Abstract

Transformational leadership style is an activity that influences people to working together in order to achieve the organization goals. Leadership can occur anywhere, provided that someone shows his ability to influence the behavior of others towards achieving a certain goal. Transformational leadership as a leader who has the power to influence subordinates in certain ways. The intent of transformational leadership is to encourage employee performance in the Banking business in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The object of the study was Bank BRI, BNI and SulutGo, which have branches throughout the North Sulawesi region. The number of respondents was 176 employees. The collected data were then analysed by using a variant-based structural equation model or Partially Least Square (PLS-SEM). The data analysis results provide empirical evidence that a transformational leadership style, particularly in the individual consideration and individual inspirational dimensions, positively impacts employee performance. However, other dimensions, namely, intellectual stimulation and inspirational motivation, do not significantly encourage activities related to performance. Moreover, transactional leadership on the contingent reward dimension does not significantly impact knowledge sharing. Keywords: employee performance, transformational leadership, banking company

Population and sample of study 41 respondents were administrators / owners of the Umrah Bureau both head office, branch and agent in Malang. Based on the results of the recapitulated questionnaire and fulfilled the requirements for analysis of 32. The analytical method uses factor analysis with the Explore Factor Analysis (EFA) approach, which collects respondents' responses to the variables and indicators of site selection first then processes through the factor analysis stages. The results of data analysis found 5 variables that were considered in choosing the business location of the umroh bureau, namely infrastructure, employment, community attitudes, costs and markets. These variables are translated into 14 indicators. Of the 14 selected indicators, there are 7 indicators with 2 new naming factors, namely the main facilities and supporting facilities. Abstract

The success factor in implementing new technology is the acceptance and use of the technology by users. Indonesia is a country with significant investor growth since 2018 with the presence of technology that makes it easier to open accounts and online transactions. Is the presence of Robo advisor technology in investment products also expected to be acceptable like existing online investment applications? This paper provides a conceptual TAM model by adding UI/UX and Security as the driver of Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU). We also add Trust and Expected Return variables related to financial variables. So that the proposed model can be used as a basis for empirical research in the future to validate the context of accepting Robo advisors in Indonesia. Keywords: UI & UX, Security, Trust, Expected Return, Intention to Use, Actual Use.

Abstract

In this article discussed the application of probabilistic EOQ method using model (q,r) on the control and inventory of anti-pain medication. In this study used data request with the assumption of normal distribution with the aim to determine the reorder point and EOQ to minimize the total cost using the model (q,r) of anti-pain medication Apotek Griya Medika Malang in January to December 2017. After obtaining each the minimum cost of both theoretical and simulated using the original data and the generated data, then the two costs are compared to see which model can obtain the total cost savings by using model (q,r). This method is able to determine the amount of goods to be ordered, the time for effective ordering, and save the total of inventory cost. Quantitative approach has been used in this research and applied the multiple linear regression analysis. Tax aggressiveness is measured by Effective Tax Rate (ETR). Population in this study was manufacture, and property, building, real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the year of 2019 – 2020. Purposive sampling used as sampling technique and 135 samples were acquired. Data for this research is analysed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 26. According to the finding of the research, profitability, leverage, size, and capital intensity partially has no effect on tax aggressiveness, while inventory intensity has an effect on tax aggressiveness. All the factors affect tax aggressiveness and contribute 11.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the small medium enterprises that grow and exist in "Likupang" Tourism Special Economic Zone, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, especially for micro and small businesses in the souvenir business sector, focusing on the factors of utilizing appropriate technology, online/offline marketing and human capital. This research uses qualitative design with case study method by digging up in-depth information and data on business environment during the Covid-19 pandemic since 2020 until now. The results show that there are micro and small businesses that use appropriate technology in making souvenirs, the findings are still limited to technology tools for forming souvenir products, another result showed the innovation in product design is still lacking, employees only imitate common things and did not create products typical to Likupang area. In terms of marketing strategies, it was found that the Covid-19 pandemic hit the tourism industry, including souvenir businesses badly. This made souvenir business owners apply marketing strategies by selling products at sites as well as offering products through social media. Another finding from human capital factor, there are still business owners and employees who do not have entrepreneur mindset, even though in terms of product-making skills, they are classified as skilled craftsmen.
