Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to develop a snack bar product made from composite flour of Onggok and tapioca as an alternative emergency food and protein source. Additionally, to analyze the chemistry of a snack bar product made from Onggok composite flour. The study was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments and was repeated 3 times, that was the ratio of onggok composite flour and wheat flour. The ratio of onggok composite flour and wheat flour composition consisted of six levels, they were F1 (50%:50%), F2 (60%:40%), F3 (70%:30%), F4 (80%:20%),  F5 (90%:10%), F6 (100%:0%). Then the data was processed by using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) and continued with the LSD test (Least Significant Difference) at a significant level of 5%. The results of the proximate analysis showed that the protein of the snack bar was 11.06%, the dietary fiber was 8.23%, the ash content was 1.24%, and the moisture content was 3.27%. Based on the organoleptic test, it showed that the preferred level of consumer satisfaction was F1 with a ratio of 50%:50%. Therefore, the Onggok composite flour snack bar is good to use as an alternative high protein emergency food that deserves to be developed.Keywords: Onggok Composite Flour, Snack bar, Emergency foo

Abstract

Sony Corporation is a multinational technology company that has been operating for more than 7 decades during which it has formed various partnerships. In today’s world, businesses are facing stiff competition; therefore, it is critical to invest in the right security technology. There are modern ways to go about it which include face detection technology which when coupled up with other existing practices will boost security. Facial recognition technology is not affordable for all business especially new startups and small business. By partnering with Sony, the facial recognition will be not only easy to integrate, fully automated, high levels of accuracy but also affordable for small businesses to acquire and use to boost security in their businesses.

Abstract

Starbucks, a prominent player in the FB industry, has integrated sustainability into its marketing strategies. Starbucks encourages environmentally and socially responsible behavior among customers. This research examines the impact of green awareness on consumer purchase intention. A survey was conducted with 120 Starbucks consumers in Malaysia, and the data was analyzed using SPSS. The findings reveal that environmental concerns, green price awareness, and social influence positively influence purchase intention. However, the study finds no significant association between green brand image, green products, and purchase intention. This research provides valuable insights into consumer perception of green awareness and its influence on purchasing decisions. It underscores the importance of genuine environmental action alongside marketing tactics. The study emphasizes the industry's role in advancing sustainable development aligned with the SDGs.

Abstract

Innovation and transformation are the key points to business success. Coca- Cola is the world’s largest distributor and producer of soft drink concentrates and syrups. Starting as a beverage manufacturer and retailer in 1886 with its flagship product, Coca-Cola. The marketing strategies, innovation and transformation are embedded in different culture that led to the sustainable growth of Coca-Cola Company. Across the globe and around the clock, Coca-Cola Company never stops working to improve the world we all shared and to give people the beverage they want. Some actions need to be taken on sugar reduction as consumers are adopting healthier lifestyle and innovations in packing materials by reducing the use of plastics.

Abstract

Tourism sectors have great potentials in increasing regional income. The program from the government to increase the number of tourisms is to prioritize tourism development, one of which is tourism on Lombok Island. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the government role in the development of community-based tourism in Lombok, especially the Mandalika Special Economic Zone in Central Lombok Regency. The analysis technique used in this study is to use convinience sampling techniques that are rarely used in previous tourism research in Lombok. The study contended that government role in the development of community-based tourism includes planning, development of main facilities, tourism expenditure policies, making and enforcing regulations. It also underlined that the driving factors in economic growth required participation of local communities. The inhibiting factors of local communities are educational background, employment, and gender.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis and study related to how the existence of the Nedosa offense as a Sangihe customary crime and how this offense is included in the renewal of the national criminal law. The prohibition of Nedosa is still existed nowadays and is obeyed by the community and traditional leaders, the settlement is still using customary law methods even though the judicial system has been implemented by the general court. By using a normative juridical research method that focuses on the study of documents and legal materials, both laws and customary decisions are found to be (1) Judiciary, using Law No. 1 Drt/1951 concerning Provisional Measures to Organize Unitary Powers and Procedures for Civil Courts. (2) The case of Donor or “Blood Pollution” (Delik Nedosa) is a unique crime that only exists in the Sangihe Talaud Customary Rules. Both 1917 and 1932 customary rules as well as the 1951 declaration stated that marriage is forbidden between people whose families are in a straight line up and down, cousins, and siblings. The maximum penalty is 5 years in prison. Therefore, the role of the Nedosa offense is very important in the customary law which is still respected and obeyed by the Sangihe Talaud community today. Nedosa's offense is wider than Zinah in the Criminal Code because this offense is related to religion and the perpetrator will be thrown into the sea.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Indonesian government's policies in the field of cattle import and Australian government policies in the field of cattle exports. In addition, this study also aims to see how the prospects for Australia Indonesia cooperation in the field of beef export and import. The research method used in this study is a descriptive analytic method. Data collection techniques are collected from primary and secondary data. Primary data is processed from the results of observations and interviews conducted by the author of several informants. Secondary data is processed from books, journals, written reports, magazines, and other documents which are analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the country-based policy of Indonesia influences the selection of Australia as the main importing country of origin and the 2014 meat selfsufficiency plan influences the decline in Indonesia's chicken import quota. The policy of the Australian government's export of cattle to Indonesia in 2011 affected the economic conditions of Australia, especially in the field of chicken exports. In addition, this policy also affects the bilateral relations between Australia and Indonesia, especially cooperation in the field of animal welfare. The opportunity for Australia-Indonesia cooperation in the field of beef import and export is still wide open. First, because Indonesia adheres to a country-based system and geographically the distance between the two countries is very close. Keywords: Export, Import, Policy, Indonesia, Australia,chicken.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Entrepreneurs are business people who remarkably contribute to the country's economic growth. The growing intention and interest in entrepreneurship will create new jobs, innovative products, and services. Entrepreneurial intent is essential in motivating students to pursue careers as entrepreneurs in their professional lives. This study aims to understand students' entrepreneurial intentions by analyzing the influence of entrepreneurship education and personality. Moreover, the conceptual framework built in this study used the theory of planned behavior (TPB) integrated with entrepreneurship education and individual personality. Data were collected using purposive sampling of students of the undergraduate entrepreneurship program. The structural equations were tested using WarpPLS software. The findings revealed that education regarding entrepreneurship and personality impacts subjective norms and attitudes. Furthermore, all the elements of the theory of planned behavior influence entrepreneurial intention. As a result, entrepreneurship education programs should cover management courses to improve business competency and develop positive emotions toward entrepreneurship.

This paper aims to investigate how Body Glove, an outdoor water sports brand started in the United States, drives organizational success. This brand specializes in wet suits. Body Glove has good product quality and continues to develop its product via research and development to meets customers’ expectations. Their passion for water sports led them to create the first wet suit to help fight those cold California waters. The price offered by Body Glove is affordable and worth it with its quality. Body Glove also provides online shopping that can ease customers to enjoy online shopping. We will test the hypotheses using survey. The more similar businesses are established, the tighter competition in, especially for similar businesses. Company leaders must not be careless and need to continue to strive to keep the company remain superior and compete with other companies. To win the competition, the company must have a competitive advantage to continue to survive. One effort is focusing on the consumers by providing the experience that is felt from these contacts. Companies must be able to influence consumers by creating products or services that win over their heart. They will have unforgettable good memories; in exchange they will come back or make repeat purchases.
