Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) the KUBE Bintang Terang Program, 2) the role of KUBE in increasing community income, the success of the KUBE Bintang Terang program, 3) supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the KUBE Bintang Terang program. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were managers and members of the KUBE program. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Triangulation used is source triangulation and technique. The results of the study show that: 1) the KUBE program is a group / place for learning to obtain knowledge and skills and get the opportunity through activities in making embroidery clothes and beautiful brooches. 2) The role of KUBE in binding community income is a benchmark for KUBE programs. 3) The success of the KUBE program to be able to increase income and family welfare which is characterized by increasing members' income, social relations are well established. 4) Factors supporting the establishment of cooperation between managers, members, suppliers of raw materials, markets, government, the motivation for entrepreneurship, maintaining trust and market demand. The inhibiting factor is the lack of capital, sometimes there are unfavorable relationships between members, giving rise to a sense of boredom, lack of market demand in certain months and the number of competitors. The recommendation for the KUBE Bintang Terang program is to hold regular meetings, increase capital, and carry out promotions to areas that have not been reached. Abstract

This research aims were analyzing the influence of leadership effectiveness, work ethic and collective relations toward organizational commitment, of the teachers at Junior High Schools in Minahasa Regency. The data were collected from a randomly selected 90 samples from the total population unit of 902 employees. Survey method uses path analysis to analyze data descriptively and inferentially. The findings show that: (1) a positive direct influence of leadership effectiveness on the organizational commitment, (2) a positive direct influence of work ethic on organizational commitment, (3) a positive direct influence of collective relations on organizational commitment, (4) a positive direct influence of collective relations on organizational commitment. The findings recommend that to improve organizational commitment needs to enhance leadership effectiveness, work ethic and collective relations.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to determine the effect of principals' transformational leadership on the performance of junior high school teachers in Gorontalo City Region, 2) to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of junior high school teachers in Gorontalo City Region, and 3) to determine the influence of Principal's transformational leadership and discipline simultaneous work on the performance of junior high school teachers in Gorontalo City Region. In this study, researchers used a survey approach with quantitative methods. To get accurate data, the distribution of 30 primary respondents was determined by means of proportional random sampling. After the data collected, it was processed using SPSS version 20 program, and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) principal transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Gorontalo City, 2) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Gorontalo City, 3) principal transformational leadership and work discipline simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Gorontalo City Region. Abstract

Retail store at Manado city from year 1990 to 2017 facing fascinating development. The competition between them obviously forced to make excellent strategy. Cutting price, interesting layout, excellent and unique services are the examples of marketing strategy could conduct by retail store. The successful retail store has to fulfill the need of consumer such as served with high quality product, compete price, services and other promotion. Meanwhile, location and another facilities retail store has also to be aware. Unsatisfied consumer will make negative effect on moving consumer to other store who served better services. If the situation continues the store will facing decreasing sales and profit. Hence, to prevent that loss, retail store has to create loyal consumer. This research tried to examine marketing mix on consumer intention to buy at Alfa Mart at Manado City. The analysis data used path analysis. The respondent is Alfa mart consumer, reached by accidental sampling. The number of samples is 161 data. The result of study was all the marketing mix variable such as product, price, place and promotion significant influenced on consumer intention to buy. Abstract

The research aims:1) analyzed the effect of knowledge management, job innovation and prestation have positive and significant toward progress of organization; 2) analyzed the effect of knowledge management and job innovation have positive and significant toward prestation; and 3) analyzed the effect of knowledge management have postive and significant toward job innovation. The location of research in Gorontalo Province, in Government of Gorontalo Province. Population of research all of civil servant in Government of Gorontalo Province as amount 3.086 persons. And sample in Slovin formulation 10% obtained 97 respondents. Data from questioner to analyzed with path analysis. The result of research to found: 1) the knowledge management have positive and significant toward progress of organization. The applied of knowledge management to actualize and get significant contribution toward the progress of organization; 2) job innovation possitive and significant toward progress of organization. The innovation have suitable with the need of job to incerased the progress of organization; 3) prestation have positive and significant toward progress of organization. The prestation which achieve to support in progress of organization; 4) knowledge management positive and significant toward prestation. The knowledge management able to result of employee which have prestation in job field; 5) job innovation positive and significant toward prestation. Innovation in continueing to oriented on achieve of prestation; 6) the knowledge management have positive and significant toward innovation. The knowlegde management suitable with job innovation. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of transactional leadership and transformational leadership on employees creativity at Secretarial of SITARO Regency. This researh is explanatory research. Samples taken by proportional random sampling technique and sample size are 40 out of 66 Sitaro Regency Secretarial’s employees. Data collecting technique is questionnaire and data analysis is regression analysis. The result of this study showed that transactional leadership and transformational leadership have simultaneously affect on employee’s creativity. Transactional leadership has negatively affected on employee’s creativity, but the other one (transformational leadership) has positively affect on employee’s creativity Keywords: employee creativity, transactional leadership, transformational leadership

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership style effect on job satisfaction, the leadership style effect on performance, the job satisfaction effect on performance and the leadership style through job satisfaction effect on performance. The results of the regression analysis show the equation: Y1 = 0.740X and Y2 = 0.226X + 0.601Y1. The path analysis results show the equation, Y2 = 0.671X. Hypothesis test results indicate that the leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the leadership style has a significant positive effect on performance, the job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance and the leadership style through job satisfaction significant positive effect on performance. Abstract

This research analyzed the effect of leadership effectiveness on employee effectiveness. The object of this research is Universitas Negeri Manado (UNIMA) as the Higher Education Institution. Research problem refers to data phenomenon in UNIMA. The fact presents that the staffs do not have maximum presence since they only go to work for 18 days per month (81%). The average of work contribution is only approximately 6 hours a day, but the staffs are required to attend for 8 hours a day. The problem is: how to increase the employee effectiveness. The hypothesis from this research has been formulated that there is a direct positive influence of the leadershipeffectiveness on the effectiveness of the employees. The sample method is proportional random sampling technique. The research includes 102 respondents who are the employees of UNIMA.The data were analyzed by using simple linier regression. The result this research indicates that the leadership effectiveness has given the positive direct effect on employees effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership, and the work environment on the work effectiveness of employees in the Gorontalo City Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service. The research approach used is quantitative methods. Sources of data in this study are primary data that is carried out using questionnaires on respondents who have met the standards of the study sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS program assistance. The results of the study show that (1) Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on the effectiveness of employees in Gorontalo Investment and One-Stop Services in the City of Gorontalo. This is because based on the results of the descriptive analysis shows that the Leadership variable lies in the criteria that are "quite good". (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees in the Gorontalo City Investment and One Stop Service. Meanwhile, the results of the descriptive analysis show that the working environment variable lies in good criteria. (3) Leadership and workplace environment together have a positive and significant effect on the variable work effectiveness of employees in the Gorontalo City Investment and One Stop Service. The determination coefficient or R Square number is 0.493. This value shows that as much as 49.3% variability The work effectiveness of Gorontalo Capital Investment Service and Integrated One-Stop Service staff can be influenced by Leadership and Work Environment while the remaining 50.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This research was conducted to fmd out the influence of motivational work environment and work towards the achievements of the work of employees in the Department of education, youth and sports District of Minahasa. The method used is correlational which focuses on a discussion of the relationship between variables X and Y variables. the working environment supports the work and the high motivation of working employees will encourage the creation of good working achievements among employees. Theoretically work environment and work motivation will work together to form a pribasi employee who upholds the job and always maintain good relations or relations with fellow officers and superiors that ultimately gives the feel is good for the improvement of work achievement a clerk in the Office of the Department of education, youth and sports of Minahasa Regency. Evidenced by the magnitude of the results of research influence between variables work environment and motivation the achievement of variable working on education department employees work , youth and sports district Minahasa 63.5 % is simultaneously. This can be concluded that the work environment and motivation can affect the work of 63.5 % department of education employees to work performance , youth and sports district Minahasa .The magnitude of influence between variables x on variables y is 63.5 % where the rest of the percentage of employees work performance to evaluate the department of education , youth and sports district Minahasa 36,5 % is determined by other factors. From these results it appears that the work environment and work motivation alike contribute a sizable work achievement against the employees of the Department of education, youth and sports District of Minahasa. This is because with a conducive environment and the high motivation of creativity will create new and excellent service to the community.
