Abstract

Nasatech is a company that produces kitchen cabinets from granite materials. Nasatech has been almost ten years in the city of Malang, Indonesia. So far, Nasatech only serve consumers who live in Malang and surrounding areas. However, Nasatech has a commitment to be able to market its products abroad if there is a chance. The excellence of Nasatech is its unique product and Nasatech has already used to use internet marketing to market its products and conduct online transactions. Some research data show that furniture and kitchen countertops from granite materials are becoming a trend in the US so Nasatech is very suitable to market its products in the US. Nasatech needs to make some patent designs for its products with knock-down system so it is more easily shipped and marketed to the US through furniture importers in the US who can become a distributor. Internet marketing can be a good marketing strategy to enter the US market as online furniture purchase transactions increase significantly in the US. This is expected to be a good opportunity for Nasatech to enter the US market.

Abstract

In this day and age, boba topping is one of the most popular toppings for selling drinks, especially bubble tea. The boba itself was discovered in 1987 in Taiwan but has only recently become popular. Researchers want to make innovations from boba by adding pumpkin as the main ingredient of boba. Pumpkin has many benefits, so it is excellent and safe to use as a topping. In this study, researchers wanted to know about the original boba's color, taste, texture, and aroma, which would change if the essential pumpkin ingredient was added. This research is experimental. The researcher used an organoleptic test consisting of a hedonic test and a hedonic quality test to determine the panelists' preferences and good and bad impressions of the boba made. The researcher distributed the product to 20 trained panelists to be given an assessment. The results showed that the comparison of preferences between authentic boba and boba using pumpkin as the primary ingredient was not much different. The products made are still favored by the panelists. There are also some significant changes to the boba in color, taste, texture, and aroma.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic significantly disrupted global economies, including Indonesia's banking sector, compelling banks to implement credit restructuring policies to support struggling businesses. This study examines the impact of Bank Papua's credit restructuring policy on debtor businesses and the bank's financial performance across three periods: before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Key performance indicators analyzed include LDR, ROA, NIM, and NPL. This study uses a Paired Sample T-test for data analysis. The findings show that the credit restructuring policy during COVID-19 had no significant impact on Bank Papua's financial performance, as all hypotheses (H1–H4) were rejected. The LDR remained stable, indicating effective liquidity management despite economic challenges. ROA showed no significant changes, reflecting steady profitability despite business disruptions. NIM experienced minor fluctuations during the pandemic due to adjustments for restructured loans but stabilized post-pandemic. Although NPL levels increased due to debtors' financial struggles, they remained within acceptable regulatory limits, demonstrating effective credit risk management. Overall, the restructuring policy provided relief to debtors but had minimal impact on the bank's financial indicators, highlighting the importance of balancing debtor support with maintaining financial stability during economic crises.
