, and Price. This research will be carried out by spreading 200 questionnaires to consumers who use the services of J&T Express Branch Margonda Depok. Technique done using technique of Multiple Linear Regression, Analysis using SPSS analysis tool 23. The result of research proves that three variables namely Brand Ambassador, Service Quality, and Price partially influence to consumer decision in using services of J&T Express Branch Margonda Depok. And simultaneously there is a positive influence between independent variables namely Brand Ambassador variable, Service Quality and Price to the dependent variable that is consumer decision. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the investment variable on corporate value. Next will examine the effect non-monotonic of managerial ownership on corporate value. The sample used in this study is a consumer goods industry sector company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years (2012-2016). Data collection through time series and cross sectional. Sampling uses purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is panel data regression. Based on the hausman test, the suitable approach in this study is random effect model (REM). The results of the research obtained indicate that the investment variable has a negative coefficient but is not significant for the corporate value variable. At the level of low managerial ownership is obtained positive and significant to the value of the company, while managerial ownership at a high level or managerial ownership squared shows a negative coefficient on corporate value but not significant. These results indicate that managerial ownership variables have a non-monotonic effect on corporate value.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the role of Leadership (LS) on Creative Performance (CP), which is still inconclusive, with addressing the concept of synergized-team consolidation (STC) as a novelty. STC has the ontology:  teamwork consolidation into a congruent goal to produce a cohesive-harmonious balance for optimizing creativity output in a work-life point of view such as problem-solving and open innovation. Teamwork is a robust capital for organizations to gain competitive advantage since it will developing qualified human resources through well leadership role. The study employs samples from top management of the fashion industry in Indonesia through survey. Empirical testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) generates equation CP=0.688LS+1.136STC+0.284CL. It concludes that LS has an indirect significant effect on CP through STC as a full mediator. This study solves the gap through STC for space fulfillment of the body of knowledge in the domain of teamwork efficacy. The study emphasizes the significance role of leaders in organizations to synergize teamwork according to their respective expertise in line with the development of the dynamic digital era to increase creativity. It is strongly recommending organizations to utilize recent technology infrastructure to work such as social media as well as facilities for learning through CL. Keywords: Leadership, Synergized-team consolidation, Social Media Use to Work, Cyber Learning, Creative Performance

Abstract

Measurement system technology is increasing along with the development of digital technology today. Because of this, currently various kinds of measurement tools can be made in digital versions. Likewise, the technology for measuring water pressure in pipes is also made digitally, although there are still many conventional measurements, for example the flow meter that we usually see in housing in general. The purpose of the system being built is to monitor the water pressure sensor nodes installed in various water sources to ensure sufficient compressive power in an effort to push water up to the customers. Each water pressure sensor node can be monitored from the system dashboard in real time. In this paper, the author offers an IoT-based measurement system for microcontroller technology on a smart pressure meter using a water pressure sensor controlled by the NodeMCU and the pressure bar is calculated then the data is sent to the cloud with the GPRS module, then the results will be displayed on the monitoring system dashboard. The implementation of DWM IoT technology is able to monitor pressure in several PDAM nodes by recording data and display pressure data in graphical form on the DWM IoT dashboard

Abstract

The high price of local beef at the retail and end consumer levels is due to many members in the supply chain. As a result, the selling price is low at the producer level. The research aims to identify the state of production factors, analyze the product, financial information flows of the supply chain and the margin value of various distribution channels, and formulate a development strategy. The survey research with the case study model was conducted on 256 respondents with a qualitative descriptive analysis, network, supply chain distribution margins, and the formulation of strategies. The analysis results show that in North Sulawesi there are five distribution channels with varying margin values between 32.71-39.20 percent. This confirms that the supply routes for local beef and beef cattle commodities in North Sulawesi depress farmers' income and burden consumers. The development strategy is with an industrial approach from upstream to downstream.
